Conveniently located, with close proximity to the beach, 2 water parks and other neighbouring family activity venues. The food selection was exceptional and sufficient for the number of guests that visited.We found that the Porters, Spa staff, Dining room 'waiters' and Guest relations staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The Spa facility was surprisingly appropriately decorated. We also found the bars to be well stocked and suitably located within close proximity of dining areas and rooms.The nightly entertainment was professional of a high standard and appropriate for families with young children, but also catered for a wider audience.

Firstly, this is not a 5 star hotel! It should not have been presented as such.It may have been some time ago, but it is clear that standards have dramatically deteriorated since then.If you considered that we had to change rooms 3 times in 2 days over a 4 day stay period, our family did not experience a comfortable stay.- The first room offered had exposed electrical cables projecting from the bathroom wall above the wash hand basin, excess mould around shower room floor/ wall tiles and shower hose.- The alternate room offered had a leaking overhead shower head, visible excess mould around shower wall/ floor tiles.- The second room was marginally cleaner. However, there were urine stains around the toilet, under the seat and around the toilet bowl. We could also not connect to the wi-fi, even after multiple phonecalls and visits to Reception, and IT technician visits. - The third move had a cleaner bathroom, however, we experienced a power outage which only affected our room on the floor. Having by now seen 4 separate rooms, it was clear there has been much wear and tear and the maintenance of peeling wallpaper, damaged skirting boards, damaged floor boards, dusty walls and ceilings was endemic and representative of the lack of facilities management of accommodations.We also found the Reception staff initially cold and unwelcoming. We weren't even asked about our stay considering all the issues we had experienced.

Big hotel with huge variety of food, large poll, kids pool, adults pool, entertainment every day and night for everyone. I also like the fact it is more located in the centre so you can enjoy the town and have a walk by the beach.

Good vairty choice for food at breakfast and dinner the lunch not good.The Resort in central location and have a good beach.

Pool beach and food amazing. The restaurant and bars staff are more than amazing.

The room service is poor, also most of the sunbeds are booked by the pool staff sonce the early morning and you need to give very good tips to get nice location. The management most likely aware of this issue.

superb location with lots of activities each night and throughout the complex. Food was amazing, freshly prepared and lots of options catering for all. Staff are very friendly and accomodating

Wi-Fi was sporadic and difficult to connect, wouldn't be able to do any video calls if needed

Location and beach

Room service and cleaning was poor and their toilets not comfortable at all and located in a tight place in the bathroom and they were little bet high so it was hard to clean the body. Also restaurant times were not suitable

the bedroom was not clean properly, dirty beddings on the first day , floors not cleaned properly.it was end of season and the second day they didn’t tell any of the guest but had closed the main restaurant buffet area and we was left with barely any options for breakfast lunch and hugely disappointing in the dinner options , yet we paid full price of the hotel and there was no clear notice they were going to do this before booking them.

Spa

place was not to clean ,rooms were cleaned like just a wipe to FO ,all stains,spillings never touched ,showers sinks etc not touched.Pool as well all pool tables etc dirty .restaurants you need to book day before in d morning ??‍♀️

The food is ok with a variety however in the middle of our stay, the main restaurant was closed and a small one was opened which included fewer types of food - most likely because there weren't many guests at that time staying in the hotel.The turkish bath is not really free. You only get to wash yourself there but for other stuff you need to pay.I asked for a baby crib and got one however it smelled very bad and was cover in a greay sheet that blocked any air from getting close to the baby We returned it to the hotel.

The reception staff was bad and unfriendly, as I booked a room with a sea view and was given another room, and when I checked with them to change the room, they answered that there are no vacant rooms even though I booked in advance and this room is supposed to be vacant and reserved for me Because I paid for it knowing that its price is higher than the other rooms, and the room is poorly lit, the staff is inefficient and unfriendly, the food is not tasty, and the hygiene is poor. He was not wearing gloves, knowing that they packed the food a quarter of an hour before the end of the meal, and for these reasons I went to the outside restaurants to eat,The beach is small and the pool is not enough for the large numbers that the hotel receives, as a hotel of this size is supposed to have professional and friendly cadres in order to respect the customers of this hotel because we paid the money for the stay and did not come to stay for free, the only thing that distinguishes the hotel is its location. This is the second time I have stayed in this hotel and the fifth time I have visited Marmaris, the charming city This was the third stay on my trip this year after I came from Antalya, which I stayed in Konilati Beach and Lara area, where the difference was quite clear between the two stays in Antalya and staying in this hotel, whose price is not commensurate with the services it provides and there is no credibility in booking on the Internet, as After you book, they give you something else It might be cheaper than what I paid for, so I don't recommend staying there.

a variety of food and desserts were leftovers from the day before, the receptionists are very rude, the rooms were very very very dirty, even if you ask for them to clean, they don’t clean that much, the bar at the beach is extra (you have to pay), the cutleries and cups are also dirty.

The staff were amazing. The place was immaculate and clean.

The food was below average. Cold to Luke warm breakfast/dinner and supper. Had to use the microwave to warm everything up. I expected high quality food, but left anything I choose and went outside to my breakfast and supper. The all inclusive drinks was not what I expected. The red wine was not drinkable and the one and only beer was too gasey. The resort was lovely but I expected better. Maybe my expectations were too high. I thought it was 5 star. It was more like 2 star for the food, but 5 start for the accommodation. I wouldn't return. Food and drinks are important to me on holiday.
