Only one key would be given, it¿s very stressful to coordinate with a partner if you want to go do different things.

I had absolutely nothing to complain about. Everyone was super friendly towards me. Breakfast was nice. I recommend everyone getting the sea view!! You will not regret it! Sahin who works the night shift is the sweetest soul. Really made me feel a home and made me Turkish tea in the morning! I will definitely be back ??

The location is perfect - but to be able to spoil it at the end is really a challenge.

Only completely mind banged individuals can stand to hear “hands up, hands up, hands up ( to be continued) every evening for hours. To have 2 ! (notabene) bars downstairs completing in decibels with a very basic ‘entertaining staff’ is more than acceptable.To charge 11 Euro for a fruit platter ( 2 mini bananas, 2 mini sets of grapes and some honey- and watermelons) on the beach is - according to the manager economically needed because of the quantity of his staff ( these guys who ‘entertain’ the ones who need this at night. Well I guess I said enough - the ones who understand get it - the others will go there.

Breakfast was good and they took care for the food and all personal from the restaurent they care and give good service and food but hotel was so bad and poor I will never ever go that hotel

My room I have to ask a lot of times to get an iron and the man in reception no idea about hotel industry.only one woman that say he is the incharge take care but all the rest I didn’t like at all.I need to ask to get towel as nobody came to clean room then I ask what happen they say staff sick this it and I ask I need towel then I get .this has spoil my stay.I stay there 10 days just imagine how it was no cleaning room as staff sick and no towel and no understanding English and no care at all for me they are not mean for hotel industry I am working for a big American company and I am a corporate executive chef incharge for 7 big cruise line but like that hotel I had never see .

the hotel is very clean. beautiful interior. so many details that attract attention and give pleasure: stained glass at the entrance, tiles in the bathroom and on the floor, wrought iron railings. I liked all this very much. location right on the beach and the embankment, where life is in full swing.

There are some small flaws that don't spoil the holiday: in the bathroom in the room we stayed in there were no hooks in the bathroom for towels, the shower door didn't close all the way and the water didn't drain very quickly. But I think these small flaws were only in one room.

3rd time staying here in a sea view room, the rooms are large and view's are brilliant, breakfast is fine you can get, omelette scrambled or fried eggs with tomatoes, toast etc or turkish breakfast, think you can get full english for a little extra ?

They renovated the bar and it now caters for the younger generations, entertainment on till at least midnight so of you like an early night ? this is not for you ?

Everything. Customer service is below zero. We got scammed, the laundry price list in the rooms is not the same as the actual price. We payed 6000 liras for laundry that costed 1700 according to the price list. And they didnt accept card payment which made us going out at 3am looking for atms. Ayşe is an old woman that kept cussing us out in turkish which I understand, she also kept throwing some racist slurs.The bathroom sink was cloggef the whole stay. Breakfast was bad and they charge you extra for water. I hope no one ever comes to this hotel. Because Im definetly not.

Breakfast is a joke. I do not consider it as a breakfast. They make you pay for water as extra and overpriced. I asked for an additional coffee and they made me pay for it. They did not tell me it is extra. The personal is rude.

The location was perfect in relation to the beach It was a very central point and taxi and bus service was within walking distance Rooms are very comfortable and just what you need and private

One will have to bear with the Resturant come beach bar playing music from around 20:00- 00:30 in the evening The beach area they will need to upgrade their equipment suck as sun beds and umbrellas as this was worn and broken and in one case caused an injury to a woman’s hand

Main entrance doors were broken, they did not open themselves. Okay for a day or two, but all week ?Cleaning of room might have been a little better. We were okay but there is a disco bar on the ground floor. People would need to be warned there is loud music until just after 12 midnight!The hotel is a little far out.

The bed was good.

We had booked 4 rooms, and the aircondition was only working in 1 room the night we arrived. It took 5(!) days before it was fixed for everyone. The fridge in our room was not cold. In another room it was a loud ticking noise that never stopped during our visit. At the hotels homepage it says that the staff can speak several languages, including english and norwegian. From 8 pm and during the night, the employe who was there, did only speak turkish, and got mad at us when we needed help and did’nt understand what he was saying. The HomePage did also say that it was a trainingroom and a spa/wellnesroom, which it was not. At the breakfast we only got one coffee/tea or juice for free, if you wanted both you had to pay, even if it was «breakfast included». The breakfast is not at the hotel, but at a nightclub next door.

Housekeeping could have been better i asked for my room to be cleaned and it was not done on my arrival back from the day out.Firstly the breakfast was weak I would of preferred a a more English type.

We spent overall 5 lovely days at this budget hotel as a family. We had a room with a sea view and one without.1. The rooms facing the sea have amazing views. They have a balcony. 2. Excellent staff. Always ready to help both with any room queries or restaurant queries3. Excellent location - right by the beach and many restaurants & shops4. The marina & main shops is a taxi ride away (we paid 150 Liras for 5 passengers one way)5. Attached restaurant food is good. We had two meals. Worth a try if you are unsure.6. Rooms are comfortable with air-conditioner.

1. Breakfast service could have been better (Turkish breakfast not to be compared or confused with Continental or English breakfast). If the hotel explains this to the customer in advance it will manage the expectation better. Feel free to request poached egg on toast, butter etc and you are most likely to be served as per your request.2. You might benefit from using Google Translate to effectively communicate with the staff. However, there is always somebody available to communicate in English. 3. Rooms that do not face the sea are not worth it. (These rooms have a balcony but a painted wall as a view)4. All rooms can do well with a bit of renovation. Our rooms felt a bit dark.5. Best to get bottled water from local supermarkets (we paid about 30 lira for 3 large bottles of water in the supermarket next to TUI Blue Grand Azur)6. There was a safe in the wardrobe. However, it should be fixed permanently to the wardrobe else it does not give much confidence. Also, the safe was running low on battery and could not be used. Please also add usage instructions.7. Note Marmaris is very adapted to UK tourists. Most excursions and restaurants quote in GBP and are happy to accept GBP. This hotel payment was done in Euros.

I really liked everything in this hotel, the sea view room was just wow. Clean room and a private beach, very good breakfast served downstairs facing the private beach. I highly recommend for a nice beachy holiday just right on the beach. special thanks for both receptionists they were always helpful problem solver and always smiling. They provided vip van transfer for a very good price so don’t hesitate to ask for transfers while you stay there.

Very noisy night time because of the next door restaurant which was extremely loud even in off season with two customers but that’s not the fault of Alibey hotel and we still enjoyed our stay. you can just close the window and put air con and the problem is solved.

you had a choice off a turkish breakfast or omelette's, they also do full english and its only £4, right on the beach with beds and parasols and Yuhan and the other staff would tender to your needs if you ask
