Photos of rooms don’t do it justice. Staff are so friendly and attentive. Great selection of food, all day long. Entertainment was amazing for adults and kids. Can’t fault this place at all.

In general the hotel experience was disappointing. I have booked 2 rooms for my family and they put us one room in block 3 and the other room in block 8.The restaurant : food was not delicious and very repetitive. Dinner time from 6:30 to 9pm but at 8:30 everything is removed and the staff push us to harry up and finish quickly. Restaurant team are very rude except very few young team inside the restaurant.I never see such team that don’t know how to smile to clients. Beach: good technique to keep clients out without lunch as there are 3 morning time shuttle to the beach latest one at 11am and back to hotel from 5 pm. They told us that we can come back earlier by taxi or by foot 20mn !!!At the beach there is no sign in which area our hotel have the beach beds . The only hotel that there are not mattresses for beach among all other surrounding hotels.The team there if they feel that u don’t want to buy from them any food then they give you the bad face and ignore you!!!We are all inclusive but nothing free at the beach even water!!!Animation team : the team doesn’t have any activities during the day or around the pools !! Except some games that you have to pay for it like the big water ball for kids with fees and bingo game with fees.You will find the tips box everywhere, i don’t know for what !!I have good name for the hotel : Greedy By Nature Hotel… the most cost cutting hotel. Even the wooden sticks for stirring the coffee they divided it into two !!!I don’t recommend at all this hotel as sure is not even a 3 stars hotel.

Beds not comfortible

The location is very good close to everything inside the Marmaris. The buffet was great really delicious food and various options in all meals. Swimming pools was spacious and variety of activities. Highly recommend.

After one night of check in they charged me for another 150 euro for my children 5 years old which is no acceptable at all from management as we have very long debate and they wakes me early morning to pay this extra fees which not make since at all.

clean, well kept gardens, rooms clean, staff couldn’t do more to help.

i liked the staff, they were really helpful especially with check in and taxis etc. and the terrace bar was very useful, if not a bit overpriced

the location is good for the newer bit, but quite far away from the old town and the beach. the food for me personally was terrible, very repetitive and all tasted the same. the drinks were not nice either, worth buying from duty free and mixing your own. also the pool shuts very early at 6

plenty of space for sunbathing at that time of year, but would imagine it wouldn’t be the same at height of season. food did get a bit repetitive but there was always something for everyone. staff all very friendly especially our roller skating waiter Jusef.
