Nice, clean hotel with and excellent location. We even tried Turkish bath and massage in the hotel, it was a five star experience. Free good breakfast was one more plus. Restaurant had a verity of choices and excellent cook. We recommend this hotel to ev.

The staff was incredibly friendly. The place was very clean, very cosy, perfect for families on a small vacation.

The breakfast was not a buffet. Also, i didn’t like that they do not give shampoo and shower gel, but instead fill out a dispenser with the same product to use for both hair and body.

The restaurant was not as good as we expected. Poor and limited menu, always forgotten food to serve at the table, and dirty cups of tea.

Reception with an almost non existent welcome, no greeting, no acknowledgement at all. We felt like we had inconvenienced the hotel by attempting a check in. Made a call to reception and it was an even greater inconvenience Restaurant assistants were amazing and went out of their way for us. Thank you

Very nice lobby and room with a balcony. Hotel extremely clean and staff nice and helpful. Beach is a few steps away and has Hotel designated area for free. Free sunbed and umbrella as well.

No dedicated parking. I still found parking in the back that was free so that was not a worry for me

I had a wonderful stay at Motto Premium Hotel & Spa! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They gave me an early check-in and even offered a free breakfast when I arrived at 9:00 AM, which made my day and encouraged me to extend my stay for another night. I got a lovely room with a balcony and sea view, just as I requested. The location is excellent, with access to a private beach, swimming pool, sauna, and a beautiful, spacious Turkish bath. I’ll definitely stay here again next time I’m in Marmaris!

The hotel is 3 stars hotel with great services. The whole staff were very friendly, respectful and helpful. We booked a room for 3 and we got a spacious suite and clean. Restaurant is good. WeHad lunch there and it was delicious. Breakfast has variety and the portions are good.We tries turkish bath and massage and it was nice.Location is prime, has its own beach, city center, marina and on main street. Generally, the hotel is convenient option for those who want to stay for few days and not spend a lot of money on a hotel yet get all services

Breakfast is always fresh and delicious.

Everything was to high standards. Friendly staff and the location of the hotel is perfect if you love to enjoy the sea and the sun and at night you are looking for some entertainment nearby.

Happily, the restaurant inside the hotel is wonderful ? Try to book an All Inclusive or Half Board, you will thank me later.The pool is of adequate size and the beach is Free!...Staff is polite and smiling.

Room was good yet it had a separation door with the next room making it a bit noisy for us and for our neighboursA/C for the room needs maintenance for the noise

The hotel itself was great — clean, comfortable, and well-located

the attached breakfast restaurant Happily was a big disappointment. The service was slow and inattentive, and the food quality was very poor. It really didn’t match the standard of the hotel. I’d recommend the hotel but suggest having breakfast elsewhere.

Wifi was very slow, but it wasn’t a major issue. The bathroom felt a bit small as well, but again, very fine

The good part:The hotel is well located. Pretty lobby.

The bad part:It is located on a busy street. There is no place to offload bags. Incredibly, there are no bell boys nor absolutely anyone to help with bags.Lady at front desk checking us in not friendly.Mini-fridge in the room was not working. She tried to tell me that is how it works. I would not have it, and she finally relented and sent a new mini fridge.There is no air conditioning in the lobby, atrium, or front desk area. It can be like an oven.No air conditioning in the restaurant. We ate breakfast in a hot room.

The breakfast was not good as they serve it in predefined menu (no buffet) you have to eat what ever they put.. The people are not welcoming and friendly..

We did not like much in this hotel.

We just got married in Istanbul 3 days eralier, and I contacted the hotel twice about it, explaning that we are coming for our honeymoon. When we checked in, they did not provide us with any gifts, and no proposal for a discounted upgrade. The hotel was almost half empty, and the receptionist was most unfriendly. The food was really unhealthy to the point that my wife and I got sick. My wife spent 1.5 days in the bed vomiting. Again, no great support from the receptionist, who just said she should go to the hospital. The food was really really bad, the service very unkind and unhelpful. For a tour, they sent us to the Ozdeniz Travel company located in front of the hotel across the street, which was the biggest scam we have ever experienced.
