These people need to experience what the actual mountain view is. Also the room is very congested. The pool is full of dead flies. No proper place to spend in the resort. The road is broken. The map location on google maps is also wrongly placed.

We liked the breakfast and the ambience. The location is good.
We asked for closer rooms for the family and didnt get it. Also rooms are not that maintained well. Fans are nosiy. Switch boards are not working properly.
The exterior atmosphere was great . Looks very pleasant. Well maintained. The staff was very good. Breakfast was OK.
The rooms were not cleaned, the floor tile was dirty , stained pillows , stains on the walls , dusty balcony, and moldy wall corners. We had a junior suite room . The water glass was not clean for a while. We had to wash by ourselves to use . There was no value for money.

No Wifi..Still renovation works going on. Floor is wet most of the time and bad smell all over the place that’s really disgusting

I booked the honey moon suite.. but i felt it wasn’t worth the price . In general the facility is not well maintained.. especially the pool.The pool tiles were even shaky and in the morning pool water wasn’t looking clean as well. Food was a let down.. we ordered chicken cutlets(which was the only option in the evening)and it was frozen cutlet heated☹️

Even after reading bad reviews in booking.com, thought of giving a try. Guess what they proved again that "WE WILL NEVER IMPROVE".There is no respect for the guests.Starting from Check-in, waited for long time and worst greetings ever received.No dental kit kept in bathroom and wifi password. Had to followup more than 2 times. Even had to literally walk to reception to get things done. Thought of complaining unfortunately, General Manger was even worst in terms of greeting customer and doesn't treat well.Kept unclean mattress right infront of our room. Photo attached.Locker was not working.No universal plug point to charge phone.

Good view around. But hotel window layout totally inwards and total apathetic. Buffet food not at all worthy. Items are very less and charging exorbitant price
