City Life Demir Hotel

The location is very convenient. You can easily walk to the waterfront, and it is located in the market area.

The location is not clear on Google Maps. Parking is not allowed around the hotel, and you have to park 7 to 10 minutes away and walk to the hotel while carrying your luggage.

Clean and comfortable with attentive staff. Has all facilities you need and perfect location within walking distance to the city centre. Would return to this hotel again.

The hotel looks like it does in the photos! That‘s great for a start. The location is bery central, in the main shopping street area and very close to the water. A taxi rank is in five min walking distance. So many coffee shops, cafés and restaurants around that it is hard to choose! Staff is very friendly and helpful all the time and the cleaning ladies doing a greaf job too! I will definitely go there again! Thanks for the nice stay, dear City Life Demir Hotel team!

Super good location

We were living at the top floor, when. It was raining, it was very load and noisy. Maybe something wrong with the ventilation, when we turned on air-conditioning, can smell the smoking.

Spacious room, good WiFi, really good location, on the shopping street and close to 30-40 restaurants , good Turkish tea at buffet

Breakfast variation is limited

The stuff was very friendly and location of the Hotel was very close to center of the city near by all restaurants and shops

Very good location, perfect breakfast, friendly and helpful staff

A.C did work properly and in summer, rooms are very warm. It is near to a mosque and everyday at 05:00 a.m (time depindes on season) Azan sound would be heart in the room and it may wake you up.

The staff are not friendly at all, the breakfast is very low compared to other 3-star hotels ‘it is more like hostels’ breakfast!’

Good wifi in hotel public areas, but poor in my room. No Netflix or YouTube smart tv capabilities.

Location is great, breakfast is great, staff are great, everything is great! Thank you so much! It is one of the hotels i stayed that everthing is awesome! Just 2 mins to island tour ships. In your street yo can find everything, dont need to go anywhere else, except for beaches :)

The location of the hotel is excellent and the staff are warm and welcoming.

Despite our preference for a quiet room, our room was on the main street, so despite the windows fully shut the noise was still there. There was also v little flexibility on late check out given they were full. Plus breakfast whilst included didn't have much variety nor a turkish flare to it i.e. no smit or turkish coffee.

We loved the place. It was central and a great place for relaxation for a family trip. We didn't have to take our car when we went out in the evening/night which was perfect. Even though our stay was during the public holidays we always found a free parking spot in the vicinity (max 10-minute walk) Breakfast was fresh and delicious and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was good but I recommend going down at least one hour before it's over because many things were gone when we went down at 09:30. And they have only one iron. Even though I asked for it multiple times, it wasn't available

This hotel is well placed for everything Fethiye has to offer, there are loads of kebab and pizza places close by along with bars and restaurants so something for everyone. The hotel is very comfortable and the staff are all lovely. I can definitely recommend this hotel for anyone wanting to explore everything Fethiye has to offer.
