A Disappointing Stay – I Don’t Recommend This HotelI stayed at this hotel during my trip to Marmaris, and sadly, it was not what I expected. The pictures online don’t show the real condition of the hotel, and the place looks less nice than advertised.From the moment I arrived, I felt unwelcome. The reception staff were rude and unfriendly, and they made me feel uncomfortable throughout my stay.The service overall was poor, and I left with a negative impression. It’s really disappointing, especially in a place that should feel relaxing and comfortable.I don’t recommend this hotel, and I hope they improve how they treat their guests in the future.

Fantastic food, service and room.

The all-inclusive deal was amazing. The food was great. We never had to buy from outside of the resort. The drinks were amazing and available all the time.

The grab and go was an amazing idea, you have always sandwiches, fruit drinks and sweet at the Lobby.

Excellent location. Easy to get into town.

It wasn’t clear to us that there was no parking. Luckily the bellman found us a free place across the street. Booking.com should make that more clear on their website.

The facilities and the programmes provided were amazing. The food is so delicious and clean. We didn't have to worry about sourcing food or eating out.

The water in the outside jacuzzi was not warm or hot enough.

Staff, food quality and entertainment

Not enough beach space

Food is very delicious, no problem to find an umbrella even after 10 am. The choice of the cocktails is pretty big.

Noise insulation between room and hallway/outdoor is pretty low. You here all conversations in the corridor. Entertainment program is always loud and finishes at 11pm.Nevertheless, these cons were pretty minor and didn't affect the overall experience. A

- Super outdated hotel- Overpriced - in Antalya, you can get way better all inclusive hotels for this price- I saw first time in a all inclusive hotel like that 70% of drinks paid. There were almost nothing to drink for free in the list. Avoid it.- Pool was average- Everything have very weird closing opening hours. Are we on vacation or we should keep checking hours all the time?- Beds are very uncomfortable- No parking??- Service was below average- Sunbeds in the beach horrible- If this hotel would be half of the price per day maybe could be acceptable those standards. But not for this price.

Amazing hotel ,food, swimming, beach

The hotel is very clean and the staff are very friendly they upgraded my rooms from two double toom to a two bedrooms suite which was very comfortable for me and my family and the food is good especially the breakfast buffet

Well located and well maintained with nice own beach area and great facilities

The food was great. The staff was nice. Everyone was very friendly. They speak English. Ruth was super nice host. The beach was nice and we didn’t have a problem finding a spot to lay.

very good hotel with excellent staff, clean rooms, comfortable beds and a very good spa area.

The minibar is only filled with water, no juices or soft drinks. Some of the sun loungers on the beach need replacing. The beach umbrellas are relatively small for use by two people.

Location is good. Stuff is nice and friendly. Food is good.

The hotel is not really equipped for the kids. Dinner at 7pm, no plastic plates,no kids menu without spiced food. No kids game room.THE NOISE!!!First 2 nights were nightmare, I never experienced that before. The music was soo loud it’s like somebody is partying on your bed until 11pm. Agter 2 nights they were able to move us to another room. I have to admit it was way better but still there was some noise.

Never go again

Its kinda scam all inclusive but some of drinks u can have and after 12 u have to pay what u eat and drnk so i t was the worst experience for us even though we were at honeymoon with my wife. About rooms couple of things was broken and water pressure was really low . 3 days we stayed there 1 time waiter brought me my drink and he drop it off of me so never ever again thanks for all bad experiences thst we have.

Nice food, nice beach and views.

recommend bring your own pillows as they only offer two types and they are both very uncomfortable which we could not sleep on. The bed is comfortable however.

Beautiful hotel, amazing amenities and staff. Mariem (I think it’s spelled) in the bar was so great and always looked after us! The spa is beautiful and well worth a visit
