Good location,Friendly staff Comfortable bed

Never ever have breakfast in the hotel, I’ve never had this bad stomach ache in my life. I went to the doctor after checking out and doctor told me that it’s the oil they used to cook. It’s been 12h and I can’t even eat or drink.

The staff was very rude and made our stay very uncomfortable I would not recommend

Very nice and clean place in a good location. Friendly staff and a Turkish buffet breakfast. Nice pool with sunbeds.

The owner was slightly intimidating as I was leaving he was arguing with me over check out. He said who the hell said you can stay here why are you here and was very rude.

It wasn’t as clean as expected, was noisy as house is being built next door so builders would start work early in the morning disturbing sleep, could be cleaner. paint work needs to be freshened up and beds could do with new mattresses.

Enjoyed being close to Blue Port and Beach, the room was very clean, and the maid came in every day. Nice little balcony over looking the pool which once season starts and the pool is ready, it looks like it will be very nice..It's a basic hotel which is good value for money.I would stay here again.

Hot water was a miss at times, and shower could do with being replaced. Breakfast isn't buffet style like photos show ....... thinks it's because out of season it's a small, ready plated turkish breakfast but on positive side has I don't eat all that was on there they happily plated up more of the things I like.

The staff were lovely food always found something to eat

Was a double bed but it wasn't a mattress it was a thin foam thing wasn't very comfortable

Great location, nice breakfast and lovely staff -- also the free coffee machine available for guests 24/7 was a big plus! Would absolutely recommend :)

This is a basic but high-end hotel near the beachfront and would be ideal for a summer stay with an excellent pool and clean rooms.

The shower hot water was slow to turn on.

Small decent breakfast Near all amenities, short walk to the beach it was just great

Stayed here 5 now and I know what I'm getting, out of season it's cheap and open, plus the location is the only good thing I can say, the hotel is in serious need of an update, the rooms are tatty at best, it has so much potencial to be a fantastic hotel but sadly the owner doesn't seem to care as long as the money is coming in, the food might just keep you alive and there's very little variation, however, as long as the price stays low and it remains open out of season I will likely return purely based on price.

We are returning customers. This time we had an exceptional stay! We booked for only 2 nights, but decided to stay a couple of days more. The room was clean, the bedsheets were clean and the cleaning ladies came to clean the room every morning. We got all inclusive. The food is good and the boys are paying attention to every detail.

Very good price quality ratio for room for two with breakfast in low season! Beach and supermarket is close by and there is plenty of restaurants which was mostly closed when visited.

Lift making a racket throughout. Room next door had a 'party' of loud women. Didn't expect a £20 charge for early check-in, wouldn't have minded but should have been told when I requested an early check-in.

Location, parking spot was mostly available. Noise did not reach room, had very good nights sleep.

1. **Security Concerns**: The hotel charging extra for a safe, combined with signs saying they aren't responsible for lost items (from rooms), seems to indicate they may not fully trust their staff or aren't willing to take accountability. The safe being too small to store valuable items like a laptop only adds to the frustration, especially when you're unsure where to leave your valuables.2. **Cleanliness Issues**: Finding large bugs crawling out from under the bed, even if poisoned and twitching barely alive, is a major red flag regarding cleanliness and hygiene.3. **Inconsistent "All-Inclusive" Offerings**: The confusion about which drinks were actually included in the all-inclusive package and the lack of clear information forced me to constantly ask the bartenders, who were unhelpful. This created uncertainty, especially when some basic drinks would have came at an extra cost.4. **Inconvenient Towel Policy**: Being unable to use towels at the pool, and having them restricted to in-room use, seems impractical for guests, especially in a hotel where you expect to enjoy poolside activities.Overall, the hotel didn’t seem to provide the trust, comfort, or transparency expected, especially in an all-inclusive setting. AC was listed as commodity, but was also only for extra fee, which had to be paid weekly.
