Hotel Athineon is located in Rhodes island, a five minutes' walk from the Old Town, the historic center and the port. - Excellent breakfast, great location and wonderful staff.
- Very spacious room, great view. Really nice breakfast with big variaty of foods. Great for sightseeing the Rhodes city - Located near to the entrance to the old city and has an option to park a car on <not so busy> street. Nice touch was the market on the 1st floor that really had all the essentials for a beach day.
Cons -
- Filter coffee maker provided, but no filter papers, a bit of a silly oversight but a small thing taken overall.
- would suggest to replace the narrow bathtub with a walk in shower instead. Not really convinient to use it this way.
