    • The location was great and we had a sea view room which was fantastic.
    • Nice&clean! The beach is really nice, the rooms are clean. The food is good, you don't have so many options like in the other AI hotels but the quality of food is good. In the area of Calis Beach I think the hotel is an oasis of well-being
    • I really enjoyed my stay at this property. The rooms and spaces are wonderfully spacious, making it very comfortable and relaxing. One of the highlights for me was the sport activities in the morning – a big thanks to the amazing and fun trainer who made every session energetic and enjoyable. The swimming pools are beautiful and spotless, perfect for both a refreshing dip and a relaxing lounge. On top of that, the variety of food offered was impressive.

    Cons -

    • The food was a bit repetitive so 7 days was long enough couldn't stay any longer.
    • What I didn’t like was the smell in the prepared room. Although it was beautifully decorated, it clearly carried traces of smoke from previous guests. It seemed like the staff tried to cover it up with perfume, which unfortunately made it worse. I’ve had this experience in other hotels before, and usually had to change rooms immediately. For a 5-star hotel, this was very disappointing and quite annoying to encounter.
    • There is no variety in food, but it is good and tastyThe lobby toilets is not so clean, the smell is not nice and there is no AC so it looks like suna

•Friendly staff overall, especially at check-in and room service.•Room was clean and matched the pictures. The staff pushed two beds together and decorated them with flowers and towel doves for our anniversary — a thoughtful gesture.•Powerful hairdryer (2000W), same quality I use at home.•Breakfast was excellent, with a wide selection and on-time opening.•Food overall was fresh and delicious, despite a few minor flaws (see below).•On the morning of checkout, they did eventually offer 1 hour of free late checkout when asked again — a small gesture that helped.

Why the stay ultimately failed:1. Dirty dinner plate — unacceptable hygieneOn Day 1, I picked up a plate with sticky food residue underneath (like halawa or peanut butter). Checking the stack revealed several plates had not been cleaned properly. This is a serious hygiene failure in any hotel, let alone one claiming to be luxury.⸻2. Mishandled complimentary à la carte dinnerWe were given a complimentary à la carte dinner — but:•Informed guest relations in advance.•Told it was fully booked two days in a row.•Yet three tables were empty the entire dinner service on both nights (7:30–9:30 PM).•On the final morning, they said they had given away the last table — and if a cancellation occurred, they’d leave a card in the room. No card was ever left, and again, three tables stayed empty all night.•Upon checkout, Deniz from guest relations asked why I gave a low score on their internal review. I explained all the above, and he admitted that the à la carte only serves 20 guests per night due to only having two waiters. But on both nights, there weren’t even 20 guests, and three tables remained vacant the entire time. So what really happened?⸻3. Chaotic, unprofessional sunburn spa treatment•Quoted 130 GBP for 130 minutes → corrected to 110 minutes with a 15% discount → later offered 150 GBP for both of us.•Paid upfront before treatment began — not standard for spas.•Hamam & honey rub lasted 25 mins, followed by confusion from new therapists who didn’t know the program.•They massaged sunburns with aloe vera that dried quickly, switched to oil, and wiped it off after each section — completely missing the purpose of an after-sun treatment.•One therapist left mid-session to vomit; the rest of the experience was filled with delays and awkward gaps.•Noise from upstairs restaurant trolleys ruined the relaxing ambiance.•Final aloe vera mask applied, then we were told to go wash it off ourselves.

Great location on very nice beach. Beach has boardwalk and on Sunday there were vendors selling crafts and other items. Lovely to walk up and down. Chaise lounges in the beach were very comfy and usually not a problem to find some available. Food good and plentiful, but snack bar was our favorite for a delicious lunch. Staff very helpful and accommodating. Nice shopping street a 5 minute walk away. Rooms are nice, entire hotel seems fresh and very clean. Very comfy sofa bed, like a regular double bed. Parking right across the street. Lots of Brits

    It was all good

This place is five star becuase of the excellent service they provide. They treat you like royalty from the minute you walk in through the doors. A special thanks to Hawa (or Hava) Kesen our cleaning lady who was exceptional and took good care of our room and treated us with so much joy and kindness. She is what made our stay so comfortable and cheerful. The food is amazing, different kinds of foods and salads and of course a variety of drinks. We loved everything on the menu, to include the deserts. The boardwalk is next to the hotel so you can walk up in down the array of restaurants, bars and shops. The nearest beach is Calis Beach which is nice. Plenty of sunbeds to choose from. If you want to go to Fethiye old town, the water taxi is about a 5min walk from the hotel. They charge 150 lira per person, each way to go to old town. It's a nice smooth ride. Boat taxi opens at 9am and the last boat to come back from old town is 5pm. You can also take a taxi to Old town for 300 lira each way.

