Palmea Hotel All Inclusive

It was ok not much stuff do and no entertainment

No entertainment no kettle or stuff in room

Price is not bad for time of season.

In one week stay room was cleaned only once, had to ask for clean towels and toilet paper all the time .Ques for lunch and dinner is too long, as the food is not being prepare before everyone is coming .Overall nothing special about hotel .

Great hotel with perfect location to explore the centre. Good staff and drinks Nice pools always got a sun bed

Internet was too much bad , only in the lobby or near the pool you can contact to Wi-Fi .

Nice property, in a nice location. Was relatively modern and had some really nice views. Had a lot of food options. Evening food was always hit and miss, but there was always something to enjoy. Staff were lovely. It had two pools and a bar and coffee station.

I think it would be useful if they could serve drinks and refreshments all day long. We had a slight confusion with the rooms we booked, but other than that it was a good stay.

If you want quality, DO NOT BOOK.

The customer service was terrible. They didnt clean the rooms even after requested. No Wi-Fi at all. They dont cover the food so there was always flies and insects next to the food. Nobody speaks English so communicating was horrendous.

The pool was nice

The air con dripped water and its over the bed so it was annoying and to hot to not have it on. The snack food was served raw especially the burgers so my daughter was poorly and it was chicken and fish the majority of nights and dont really cater for kids. The service bar was only open at 12.30-2pm during the day which was a pain as you had to walk to the bottom pool for the bar.

The bar staff was very good Especially Benny and Duan, they both went above and beyond for everyone and treated us with utmost respect. They deserve a much better place of work and much better company that would look after them better. Location is actually very ideal, close to icemeler, food, shops, taxi places all nearby.

After 2 nights we couldnt wait for our holiday to be over. Food was atrocious so we had to eat out everyday. AC didn't work 80% of the time and the only member of staff that tried to help us was Younus. If he wasn't working we was just shooed off and told to wait til the next day til 'technical services' was in. But the next day it would be the same story.Shower is open, so after your done expect the whole toilet to be flooded no matter how careful you are. Also put towel under the door or you'll get water seeping into your room.Noisy neighbours kept us up all night, and ironically reception would phone our room to keep the noise down. After telling them it isn't us and we are actually trying to sleep, they'd say something like 'we are not stupid. Go sleep or I will call police'. Left us absolutely bewildered.Rooms were cleaned twice during our 7 day stay. Once an hour after we checked in because our room wasn't clean. Then after a couple of days after numerous complaints. We had to beg for clean towels, and they'd shamelessly say 'no towels wait tomorrow' I've stayed at many budget hotels and this Is by far the worst. Apart from the location snd bar staff everything else is 0/10.

Nothing i had to book another hotel immediately!!!

The rooms were so small, the bed was uncomfortable. Smallest elevator to go up in and took forever to come back down. The restaurant was absolutely disgraceful l, presentation of the food was awful, food didnt look fresh.

The food is bad and the room is small .. the hotel is not clean .. It is also scary.. There is no security between the rooms.. The balconies are next to each other and anyone can jump to the other room..

- Hardly working AC in 45 degrees heat - Uncomfortable beds - Dirty toilets - wouldnt recommend anyone to stay here unless on a tight budget

The rooms were perfect, and the staff member Naz was amazing and great help

The smell in the hotel was horrific, full of vegetable oil, the Wi-Fi did not work in the rooms, the staff weren't smiley and confident, the pools were not clean at all

The pool was a nice temp and clean.

Food was the worst we have ever had for limitation and repetitiveness. Some staff are very grumpy

Management very rude when we had a problem. Rooms not cleaned, just towels put on bed. Bins not emptied.Sheets were never changed.

The description of Pamlea Hotel is VERY inaccurate, There are many points to highlight which did not match the description. The room s are standard as sole traveler, a bed and a bathroom (that's it) a TV is present but poor reception. Food is VERY sub standard, breakfast was the same everyday a poor selection on weeks ends no chef to cook fresh eggs etc. The cleanliness of Hotel is very poor, food from previous dinning sittings remain, stains of food on walls and floors, incredible dirty hotel. The attitude of staff our unwelcoming, The all inclusive package is a small selection of spirits and one beer No Ice Cream for children The on site shop is closed The WIFI is the worst in Marmaris, all the Restaurant's supply WIFI and reconnects when your near their facility. The Palmea drops away, stops or is just slow. This property looks as if it is ready to close not a Hotel in mid season. Booking .com need to visit and down grade on their system or even delist for their own reputation !

The food was so cheap. My husband is Turkish and owns a bar restaurant so essentially a chef when its busy, therefore we were quite disappointed with the breakfasts. No Wi-Fi in the room which isnt ideal when you have a 7 year old with you. Floors in the hotel werent the cleanest. Fluff and dirt behind the beds which obviously meant it hasnt been hoovered aswell as pubes on the floor. Room was at the back of the hotel which meant we had a tree as our balcony view. The market that was pictured to be open inside the hotel was shut all the time we were there. Infact the pictures posted on the site make it look better than it is. It was advertised as a 4* hotel but seemed more like a 2*. Weve just arrived back home feeling disappointed as what was supposed to be a nice family holiday, ended up being rubbish

Disrespectful staff, A/C not working, Wi-Fi is non existent, they never clean the rooms even when I told reception they didnt send anyone so had to sleep with the same sheets

The location was great in a quite part of Marmaris. The staff were very polite and very helpful. The room was a lot better than we expected for what we payed.

Didn't like a group of drunken 30 year olds around the pool in the afternoon
