Begonville Beach Hotel - Adult Only

Location was on the beachfront with ease of beach walk ways.

The room had long black hair around the room floor and in the shower and basin. Didn’t feel very clean. The room didn’t have a kettle for coffee. Generally noisy due to other establishments in the area.

Great water pressure, the shower was good, but they should raise the handle above the head instead of at the waist, staff was very friendly and helpful. Pleasant patio in good weather!

Room was small, AC did not work all the time… neighbor was on the balcony smoking - so it was not pleasant to leave the door open.

Bad place near bars, music sounds until 3:00 am, then starts at 8 am, renovation sounds from inside and from the sides of the building until 5 pm, I asked when the renovation will be finished, construction never finishes, old woman in the information room told me that's your problem go somewhere else

Brilliant location, booked very last minute and we great value for price. Would book again

Nice view to beach and sea. Place was clean.

Small of food from kitchen came to our room every morning and evening even we’re on fourth floor. Also when was rainy the floor was floating under the window.

A poor representation of Turkish hospitality

I cannot reasonably afford a good review of this establishment, although I will be fair throughout. To provide context, I spent 8 weeks in Turkey last year and therefore compare my experience to other hotels in the same country.Having communicated my disappointment to Booking.com at the time of my stay, I am compelled to compliment the customer service team for adressing my complaint promptly. Sadly, the core issues were not resolved despite the hotel offering me a room upgrade, which I did not take up on the principal that a better view is not a substitute for poor service and quality. With the exception of two daytime staff members, the attendants were unreceptive and non-committal to service delivery of whatsoever nature. I recall an occasion on which I was beckoned to fetch my order instead of it being delivered to the table as would've been the custom anywhere else.I arrived to a room that was poorly prepared for my stay, finding patio furniture still stacked in the room. The weather did not justify this, as I would've reasonably understood had it been the case. Being well travelled, I regret to say that the amenities cannot be compared with the average international standards; in fact I've been accommodated in far better lodgings in third world countries elsewhere.Breakfast was a dismal affair, and I regret to say that the eggs, processed meats and fresh produce was of questionable quality and far from fresh. As a professional chef, I was horrified to find raw, gelatinous eggs in bain maries one morning; food safety seems non-existent and apparently bacterial food poisoning is of no concern here.To the hotel's credit of attempting to serve eggs to order (as opposed to the raw buffet eggs), I was, however, disappointed to be served a rubbery omelette after asking for soft scrambled eggs repeatedly. The coffee dispensed cannot reasonably pass as palatable, being of instant variety with coffee creamer instead of fresh milk.

The staff were so helpful and professional. Especially SADI and the night manager at reception. Nothing was a problem

Perfect location- overlooking the beach and close to bars and restaurants.

The balcony view is brilliant. The location is also very well. The hotel has its only beach area which is a plus.

The room was too small. The beach was quite dirty. The breakfast was not very good, although had a variety. Curtains had several spots and were dirty and in dust. The bedding set also had some spots which was disgusting! We did not complained about all of this because we had only 2 nights-stay in the hotel.

Lovely unique little hotel, great location, beautiful views. Ur rooms were clean, tidy and the small fridge was an added bonus. Lovely wrap around balcony with sea view. Room 509. Staff were friendly and helpful. I would recommend and stay again.

Location was perfect, the variety of food was pretty good and tasty, very reasonable price to extend the room checkout time, the staff were friendly.

The shower had mould around the seal, we had to ask for fresh towels after 2 days because housekeeping were just leaving the dirty towels in the room.

Very nice hotel. THE VIEW is incredible. We got the all inclusive package and had plenty of beers, tea, coffee and juice as well as enjoyed the foods from the buffet. The all inclusive includes all local drinks (beer, wine, vodka, raki, gin, tea, coffee, juice). The food was very tasty. Not a massive selection but sufficient to always have a good meal anyway. The private beach and loungers with umbrellas were also really great. We took our own beach towels with us.

Not much. There is indeed some music noise from the club a bit down the road but when we closed the door it wasn't loud enough to stop us sleeping. Also the building next door is still under construction which was a bit noisy here and there if you wanted to keep your balcony door open during the day.

no English food at all, no toast, food was awful we ate out every night, no kettle in room, no iron in room, u can hire an iron from reception. Bring ur own tea bags and coffee and bring a travel kettle, no swimming pool

The food was disgusting, catered more for the turkey people. Staff were very rude especially the restaurant manager not willing to help at all. Restaurant tables we’re getting cleaned with dirty cloths. There was a foul smell at the tea machine , the water machine was filthy. I had sickness and diarrhoea for 2 solid days I couldn’t leave my room. I asked for a refund but was refused because the room was non refundable. Which really only happens if a no show. My friend had surgery and was really unwell also. Can you look into a refund please? My husband is seeking legal advice. I’ve a video of the dirty water machine but won’t let me upload.
