Room was nice and buffet was good

Front desk staff was rude and unfriendly

The staff were very friendly and attentive to our needs. Our expectations were exceeded when visiting the hotel, the food was good for all inclusive.

The beds were too hard. Would’ve been nice for an option to have bigger bed

We enjoyed the pool, daily ice cream at 4pm and our meals. The friendly Staff were helpful.

For the room I’d suggest new pillows, we did not use exercise room or spa as we found it unpleasant.

There was honestly not much to like about this hotel. The room was clean but didn't have blankets just a thin cover and no sheet. Very odd.

A very ordinary hotel on many levels. The staff were incredibly rude for no reason. It felt like since we spoke English we were frowned upon. The rooms were basic but the worst part was our window was directly across the road from an Irish pub that played the loudest music until the early hours of the night. Our friends also had a terrible experience, one had a toilet that still had waste in it, another was told that because they didn't put in the name of the 2nd person in their room they had to pay an extra AU$100. The manager was the rudest of them all but in the end they made them pay an extra AU$50 even though the room was for 2 people. We also had to wear wrist bands. It felt like we were teenagers rather than in our 50's & 60's

Pool area was nice, location is very good and close to the beach and restaurants and bars

Breakfast was very average, hotel lacks character, bedding was poor although the pillows were good

We had a large room, comfortable bed, ok breakfast.

In the reservation I had a room with a pool view, I received one with a view of a very noisy Irish bar, many of the things in the room were broken or about to fall off.

Cleaning wasn't done everyday and the cleaning of our room was never done before 17:00

The staff were very nice especially the girl in guests relations (Selin)she was very helpful.

Their was cracking noises in the ceiling of my room as if someone working on the roof

Overall, the hotel feels average. The setting is nice, but management needs to take guest experience much more seriously.

In the room, we only found two bad quality pillows so we couldn’t sleep properly. The balcony was not clean, and there was an unpleasant sewage smell in the bathroom. The pool staff were not friendly, and no one intervened when large groups played and shouted loudly.The spa and hammam experience was below expectations, not very professional, we still had soap on us at the end, they didn’t detangle the hair, so the treatment felt incomplete. The massage room also had a musty smell.Staff don’t speak English, and there’s a lack of smiles and welcoming attitude. Breakfast was very average. The parking advertised was not available, and we had to park at a supermarket across the street. Even small details like the entrance to the hotel being uncomfortably warm (no AC) made the stay less pleasant.

Location was excellent, close to everything, room was clean and tidy, breakfast was good, staff were friendly and helpful. I would recommend to everybody.

There was no parking available or the ability to drop of your luggage at the hotel, had to park a good distance away and take my luggage through the heat to the hotel. Not a good experience

Breakfast was not good. Staff were rude except for the housekeeping lady she was very lovely.

Nice location, close to public transportation, shops, restaurants. Clean & spacious room, comfortable bed, very good breakfast & affordable rates.

Reception can hardly speak English, hard to communicate.

Proximity to the waterfront. Good breakfast options although hot dishes were not hot enough.

Very noisy b ar outside our room. No parking provided despite that was a requirement when the booking was made.

Pool and reception guy I dont remember his name He changed my booked room to other one with no view only noisy street when I discussed him he asked me to cancel my booking and look for other hotel This really was very bad and disappointed

I had an excellent experience! It was my daughter's birthday, and they surprised her with a cake. The food from the buffet was delicious, and the menu changed daily, offering a remarkable variety. The staff was very friendly, and the hotel is conveniently located close to everything, with a large supermarket right across the street.

Nice location, close to the beach. Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast and bar at the pool.

Property was good

Property and location was fantastic. Food was good but it was the same food every day. Three times a day. Staff very friendly would stay again but they definitely need to change their food about
