Nevada Hotel & Spa

Location was excellent, close to everything, room was clean and tidy, breakfast was good, staff were friendly and helpful. I would recommend to everybody.

Newly renovated room, super clean, nice pool and bar

Very nice staff and they made sure i had all i need. Very helpful and funny people. Sugested a lot of stuff to do in fethiye. I would 100% reccomend and would love to come back

Pillows and bed a little hard

the place was good. swimming pool clean and nice. brackfast was great. internet is very good

The crew from housekeeping was not enough, and the room was not clean good. the bad was like Brocken, old bad, and the dush standing was also not good. my husband was on massages and I pay for 2 different massage and he got another kind spa. Also preise for eu people is one and for Turkish people is less,this is not correct. Becose my husband is Turkish I got discount 30 eu end not service for Wich I pay. the waiter in morning asking very much personal question and this is not regular for service.

Was not far from the beach but a little secluded when you don't know the place

Staff in hotel were exceptionally kind and helpful. I am a wheelchairbound amputee and they could not have been more helpful with their assistance.

Not so much a dislike, but the hotel is perhaps in need of some upgrading.

Friendly staff, nice pool area and you could always get a sunbed.Five mins easy walk to the sea front where you will find lots of restaurants and bars.

A little music around the pool area would have been nice.

The spa facilities are extra cost, staying in the hotel do not guarantee access to hammam and sauna.

Staff , hotel exactly living problem with unprofessional staff (of course not all,restaurant staffs were very kind and helpful) but housekeeping and night mananeger young man,very unprofessional and unrespectful guy ??.Hope hotel owner will see that comment. if he want to hotel's has be normal hospitalty ,so firstly improve staff they must be very polite and prefesional and hotel improvement of course. If can solve that problem for next customers they will not live same problem. about the reseption Bülent ,he doesn't to know how to talk customer,from the check in time till leaving hotel I was living this problem,he was very unrespectful and does not know he converstation. he introduced yourself hotel manager, he doesnt know how is must be talk customer and solve problem and unfortunately,he didn’t know customer service and how to do the business properly.

The pool and the room

Being locked in the hotel lift. Eventually, the power came back after 5 minutes and it moved. However, when I raised this with a member of the reception staff they were less than sympathetic and didn't even apopologised, but said "There is a handset in the lift you can use to contact the receptionist". It was a very dramatic experience which in the heat of 35 degrees plus in the lift, could have been alot worse if I had been locked in the lift for a longer time.

Nice pool and you get what you pay for with the room. Enough to be a comfortable stay

The breakfast was not good and the staff weren't very friendly

Property was very close to calis beach walking time approx 10mins. Bus stop was 5 mins walk. All staff were extremely polite. Pool was also fantastic.

Nothing to complain about. The room was basic but clean. Fresh towels every two days.

Perfect location, just 300 m away from awesome Çalis Beach. Absolutely quiet place with a pleasant greens in the garden. Big enough swimming pool with separate shallow area for kids. Sunbeds with big canopy. Comfortable new beds. Rich breakfast with all kind of fruits, vegs, cheeses and variety of warm foods. Great value for money.

Depending on the room, the other furniture may be a little dated and doors a bit hard to open. Smoking is allowed on the balconies (and some local guests obviously smoke inside despite the ban), so the rooms may smell of cold tobacco. Some days too much of chlorine was put into the pool.

The place is much better than I thought! Comfortable, good poolside, easy access.

The breakfast could be worked on.

Rooms and pool were spotless. Had clean sheets and towels every other day. Location was good for beach and local supermarket.

Pool bar very limited on food and only bottle beer. Coffee at breakfast was instant and vile. Staff seem very complacent.

Clean, modern room. Really friendly and helpful staff.

Location was a bit out of town.
