Lovely friendly staff, pool area was lovely. Rooms clean and adequate.

Staff were great, brilliant location

No fridge in room have to pay extra

Great position, super clean, fab pool and great staff.

The staff were fabulous

Its a pet hotel. So barking of dogs were sometimes a problem

Everything was comfortable, the staff was helpful and friendly, and the location was perfect as it is so near to calis Beach.

Affordable and clean hotel with a decent pool and garden. The air con was a highlight, it was very hot! Staff all very nice. Staff recommended water taxi to get into fethiye old town which was a great piece of information. 100 lira each way so very affordable.

Ground floor meant dogs barking right outside my room until at least 11pm. There were a few dogs and when one barked they all did. No towels supplied for pool. Pool and garden was filled with children, not the best spot for relaxing!

Good location, near beach, but nice quiet street without noise. Clean room, caring and perfect English speaking staff.

Breakfast was a little bit poor.

Great location, a few steps away from the beach! Comfortable bed. Room has balcony. Staff are friendly and helpful.Thank you to Borak and Mete!

Given that it's off season for tourism, pool, food, entertainment are not available.

Good location. Looked more like a home. Good markets around the place.

It was a animal friendly hotel and there were cats and dogs always roaming around in the hotel

It was close to all the attractions. Easy access to the nearest markets and restaurants.

They didn't mention that the safe would be charged per day. It was an animal friendly hotel and had so many cats and dogs roaming at all times in the hotel.

The staff was friendly and the dogs were cute.

The facility is too old. Bathrooms need a renovation.

Location of the Golden Moon Hotel is just awesome, so close to the seashore. Stuff was especially amazing! I came pretty early in the morning and they managed to give me the room which helped me a lot that day. Also you can ask for any kind of help or information at reception (the woman who works there is literally gorgeous doing her job). The rooms were cleaned every single day. I adored the garden and pool - those are extra good facilities here. Actually, I felt like home during my stay!

The internet signal was sometimes not so well but if you come for the holiday and not scrolling the feed - it’s not such a bit deal.

We were forced to book this room only because it had good conditions for canceling the reservation before the arrival date.I like swimming pool. It was very nice and clean and had the ideal temperature. The area near the hotel small but cozy.A router with wi-fi is fixed on the each floor. The soap in the dispenser smells good. The room had a balcony and it was convenient to dry things. There is a bicycle rental and the beginning of a cycle near the hotel. We rented a couple of bicycles and drove to the embankment in Fethiye. On the way, there is a beautiful park with wonderful landscapes. The owners of the hotel are very friendly with pets. Several dogs and cats live on site and will beg you for breakfast in the morning. And we also saw guests with dogs.

The worst thing is the location of the hotel. It is located in the western part of the bay in the suburb of Fethiye. There is a wasteland nearby and you can walk to the beach, but I do not advise you to do this, because the beach in this place is terrible. Small pebbles, a lot of tourists and a lot of rubbish. We didn't want to swim there. There is no refrigerator or kettle in the room. Do not provide shampoo (only soap dispenser). The tidy was not good enough: there was a cobweb on the balcony, the floor in the room was dusty, there were a lot of mosquitoes and midges. The room is a bit old: the ceiling in the bathroom is broken, there are no electrical outlets near the bed, the partition in the shower is too narrow.Soundproofing is terrible: you can hear everything that happens in the corridor outside the door. Because of this, we slept badly.Nobody gives out towels for the pool or the beach. We bought breakfast locally for 35 liras, but we were not given the promised omelet, we were told that the eggs were out. At the same time, an omelet was provided to all visitors before and after us. Breakfast was poor.

The very friendly staff.

The old, flat pillows on the bed.