We were told the Hamam was free which is NOT free. You can use the sauna for free but the treatments such as the scrub and bubble bath is additional cost. We tried to use the sauna for free a couple times but it was always booked. We weren't able to take advantage of it at all. So please clarify to your guests that the hamam is not free, only the facility which is the sauna is for free. Another thing we didn't like is the guests hoarding the sunbeds by the pool. Some guests would wake up early to put their towel on the bed and then they would take off and come back whenever they felt like it. This shouldn't be allowed. Not fair for us that did get there early to enjoy the sunbed by the pool. We should be able to get a sunbed as first come first serve basis. Towels left on sunbeds with no one in site should be removed and beds should be offered to us who are actually there to stay. Another thing that did bother me a bit is the roaming of cats on the property, especially the restaurants. I am terrified of cats so it was difficult for me to feel comfortable with a cat passing and rubbing itself on my legs while I am trying to enjoy my meal. But it's a phobia of mine. If you like cats then it shouldn't be a problem.

Really lovely & helpful staff, communication prior to my arrival was great and they kindly decorated our room for our honeymoon. The area felt very safe & clean. The

For a 5* all inclusive hotel, we were very let down by the food. The food options were extremely limited and lacked in flavour. Breakfast was okay but lunch and dinner were subpar quality and flavour - they repeated the same things for lunch & dinner. We found ourselves going out to eat a lot - on an all inclusive holiday which defeats the purpose & was very telling. When I asked for orange juice at breakfast, they gave me squash and said proper orange juice is extra charge? And I’ll have to go to the reception bar for that. When I go on all inclusive hotels, it’s because I’m trying to remove the hassle of looking for food but we found ourselves doing that every lunch and dinner and ended up spending so much. For this reason we won’t be returning or recommending this to anyone.

Good Breakfast with lots of options for the vegeterians

Pools were cold , should have been heated pools.

Excellent food, good views friendly staff

Pillows were a little too big, also had to swap the room as it was not what I had initially booked (didn't have a sofa bed)

Staff and cleanliness. Accommodating, laid back, friendly staff, pool bar was amazing- great cocktails; meals were delicious.

Entertainment could be better, also coffee machine needs an upgrade to a real espresso based machine.

    8MariaPosted on: 4-23-2025

The staff is brilliant, supportive and caring. I came to meet my parents there and they were impressed how everything was adapted for their language, which made their stay very comfortable. My room was on the first floor near the Beaty salon and it was very convenient. No complaints

Stray dogs run around the beach and poop everywhere—no one cleans up after them, so you can step into their droppings quite unexpectedly. We also didn’t like dinner at the Italian restaurant and left it after 40 min of waiting for the main course. However we went directly to the main restaurant and met there 3 other guests who were waiting their meal with us ?I stayed for 5 nights, my parents—for 9 nights, and all this stay there were no seafood or delicious fish at all, also very poor choice of seasonal fruits like strawberries or pineapples. Just regular oranges and apples, not tasty. My mom made a pedicure at the hotel beauty salon and it was a disaster, the lady cut her toe. Not recommended to anyone

    10svabPosted on: 4-9-2025

The only downside: pillowsPillows too big and too puffed. Would be more comfortable with smaller and lighter pillows. Other than that, all good, rooms very clean! Amazing hotel! Will come back!

I had an amazing stay at Sundia Hotel Liberty in Fethiye! The service was excellent, and the staff were always friendly and helpful. The location is perfect — just a short walk to the beach and close to everything. The rooms were clean, modern, and very comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Highly recommend for a perfect holiday experience!

    10Miroslav S.Posted on: 12-30-2024

The room was really nice, we were lucky to have the one with private "balcony" that was on the ground level with the pools. We had our own private sun beds. It was also very clean and spacious. The whole resort has very decent WIFI, which also covers most of the beach. All the drinks included in the all inclusive were amazing, and bar staff also was able to mix anything even off the menu. The evening entertainment was also great, mostly singers but we also saw few dancers and acrobats. The daily activities like darts, water polo, etc. were more or less none existing, but this was not fault of the hotel, as they were trying to convince people to participate, but rather the guests being lazy and not participating. The food choices were not huge, but for the hotels this size it is understandable, that it is not efficient or sustainable to cook 50 different options each night. However the food was quite tasty and I would rate it 8/10.Also I missed not having any "special" nights, e.g. Turkish, see food, Italian, etc., that are often part of the turkey experience. The Italian ala carte restaurant was amazing. The beach itself is quite limited when it comes to number of umbrellas and sun bends, so either wake up early to reserve the sun beds, or I would recommend for the hotel to actually uphold the statements about removing unused towels after 45 minutes. We did not spend much time by the pool, but it was very refreshing and we especially liked the included water balls we could throw around.Overall it was an amazing stay, and for the money we paid for it, it was definitely worth. We also paid 150 euros for the two-way taxi, which is quite a steep price, and we would for sure next time look into some cheeper option. So if you can get a good deal on this hotel I would 100% recommend it.

    - the food choices were quite limited and some of the food was cold or went stale by the time it was "consumed" and replaced by fresh batch- we sometimes felt ignored by the staff, we are young couple in their 20s, so we might not look as "lucrative" of a guests as some of the older couples, but it just felt unreasonable- the sound insulation in bathroom is just non exiting, and you can hear every single word from the adjoined bathroom or somebody doing their business on the toilet- the reservation of the sun beds and hotel not upholding their word about removing unused towels after 45 minutes, as even at 8 am, there was barely any space left on the beach
