Beautiful pool and view

The laundry service was very expensive but quick.

The location is ideal, in a restricted traffic area with many restaurants nearby. You can walk close to the pier, and there are many restaurants and shops open until midnight. The room was comfortable and had USB ports for charging phones. The only odd thing was that the shower had just one glass side, while the other was open, which caused the floor to get wet every time we showered. It’s the first time I’ve seen a room like this, and I work in hotels with the Marriott chain.

The chap on reception was a tad surly though competent. Unfortunately it was an alchol free hotel- no big deal but a beer on the roof top pool would have been just great

Mold in the bathroom, and woke up at 00:30 and gave me a prayers mat without any known cause.

everything other than the location. Beds and pillows are very hard, the view is very bad from balcony (building under construction), reception is slow and without smile.

We had a booking confirmation for two rooms with double beds and instead we received two rooms with separate beds. The staff was not very supportive, just said that they know about the issue but they have no rooms.left. Take it or leave it...Bathroom smelled like mold. Breakfast was poor..

The hotel is exceptional, great location, very good facilities.

The hotel is typically geared towards Turkish tourists, no one speaks English at the reception, it is difficult to report any inconveniences because it is difficult to communicate at the reception. After paying by card on site, they tried to charge my card again via booking.com. Terrible stench in the bathroom from the sewage system, it was unbearable. The air conditioning worked very poorly, the rooms need renovation as well as the bathroom. The breakfasts at the hotel are very, very poor, you have to change it, there were not even any juices. The only positives are the swimming pool with a beautiful view and the location in the very center.

Nice Pool, location and night reception was excellent service.

Breakfast was so basic, chips bread boiled eggs and salad. No fruit, no juice.Very noisy and I don’t think it’s very suitable into European holiday makers more local clientele.

The location was great - near the harbor, bus and taxi stands and shops.The infinity pool and patio on the top floor overlooked the harbor. It was a lovely place to unwind at night.The internet connection was good.The room was very clean, with a great shower and reliable hit water.

Some of the fixtures were a little tacky. Some knobs were loose. An electrical socket in our room shorted, leaving us in darkness until the central breaker could be reset.The hotel was a bit pricey for what was on offer

The location is walking distant to the main town, bazar and Marina. There are restaurants all around the hotel. Most staff were very friendly and helpful. The wifi was a little slow but the rooms were clean and quiet.

The breakfast needs alot of improvement. Guests visiting for the first time should not be given the impression that a couple of olives and chopped vegetables is a real Turkish breakfast.The breakfast was very very limited. We asked the young girl working behind the desk how much it would cost to get from Fethiye town to Oludeniz and her answer was “I don’t know.” Oludeniz is a major attraction and I was disappointed that the girl did not know to tell us that there is a regular shuttle for 23 Lira or the approximate cost by taxi which we took for 200 lira because we didn’t know about the shuttle - do better.

Newly refurbished, clean property and nice staff

Bed was uncomfortable, pillows not good, room gets lots of light due to the electronic panel to indicate “do not disturb” etc. very unnecessary. one night they forgot to turn off the pools cleaning pumps and there was a very loud noise in the middle of the night making it impossible to sleep, luckily they solved it quickly, the staff was nice and helpful.

Would not recommend this place to stay.

Room provided was not the room we paid for. Staff were not helpful.Door to the bathroom was in the room was broken. Facilities were not provided as stated on the web page.

excellent hotel for a week stay, very clean and poolwas lovely on the roof top, staff couldn’t have beenmore helpful and polite, they couldn’t have done enough! it’s in the city centre so is close to almosteverything

nice team..good food in the morning (i take breakfast)i like the swimming pool with the view its was so good.and its close to the marina and the Fethyie bazar about 5 min by walking.also 2 min from ships that we take for sea trip!!

the view in the side that we take (not the street ,there are 2 sides) is so mess and old building view with old stuff i was shocked when i see it!!! i knew that the hotel is new opening but this important thing.. at least to clean it…so if you want to reserve be sure that you have street side…the bed comfortable but have a wheel that moving all the time..

there’s kettle in the room but without a cup or tea bag. check in took at least 20min

Surrounded by buildings that are still aging, so the view from the room is not the most beautiful
