Staff is very rude, rooms are dirty, bathroom water knob does does not work, shower head broken, the bed smelt like cigarettes and many other things

staff where amazing cleaning maid was brilliant.will defintly return to this hotel in the near future was close to everything shops bars restaurants etc.

Very old building.lift is not working properly. Sign for lift outside says 2 people go in it says 4 people. People got stuck inside yesterday. Restaurant very snop stuff. There no mugs or glass in breakfast areaWe asked for mugs they sad paper cups only. But I can see mugs stucked around the corner. Restaurant one of the most expensive restaurant in the town. They serve the food in the try looks very ugly and un healty. For two small plastic bottles of water the charged 100 tl. It’s totally ripped off.I never ever stay here again.

Great location friendly staff own private clean beach or if you prefer the pool that was clean aswell

Everything. Decor very poor , staff not understanding, when no water for shower . No toaster in breakfast area , they had sandwich maker. Stairs on pool broke off !

Wifi didnt work in our room, and in main area it was slow. Ended up using lots of data which sucks. Says online wifi in all areas, big lie. Building is quite old

Nothing. Just the first breakfast was a disaster due to a lot of Turkish women acting disgracefully otherwise brilliant

Morning Staff Shoukri was very helpful, nice

however the night shift guy was very rude, impolite and stubborn. I asked for bucket of ice, he refused for 2 nights to provide, Not to give his name so I can complaint about him not the willing to give the morning staff number who was very helpful. This is a hotel, means customer service should be outstanding but not with such kind of rude people.

No facility to buy drinks at enjoyedpool other than go down stairs to a beach bar

The lift going up to room was small

Very dated hotel has lots of potential but really needs some TLC. I paid for a delux seaview room and what I was given was not the same as the pictures my view was a water park and a slight sea view with a tiny balcony not what was pictured.

The pool area was not clean, chips on a wall that were there the whole 17 nights of our stay, food was left on tables outside from morning to night The pool area did get hosed down twice that we seen but it was at 11:00 in the morning so poeple had to move from there sun beds. Never seen the pool itself get cleaned which needed it as there was a lot of ash falling due to the forest fires. The bar in the hotel was never open.
