Jiva Beach Resort - Ultra All Inclusive

All the services provided to us were beyond our expectation, the Jiva Beach Resort Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. If you needed help , all you had to do is ask and it would get done. Thank you very much Jiva Beach for a wonderful vacation.

The resort is big the pools are so nice, the staff was amazing especially samira at the reception she was so helpful and so nice. Food was delicious with many varieties.

It was big, divided into many different units, all of which felt like a big complex of beach villas and entertainment facilities, the location and views were amazing

Anytime I needed an iron they brought right away. The only thing I can add is to put an iron in room.

This Hotel was by far the best vacation experience we ever had. It surpassed all our expectations from a five-star Hotel. What also made our experiences so positive was the kind and professional people who worked at Jiva Beach Resort. Everything about the hotel is really good the rooms are clean and spacious the breakfast buffet is delicious and has variety of food options

Good food, nice swimming pool and an abundance of drinks. Friendly and helpful personnel.

They try to sell you an upgrade during the check in by showing you the ugliest room of the grade you bought. They offered us an upgrade of +1000 eur and later one of +300 euro for a week, proceeded by showing a room with low daylight and a dirty couch. I had to refuse them both and insist to get a room of the grade I bought at the correct cleanliness level. This leaves a bad taste as a first impression. I let them know my impression that they are manipulating me to buy an upgrade by showing me undermaintained rooms. They apologized and offered me a -useless- compensation. Nevertheless it is a fact that they did try.The rooms are pretty old. The wet surfaces cannot be made look clean anymore due to their age. If you want to keep charging the rate they charge, you must make sure you take care of the bathrooms on time. They did not. The staff is doing their utmost best. The food is good and you can really keep drinking and eating if that is what you are interested in.

This hotel is a dream place to spend a memorable holiday. Mr. Taha who works at the beach snack bar is a very nice guy and helps the guests a lot with a smile.

If you have small kids that maybe are light sleepers there can be a late night discos/club nights. They alternate between pool area and beach so can’t imaging you can escape the noise from any room location on the resort. For example we were beach front and really chilled all evenings bar the last when the beach party started at 10:30, even when it stopped we had to listen to rowdy singing from guests until well after 1pm. We didn’t mind so much but had our son been younger we would have. Maybe there should be designated quieter rooms for families.

The resort is very big and also has a dedicated beachfront area. There is also one heated pool which was great. There and lots of drink options and the staff and always happy to help. At the main restaurant there is a large variety of food for breakfast, lunch and dinner and so many desserts to choose from. There are also other places to eat throughout the day, including the beach bar. The hotel also puts on entertainment for guests.

Hotel staff was amazing, especially the Guest relations team that went above and beyond to fulfil all my requests. Büşra Çalışkan from the Guest relations team definitely needs a shout out for the amazing service she provided for us during our stay and helped me out greatly when celebrating someone's birthday. We had an amazing a la carte restaurant added for free in addition to some decorations and room service as well. She made requests to the restaurant to bring out a cake too during our visit and made the night more memorable. Everyone was so nice, and the pictures are spot on to what you will get.

Hotel main restaurant (buffet) was great, however I wish there was more variety for each day, every day seemed quite the same.

Everything was excellent. This is the only All Inclusive that I have been to but for the price I reckon you would struggle to find better.Staff were excellent. Special shout to the entertainment team - Kobe & Mina (little blonde DJ) and Bushra in customer relation who efficiently sorted the only tiny issue we had.Definately will return.

Review: Jiva Beach Resort room 718We’ve been returning to Jiva Beach Resort since our kids were small, and once again, it delivered a memorable stay. The addition of a heated pool made a huge difference during an unseasonably cool week—such a thoughtful upgrade to an already well-equipped resort.As always, the staff have been outstanding. From the warm welcome at reception to the friendly, attentive service in the main restaurant, we truly felt at home. A special mention goes to Tayfun, Mustapha, and Erdogan, who went above and beyond in ensuring our dining experiences were enjoyable. The Guest Relations team were also fantastic—warm, accommodating, and genuinely helpful with anything we needed.Housekeeping deserves a gold medal. Returning each day to fresh towels and spotless sheets is something we’ve come to rely on, and they never disappoint. Another shoutout to the towel management team—often overlooked, but absolutely vital in keeping things running smoothly, especially during peak demand.The undercover boss! It was also reassuring to see the owner’s visible presence each morning at breakfast—observant, attentive to detail, and clearly invested in maintaining standards. My congratulations to him; his dedication shows. Jiva has, once again, pulled it off for us. However, as much as we love the resort, it’s becoming clear that some areas—especially rooms and communal spaces—are ready for renovation to higher standard. With newer, more modern resorts on the rise in the area, this should be a business priority to stay competitive. All in all, Jiva remains a special place for our family, and we’re grateful for another wonderful stay.

The food overall is exceptional, with plenty of variety and high quality, but we did notice some repetition after the third day. We understand the challenges of maintaining sustainability, but a bit more rotation would enhance the experience. The Italian section, in particular, could use some improvement—pasta dishes are consistently overcooked and lack that authentic al dente touch.Also the ongoing frustration with the slow and often faulty coffee dated machines, which also pull staff away from serving tables it’s an urgent area to address for the owners which again falls into modernisation drive.The gym though well equipped which I have used daily was often flooded with water on rainy days.

Our room was over the restaurant and every night we had smoke in our room as a result of this and a strong smell for a couple of hours.
