Very easy process they even accommodate my 10 month old and ensured we had breakfast for the baby. They helped out with providing a room that was family friendly and took us in even when we arrived way past midnight

Nothing at all!!

I really did not like the hotel at all. It was a bad experience from every aspect the cleanliness was poor, the service was disappointing, the facilities were lacking, and the location and parking were very inconvenient. The room was not suitable for sleeping. The A/C was broken, there were no blankets, and nothing was provided — no shampoo, conditioner, toothpaste, or even a toothbrush , even theres no room service ! Very disappointing experience.On top of that, the staff were unhelpful and unprofessional. Overall, nothing about this place was up to standard. Definitely not recommended

The hotel is in a perfect location — close to shops, a promenade full of restaurants and nightlife, an amusement park, and many other fun attractions.The staff is lovely and courteous.

Breakfast is rather poor, with very little variety.The hotel's maintenance needs improvement. The lobby sofas are not clean, the room needed renovation — the shower hose is full of holes, so there's barely any water pressure, which makes it very difficult to shower. The walls are cracked, the touch panel used to request housekeeping is broken, and the sheets were not very clean.The pool is lovely, but the water is extremely cold.The place has great potential — with a bit of maintenance, it could be perfect.

Despite the great location, it is very loud at night with drunken tourists. The tour operator that sits outside the convenience store was very threatening to our group which also put a dampener on our stay. The staff do not speak English and they were all too busy on their phone to care about our needs.

The air conditioning worked great when the balcony door was closed.

The elevator is tiny so you often have to take the stairs. A regular big hotel, smallish rooms but very functional. Spotty wifi

Nice and comfortable facilities, the minimum expected for the price per night. No parking at all around nor in the facilities.

None of the staff members spoke any English. It was impossible to make them understand anything, e.g. the amenities missing in the bathroom.Before arriving they were extremely uncooperative with a change of dates request. They forced me to request it via booking.com, which created a lot of confusion and miscommunication, unnecessarily delaying the whole process for days meanwhile wasting a lot of my time and energy. (4 other Turkish hotels, 3 and 4 stars ones, that I also reserved via booking.com, proceed with my change of dates request directly, quickly and efficiently).Marmaris is a terrible place for holidays. The worst overcrowded mainstream kind of tourism, with cheap loud discos and tacky shows everywhere. Not even Benidorm or Magaluf are so bad.

Good location, clean and comfortable.

The location and facilities was great the beach was great and the staff was great I want to thank them all for everything specially Nilay respcion girl she speak Arabic she was very kind and helpfull

Location of the property was great, close to shops, beach and restaurants.The rooms are good, very spacious and comfortable. The room and bathroom was clean. Balcony size is good too.

The staff were not friendly and helpful at all. The breakfast was very basic and disappointing.There is a bar at the front of the hotel which had a coffee machine and was not in service . The bar at the pool was basic, was not even offered if we wanted anything. The windows are not sound proof. Even though the location was good it was very loud.

Close location to the beach

Only one lift in the hotel. Shower door gets stuck and water goes everywhere. Room is smaller than appears on pictures.

I loved my short stay. A good location, decent breakfast, spacious room for one person, everything was clean, including the towels and bedsheets, the bed was comfy. WiFi was good in all the area, including the pool area.

A receptionist barely speaks English but enough to understand the basics. There was loud performance till midnight and maybe later so ne mindful if you plan to go to bed early

It has a private beach, clean rooms.

Expensive. Breakfast could be improved too.

Perfect location ideal to family trips Private beach, nice pool, delicious food and friendly Staff.Nilay from the reception team, was very friendly helped us a lot and assisted in all and every matter. Defiantly I would love to stay there again.

Breakfast was very average.

Rooms are small. Public areas and corridors are very hot (not air conditioned). Only one elevator for the whole building. We had to constantly reset the cards. I had to call 3 times for the room service.

Everything was pretty good. The room was awesome. I chose only breakfast and it was delicious every day

Due to the heavy load of people, they did not have time to change the bed sheets before check-in. but they quickly corrected this moment

The room was clean. Well maintained. Good running hot water.

You can hear the flushing system from every room. The wifi went down for one whole day. The cleaners did not come to clean every day. My door one day stopped working where it would not lock. Had to send maintenance to come and fix. Bed and pillow rock hard

The location Of the hotel

The staff, they are not first aid trained. They do not have any first aid equipment even a simple plaster. I had an accident in their hotel room, the smoked glass bathroom door that separates the bathroom from the room shattered all over my arm and leg where I got 12 stitches they did not do anything other than change my room and ask a few times if we were hungry. I did not feel safe in that hotel after the accident, as I needed to change my dressings on my arm and they did not have staff to change it, they had to call a paramedic to change my arm dressings which took the whole day to come when they said someone will come in a couple of hours.

To be honest, I don't know where to start.The staff are very unique and welcoming especially Omar and Nilay. The management were very special, We booked our room from booking.com but when we arrived the room was smaller than the pictures that we've seen! We weren't happy about it for the first night. While having breakfast in the morning, a staff guy named Omar approached in a very friendly way and asked if we are happy with everything, we said that everything is great but the room is smaller than we've expected, he then went to his superior and I believe her name was Evren, she gladly gave us a bigger room with no extra Charge and there's always a smile here and there. Marvelous hotel, perfect location near everything that you may need and a super wonderful staff. I'm gonna surely come back ?
