Thin walls, all nights long we could hear noisy neighbors

Lobby is dark most of the time, AC temperature was very cold the whole time even if we raise the temperature up, the Breakfast need slight increase in the variety.

Confortable, l'équipe chaleureux .. we added 3 extra days because we liked the place, the hotel and the staff.. we will come back again inchallah ?✨️

Location is excellent for main road and Beach.

The air con- it only works if the balcony door is closed over but it only blows hot air despite having it at 16 degrees. My boyfriend has to get up to open the balcony door as that was cooler at one point. Where the aircon is positioned it could be closer to the beds

No food service except for the breakfast which was extremely poor (almost nothing), the house keeping was a disaster, did not change the Lenin but only once after I complained, didn't change the towels until I complained to the manager, very bad cleaning for the room, the internet was very bad and weak signals, the rooms are not sound proof as they mentioned, you can her the noise from the street and the rooms around you, I will never go to this place again

The location was perfect and the room was decent size and aesthetically pleasing, no weird bed sheets.

Had to swap rooms as they messed up our bookings and charged us extra. The bathroom in our changed room was disgusting, has this odd smell and limescale and the shower was not enclosed it was just to go all over the floor. Was very impractical and old. Really needs updating and modernising. The cleaner also stole our revolut card so I would like to make a report.

Overall the hotel is good just across the road from the beach front and main strips. Room was nice with balcony and have outdoor swimming pool. Breakfast is ok what i expected.

Shafak is absolutely amazing. Day or night he is always willing to help. My transfer was late, Shafak assured me that it will be ok. Shafak is worth his weight in gold !!!

I booked a non-smoking room, but there is a bad smell of smokers, probably from the curtains. The windows of the room to the street close tightly, a lot of noise at night.

The beds were clean

Extremely basic and run down, claustrophobic lay out

The breakfast was a well presented continental breakfast with a range of soft drinks and tea and coffee.The dining room area was exceptionally clean and plates and cups were never left on the tables after use for more than a couple of minutes. The swimming area had plenty of sun beds and brollies and the pool was small but adequate.

In my opinion I couldn’t fault anything about the hotel, staff were friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble.Possibly a little light music played around the pool area but nothing too loud

Absolutely fantastic, very nice and peaceful ! Clean rooms and fantastic location. Very quiet around the pool in the day but not too quiet, just right. Very relaxing.

Excellent location close to shopping and good restaurants

I would have liked for them to include fruit or eggs in different presentation. At the reception, we never found someone willing to greet us. It may be cultural, but it was unusual

We all were happy with our rooms as single occupants. To share a room would be quite tight in some of the rooms imo.Staff were helpful. Rooms clean.The restaurant next door was handy with atmosphere and a lovely variety of food but had loud music until very late.

Our party did not like the breakfast. It is cold food and help yourself, no staff was seen. We went next door for breakfast as they had a variety. The lift is very small and can just about fit two people.We noticed a bar by the pool on the day before we were leaving. The hotel is very quiet but I think it needs certain areas eg the bar and breakfast advertised/improved to bring more people to them.

Short walk to the beach. Pleasant (if small) pool. Breakfast sufficiently diverse. Although the same everyday.

Very small lifts. Front of hotel quite noisy at night. Although mostly before midnight. No egg station (only hard boiled eggs on offer at breakfast) Our basic room was quite small. No or limited sea views.
