Horrible

So many things that I cant count on. Food definitely the worst place ever. Almost all employees zero smile. Like someone is pushing them to work everyday... Waiting lines for the food disaster. Almost no variety at all

The spa was good. The best massage I had and it was reasonable price. Affordable stay with alright food. Rooms were decent size with fairly new furniture. Entertainment was alright in the evenings.

A la carte is worse than the buffet, I couldn't sleep well due to pillows were terribly uncomfortable, makes you sweat loads and feels like a wet sponge. There is no beach and almost no kids clubs. The hotel is old and more like 4 stars in my opinion.

Nice and clean pool. And really nice beach area. The food was good and varied. Entertainment good. We loved the singers from South Africa. Kind and serviceminded staff.

The tennis rackets and balls were very very poor. Some areas the WiFi was not working well.

The location was excellent and also the facility in terms of food , service, program variation .only they need to improve team communication with customers and how to handle cleaning services on time

Only good thing about it is the location and the view

Whoever decided this resort is 5 star,never actually went to an all inclusive resort.This place is a 2 star maximum.From the moment you arrive in the lobby you feel like you went back in the 80s. But little did we know this would be the least of our worries.We booked a bungalow ( not sure why it’s called a bungalow because it’s literally just a tiny room) that had a sea view. When we started checking in my husband randomly asked “ this room has a sea view right?” and then the story started.The lady at the reception was trying to sell us the story of how we got a free upgrade, a standard room but it won’t have a sea view but it’s a higher priced room and bigger so therefore is an upgrade (that we never asked for).We go to the room and honestly it looked like an old motel room. Super tiny, no natural light. Old furniture, two single sized beds put together as a king bed but mind you the bed frame was still sticking out. AND THE VIEW? It was a ciment staircase with some metal fence around it.This was the so called “upgrade” . God knows what was going on so they gave us that .After seeing it we went back and asked for the initial bungalow that we booked.It was still the same small size (you can barely open two suitcases inside) but at least the view was sea. Also there was a sewage smell coming and going. The AC was making a very loud noise, we addressed it and then the maintance came the second day but the sewage problem was still there. We didn’t have a clothing dryer on the balcony like other “bungalows” had either.Cherry on top? We wanted to iron our clothes but surprise, a 5 star resort does not provide an iron. Allegedly for safety issues. Reality being they want you to send your clothes to their laundry so they can cash out on that.The food was absolutely mid. No variety. Drinks at the bar poor quality also. Few nights the pasta was cold. Desserts looked nice but they were all tasteless .Even the coffee from the machine was horrible. A

Most of the hotel staff were kind and responsible.

Very low quality of food in the main restaurant - sunbeds, parts of the hotel are paid for!!

Hotel was lovely. Everything catered for. Food was good. Bungalow we stayed in was perfect with comfy beds and nice lounge area.

Sometimes bar service was slow.

Facilities good. Good choice of food and drink options for All Inclusive. Pool area clean, plenty of sunbeds and free towels. Communal areas were lovely and clean.

Not enough umbrellas in pool areas.Bar staff were slow in serving.

I used to stay at this hotel for 3 years. Good location good food, nice to stay.

Some of the staff were friendly and tried to help with any issues we had.

Some of the staff were rude and didn't care or even try to help.Rooms were outdated and not thoroughly cleaned.Hotel is far from everything. Not much of a variety for food.

It’s good for family

It’s a bit old, need refurbish , changing the furniture, do some painting

The view and the food and everything thing was really perfect

However we booked a sea view room and they gave us a side sea view and we were very tired so we did not request a change and the air condition was very low in the room

I love this hotel. I have been coming here for absolute years. Fabulous location, staff are amazing and will go out of their way to help you. It is very clean , my bed was sp very comfortable, and I struggled to get out of it. So lovely ?. Staff feel like family to me now. The spa was also amazing. I had lots of fantastic massage, which helped me relax and distress.. food coffee,snacks are in abundance. I especially miss the salad bar. Fabulous healthy food. I will continue to return here. The air conditioning was set to warm for April, so no choice if you wanted hot or cold air.. it is too warm for people from uk. Staff helped by giving me a fan in the room, but it would be good to have a choice of warm or cold air conditioning. It did not spoil my holiday. I still enjoyed it .please, though, let us have a choice as I suffer from migraines if the room gets stuffy. Xxx ?. ???

Arrived the day hotel opened. Greeted with flowers and complimentary room upgrade. Everything was excellent, staff very attentive and polite. Room was cleaned everyday.Room was well kitted out with everything you need for the stay.Food was very good and unusual for all inclusive, it was hot! very varied and quality, well presented. Drinks were also good and good choice.

We liked the company , nice English people.

Rooms are very old, I mean really really old , food it was disaster. Reception staff rude, not helpful .

Very clean, food if very tasty and lots of choices. Friendly staff.

Gym and facilities need to be updated. Choice of alcohol drink are substandard.

Staff were polite and friendly especially Serkan in customer services. Location is brilliant, however, the quality and and variety of the hot food has deteriorated since my visit last year. The cold meze etc is excellent.

Location was superb in terms of sea but weather was only nice the day we were leaving. Town centre was bit further so couldn’t enjoy the town. Family room was bit far from main lobby. Gym was very basic & no indoor warm water swimming pool.

Beautiful location. Great family room on the seafront. Would recommend booking these rooms
