- Beautiful beach and water- Good breakfast with plenty of options- Overall nice location

- No information on how to get beach towels on the first day, and towel cards were not provided until later- The beach chairs we had been using were removed while we were away for a short break, even though many other chairs were left unattended with towels on them for hours- Some staff members' attitude felt unhelpful and not very guest-focused- Bathroom could use some updates

Staff is very kind and respectful. Great view and beautiful scenery in the heart of the nature. Hotel's restaurant, Bade, offers variety of dishes and they're all delicious. Beach is easily accessible and the crew works really hard and only hotel customers are allowed which is nice.

Nothing in particular. There is no elevator which we don't mind but can be challenging for some, especially for top floor stays.

Lovely family run hotel right on the front of the promenade. Our room overlooked the beach. The welcome from reception was great. They couldn't do enough to help. The room was lovely and comfortable and the shower was powerful. The wifi was strong enough for me to do a couple of teams calls. Down stairs there is a lovely breakfast room and outside bar. The service is excellent.

Fantastic location, clean, amazing staff, excellent beach and a good breakfast.

Other guests disgruntled by the music at night (a few times over the 3 weeks I stayed, up until midnight) nothing that earplugs wouldn't sort and definitely not a problem for me.

There were a few things that needed repair or replaced.

On the beach. Beach is stunning.

It is not 4 star as advertised here. It is 3 star. They have a rooms on beach front which we found extremely old, dated , small. Very little r storage for clothes. We had to jump over a sofa to get the bad. That small. Rooms and entrance need a massive make over. We asked to be moved on the day and they moved us to apart hotel section across the road which was nicer. One bedroom apartment with kitchen and balcony. Pool is small but you don’t need pool when you have stunning beach. Their breakfast area is lovely where you sit outside on the beach. Other than the location of the hotel I wouldn’t stay there. It was far too much money for what it is. Refurbishment and change all the furniture is a must for beach front section of the hotel. If you’d book this book the apart hotel section. Much nicer. Hotel otherwise in a best spot of the bay. you’d like it.

Liked it was close by the sea, had a private pool and room service. Also the staff was very hospital and amazing.

I didn't like there was no cover only a thin one, also the restaurant food wasn't that great we tried many items and the last was the king prawn honestly a disappointment with the mules, very pricey for a low quality. Also didn't like there is no stove with an oven in the flat

Location is great with sea views. Breakfast very good and all staff very friendly and helpful.

Double bed was a basic 4’6 which is a bit tight but ok. Everything else was great value.

We liked everything; staff, location, facilities, food.

We had just bad sound isolation from rooms, we informed hotel and they mentioned they know and they will solve coming years this issue. We liked their this commemt as well.

The hotel located in perfect location. It has own beach and easy access to the sea. The stuff is so kind, polite and friendly. The restaurant’s foods are very good and service to the beach is also very quick and affordable. I really recommend this place in heaven

Rooms need renovation, especially the bathrooms. Front side rooms are better than the mountain view ones. The street side rooms are a bit loud because of the bar’s on the street.

The staff is very nice, the facilities in the apartments are ok, only that the cleaning is done once every 4 days..... we stayed 8 and they came in only once. It's a little for the sea, sand, salt water..... it should be once every 2 days... and the towels changed every 2 days. Breakfast sufficient, but it can be more varied... It was very good till the end!!!!!!&

An excellent location, very close to the shops and restaurants as well as to the beach.

All I would say is that the shower cubical needs to be renewed. In short, bathroom needs updating.

The staff at the reception are very helpful and friendly (Specifically Emel). The restaurant staff were friendly in the evenings too (but definitely not at breakfast). The restaurant (Bade) and service were also good. Daily cleaning was also good. Parking place is not bad. Beach area was good.

Our room was on the top floor and the height was quite low. We bumped our head a few times. Beds were also not too comfy. The main concern was the LOUD MUSIC. If you want a peaceful stay, unfortunately this is not the right place. Some days (the restaurant in the hotel and the bars on the street) turn off the music at 1am.The same staff open the restaurant early in the morning (7am) after closing it at night (1am-2am). That's why they don't look very happy and friendly at breakfast! Sleeping for 4-5 hours wouldn't make me happy either.

The beach and the sea are beautiful.From outside the hotel looks very nice.Kind and helpful young staff. They guys their best to compensate the hotel obsolescence and inefficiency.

Breakfast is poor. There is no juice for children, no chocolate, only watermelon as a fruit, limited choice of jam, butter came only after a complaint, eggs were with a cost at the beginning of the stay, no salami or charcuterie, turkish salami on the eggs only with an additional cost. There is no dark bread or light milk.The restaurant offers food at more expensive prices than the rest of the town.The hotel needs renovation. The rooms are a bit old.Overall, the prices are high in respect of the offered quality.

Everything!!! The hotel is so beautiful and the rooms are so clean and comfortable. I had a beautiful full sea view from my balcony. The food was delicious and the location perfect. The young lady Eman on reception was fantastic and so kind!!!

Delightful staff. Good location. Outstanding breakfast. Very helpful in extending check out time.

Room did not have water glasses or mugs for hot drinks. Glasses provided after request but only paper cups.excellent
