NothingThe hotel was obviously not open and ready to receive customers the downstairs was in darkness and emptyMyself and my daughter were given a key and told which floor I can only assume we were the first customers of the season, which is fine but when we got to the room if that was the best they had i wouldn’t like to see the restThe room was so small two narrow single beds with a stool in between the beds ( covered in cigarette burns) a bedside cabinet wouldn’t of fitThe room smelt really badly of cigarettes I am a smoker myself but this smelt like somebody had smoked all winter in that room with no windows open I went on the balcony to have a cigarette myself to find two dirty plastic chairs and to top it off the ashtray was broken which I found ridiculous as I am sure we were the only ones there so there must of been a better oneThe paint was peeling off the wall There was a kettle and cups and what what looked like years sugar and a tea bag no coffee or creamerThe noise from the road outside was unbearable no double glazing or sound proof which was going to mean no sleep as it was so close to the main roadThe room was the last on the corridor right next to the fire escape doors and stairs outside the front door didn’t look secure at allThe toilet roll was nearly empty I have stayed in budget hotels before and have never had to go and buy a toilet roll on arrivalWe checked out 3hours later I have lived in turkey in the past and know how aggressive and intimidating they can be when complaining so I didn’t feel safe in actually complaining to the man who took my key card when he crept out of the dark as we were getting out of the smallest rickety lift so I lied and said we had a family emergency and we had to try and get back home I took a few photos which are attached I wish I’d took more so you could see how bad this was

EverythingThat bad we checked out 3 hours after arrival and paid to stay in another hotel which was perfect the ketenci hotel which I would recommend

Good location, close to city centre and beach. Nice staff

Very mid class Hotel, okay to stay for a night. The rooms could be bigger and the technical Equipment could be renewed

The stuff is very helpful and friendly, the location is perfect. 1 minute away from the municipality beach and just 10 minutes walk to the beach cafes with their areas where you can use sun bed. From the other side of the hotel is bar street, around 15 min walk. The Dolmuş station (buses which can take you to the places which far away) is also few minutes away.

It’s on the renovation process now. Hotel is old inside, the toilets in the rooms are positioned very uncomfortably,

Location, friendly staff, air conditioning

The photos on booking site are not real at this moment. There is no bar, restaurant, lift needs to be repaired because is falling apart. All the hotel needs a huge refurbishment.

Room was very clean (cleaned ever day), towels were changing every two days, in the room was air conditioner and wifi, acoomodation is near city center and public beach, shops are very close

Lift is little bite scary, noise from the street was loud (but we do not have problem with that), on the balcony was missing some table and some space for drying clothes.

Very nice and clean place with friendly helpful staff. The location is perfect, away from the night life, so it's quiet and you can rest very good in the comfortable room and bed.

The bed was too small of a couple and we are not an overweight couple. So could be a bigger problem for other couples.

Breakfast was as expected, not so many options, but decent and healthy.Location was perfect, close to everything, 10 minutes walk you'll reach all the good locations in Marmaris.So all in all it was perfect for me as solo traveler.It was an amazing stay. The stuff are very polite and very helpful.

Room is a bit small, it's ok for me, as one person, but as couple i wonder. NO fridge in the room, But you can use the Hotel Fridge, the stuff would love to help for that matter.Bathroom also is a bit small.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was cleaned every day, and the location was perfect. Breakfast was good, and during the very hot weather AC was working very well. Overall, we liked to stay there. Also, they have good AC. Nice price, good and quiet place to stay.

I am just writing this for the owner of the hotel and wishing him to make the hotel better. The third floor hallway and the lift wall need a bit of renovation. Also, the net curtain was on poor condition. The balcony had a nice view, but the balcony and window weren't cleaned.

Simple breakfast, maybe standard in 3-star hotels.

Bed not so komfortable. Very small room. Very old lift. Dangerous stairs from first floor to lobby.

The general condition of the hotel is an old building. The bathroom is not fresh.

some staff were not friendly and were not welcoming.the lift didn’t seem very safe and the bathroom was very small. if you are a big guy, you will struggle in the bathroom.

Great location and breakfast. Have an issue with 2 charges on my credit card I'm trying to sort out. Room was great but bathroom was horrible. Had to rest my arm on vanity while using toilet. Basically joined. Horrible workmanship in bathroom and dirty. Carpet in hallway was horribly dirty and needs to be removed.

Very nice staff and great customer service. I was arriving late and sent a message if I can check in after hours, they responded within an hour.Breakfast is simple but tasty, hotel in great location.

Someone earlier mentioned the tobacco smell in the room. The struggle is real especially for a non-smoker. Please get to the bottom of the problem and sort this out,

The property was on a good location with easy access to the beach. The room was clean and comfortable.

Good location

Rooms are quite old and small. Part of lights doesn't work. Wifi is very slow. Breakfast is very basic: bread, eggs, tomatoes, cucumber, cheese, sausage, honey and nutella, turkish tea. I think it's all.
