Room was very noisy all night with traffic noise as the windows do not close properly

Pros:•The hotel has a fantastic location, situated right in front of the ferry station. This is especially convenient if you’re planning to travel to the Greek islands like Rhodes—you can simply hop on the morning ferry with minimal walking.•The rooms offer a nice view, adding to the overall pleasant experience.•Breakfast is very good, with a nice selection to start your day.•The Old Town of Fethiye is within walking distance—only about 10 minutes away—making it easy to explore the area on foot.•The staff are exceptionally kind and helpful. In particular, Omar, the manager, deserves special mention for going out of his way to adjust our bookings without charging any extra.

Cons:•The only challenge is pulling up in front of the hotel with a rented car. The street outside is quite busy, so it’s best to stop at the corner and let the hotel staff handle the parking. Otherwise, it can be a bit stressful to maneuver the car.

Food upstairs was superb..wonderful view. Close to the bazaar.

The friendly staff, it was smart and clean. Everything you could wish for and we were upgraded to a sea view room

The glass screen between bathroom and bedroom. Although it had a louvred screen the louvre allowed light into the bedroom if the bathroom was used during the night. It shone straight into the eyes of the person sleeping nearest the bathroom. We’re the louvres to be reversed to an upward direction this would be avoided. Just a suggestion. This was the ONLY thing I could fault in the hotel.

Room was facing the busy street, poor blinds, doesn'provide black out room, noisy from 5am, couldn't sleep properly. Housekeeping also not really good, clean poorly, breakfast is ok, more option would be better though.

Most of the members of staff are friendly, helpful and kind. Domestic, the waiters, some pmemvers of the front of house staff, especially the day time receptionist (yound man) are brilliant.They couldn't put the air conditioning on till when a group of people arrived, which was the night before we left. Basically, that's when we really enjoyed a good night sleep, all through the 7 days, it was too warm.

The view from the room is spectacular (Sea View Room), the staff are very friendly & the hotel was very clean. The view at breakfast from the roof top terrace is the best breakfast view in Fethiye

The occupants of the next room we're partying all night, not the fault of the hotel, but the acoustic between rooms is very poor

Simple functional hotel, friendly staff and good breakfast. I locked the safe and couldn’t open it and they fixed in within 5 minutes of asking.

Strange set up where a Louvred shutter was fixed over a window where you could see into the bathroom from the bedroom.

The pool isn't really a pool so much as a plunge pool and there only 8 sunbeds so if this is what you are looking for then there maybe better places. The food in restaurant is over priced and not that great.

One of the top hotels on our 15 day Turkey trip. 50 meters from the marina, they have a beach club, great rooftop restaurant for dinner and breakfast (we had a great dinner!). The staff and management were very attentive and helpful.

We have stayed here three or four times now. We like being close to the old town of Fethiye, but with access to the private beach and beach bar, in a hotel that is smart but small and intimate.

Disappointed that there are now a number of boats moored at e private beach so it doesn't feel s beaustiful as it has in the past.Also, there have been alterations to the dining room. While these provide a breakfast bar style seating with a view out to the marina and the distant mountains, I preferred it as it was before with tables and chairs, which felt more 4 star than the current high bar stools.

Have stayed here before and loved it for the beach access. Breakfast is good. Easy walk to old town of Fethiye. Lovely view over the marina, we even spotted a large sea turtle swimming.

Pricey for what you get, the rooms are tidy but basic. Air conditioning cannot be turned off unless you cut the power to the room.

Location - Excellent. Located right in front of the Fethiye Ece Marina. Taxi-stand and old market area barely 400 meters away. marketViews - beautiful views of the marina and the yachts from the balconyRoom - I had a Family Suite with 2 separate bedrooms and a common lounging area. Both bedrooms were spacious, and so was the lounging area.Facilities - well equipped room and bathrooms. Well stocked mini bar along with a Nespresso machines and pods in the room. The bathroom also had a bathtub.Breakfast - Turkish and English style combined - choice of olives, cheese, and fruits along with more European style jams and conserves. While it was good, the breakfast remained the same on all 3 days. Also served in a roof top restaurant with marina views.Room Service - The chicken roll meal was surprisingly tasty - blend of Turkish style cooking and Mediterranean fresh flavours.Staff - helpful and professional. We got help with our car parking and luggage both sides. Quick check-in and checkout.

Difficult to find faults with the hotel. The breakfast can benefit from the following suggestions:1. Item Labels - especially on cooked food and cold cuts would help a diverse audience choose according to their dietary preference.2. Some changes to the menu on the daily basis3. Egg counter - this can make the breakfast more exciting and personalized.

Its location and the breakfast area on the 5th floor overlooking the bay.

Great location. Staff was attentive. Very good variety for breakfast tending towards more local cuisine.

The Beach Club option was a small beach. They ran out of clean towels so bring your own. The pool is small and just for cooling off.

Staff was very friendly and helpful, Rooms are very clean, Hotel location is perfect and Hotel has a private beach near to hotel and it was very nice.
