Location. Hotel right on the beach

Clean and comfortable Cleaning was exceptional

Location was good. Nice sea view rooms and good breakfast. Umbrellas and beach loungers available for hotel guests. Convenient restaurant with sea view on premises. Staff were nice and helpful.

Room was very small. Bed and pillows were not very comfortable. Beach towels not provided. Very small pool on side of property no view. If you are a light sleeper it is noisy at night. You can hear the music from the bars.

Location and clean beach

Booking conditions were pay when you stay however the property charged the full amount to my credit card 1 week before we traveled The room lacked basic amenities like a kettle and waterThey make you pay extra to use the safe The room was supposed to be sea view but it was not. The view was very poor. Breakfast is below averageCocktails at the bar were bad and highly priced Food at the restaurant was below average and highly priced No value for money whatsoever

The dealings with the staff are very poor and the responses are illogical The cleanliness of the room is very poor. You can refer to the attached picture, as there is a bad smell in the hotel all the time I do not recommend using it at all

Clean room , mattress comfy.. Felt safe in hotel.

Very touristy area, music at night from surrounding hotels. B'fast very basic. Quite far from real Turkish restaurants.

Good quality hotel on the Marmaris sea front.Only stayed 1 night as last minute booking due to a cancelled ferry, arriving late and leaving early. Didn't have time for breakfast Room was small but more than adequate with beautiful view across Marmaris Bay.Plenty of eating and entertainment options right outside.

Hotel is on a pedestrian part of the sea front, so no direct car access. However short walk from drop off, pick up point and taxis

Perfect, stayed just me and my little girl. Rooms spotless clean and right on the beach

Can’t complain

Great friendly staff. Great location. Cleaned every day and was spotless. Cleaner was very friendly and very helpful.

The only negative is that the pool is very small but that didn’t bother us as we were on the beach every day.

Our stay was just perfect. Very friendly and attentive staff. The hotel is very clean, room cleaned every day, which was surprising for a 3 star hotel ? clean towels and linens.The wifi is free, it’s not fast but works well. Own beach across the street, always plenty of sunbeds, enough for everyone.Noise from the street is not audible if you close the windows and turn on the air conditioning.Breakfast was wonderful, very varied and hearty.Incredible sea view from the room ?The location of the hotel is just perfect: it is a short walk to the old town or in the other direction - to İcmeler. Close to shopping centre and grocery shops.Definitely recommend this hotel!

Small drawback: a little dirty headboard by the bed (room 308) It would be nice to clean it ;)

Poor wifi, breakfast was tasteless and not many options, small pool

The rooms are decent, modern and well-equipped (if a tad small), there is a decent restaurant that serves good food and drink with helpful and friendly waitering staff. These staff also serve you on the beach in front where you use loungers etc free of charge. The system works well here. The cleaner for my room was also very sweet.

I needed to adjust the length of my stay due to a toe injury I suffered on holiday. The reception staff/management claimed they didn't know about it (they were messaged repeatedly) and were generally very awkward about it. The matter was resolved in the end but these staff need lessons in manners and helpfulness. It was also exceedingly hot when I was there (over 40 degrees) and difficult to cool the room, the water needed to run, and the restaurant needed more air con. The breakfast was pretty basic and not up to the cost levied. The pool is pretty pokey so I advise using the beach/sea.

The location and the view are just perfect.The vibes are truly awesome.

The AC is too old and need to be upgraded to central unit.The juices in the breakfast are all non natural and like tang… and the rooms are a bit too small. But that doesn’t take anything from the practicality of the location and the awesome vibes

The location is amazing. The personel is very welcoming and friendly.

The beds are too small, your feet are outside the bed. The breakfast not much variety for the value for money.

Location near sea.

Parking problem. Beds were not comfortable. We got 2 separate beds despite booking one big bed.
