Reis Maris Hotel

The location is close to the beach and plenty of restaurant, atm machines. The breakfast choice was good. The staff were helpful especially since we had a lot of luggage and the hotel has no lift. The tv was working fine. I don't know what's up with Turkish hotels they don't have working tv mostly. The wifi was speedy.

There's no kettle, the lighting was dim. The plug is like at a corner near the balcony.

Great location, friendly reception, great value, get what you pay for, staff were very accommodating, perfect for the Beachfront and lots of shops and bars nearby, we had a quiet room overlooking another hotel

The plumbing needed fixing, the toilet constantly filled with water and just flowed all the time, fridge needed updating, but was still great value and a good base for Marmaris,i would stay here again

Dirty, mold covering the bathroom ceiling, balcony door did not securely lock and we travelled with a 2 year old requested a cot and got a single bed, room was dirty we checked in a stayed 45 minutes found an alternative accommodation and left

Every thing was very bad

No lift all the stairs electric went out do had no electricity for a night shower leaked everywhere no drawers to put clothes in so lived in a suitcase for the week

Absolutely nothing good about this place.

Please do not book this place it’s filthy and smelly. Also you can’t have your towels changed unless it’s been 4 days so that’s 1 towel you get every 4 days.

Excellent breakfast. More choice in both hot and cold offerings than in most hotels. Lovely pool area.

Although there is no lift, the staff couldn't have been more helpful.

Perfect location staff all friendly and helpful and greet with a smile every day.

Pool bar wasn't open but I think it was preparing to open just as we left so will be open when we visit again in 4 weeks ?

Not happy

No hot water, no coat hangers in the wardrobe, pictures on booking.com are not the same as the real rooms, breakfast appalling, didn't bother on 2nd morning. Table covers were dirty, workmen left debris on landing area

Unfortunately no lifts in the hotel - so if you struggle walking up and down flights of stairs you will need to consider that. The shower tray did leak a little but worked perfectly

Stayed at a different hotel a few weeks later at same price bracket. Preferred second location for cleanliness, friendliness and facilities

Clean pool. Location. Accommodation maybe for this price OK, but not for long time.

No internet in the rooms, very bad connection everywhere in hotel. Hotel is old, need a restore. In 2 weeks stay, they clean so so every day, but never changed bedclothes. Breakfast every day same. After 2 weeks our stay we needed printed our airtickets, but it was not possibble, first printer was crashed, after they dont have internet and last probably chef was arogant. 30 meter from Reis Maris another hotel dont have problem printed our airtickets.So-never again.

Room was in very poor condition and had no kettle tv hanging off the wall shower was broken staff were not very nice

They put us in a room with 2 bed both single and they was 3 of us but still tried charging for 3 bedded room when we confronted them they said leave so we had to leave 10 pm my young son now where to go so had to sleep rough only to fine there’d still had my card details and changed me every nigh for a 3 bedded room even the nights we didn’t have any room at all criminals.

The location was perfect in the heart of everything and close to the beach

Unfortunately the stair well needs to be lit properly as it’s dark of a night and I fell coming down one evening

The swimming pool was brilliant the continental breakfast was very good

The rooms were disgusting. The Wardrobes had no handles, Aircon was broken with wires hanging out. No lift, put us on 3rd floor and we had a 4 month old in a pram.Big light didn't work. Front door looked like it had been kicked in a few times. Food was horrible. If it wasn't eaten one day, it was kept for the following. We ate out every morning Husbands side of the bed was broken and sunk in

It is in a very good location. A cheap supermarket, small mall, pharmacy, tourist shops and most importantly free and paid beaches are nearby. They have a very good pool, clean and tidy. Breakfast is quite tasty and plentiful

Internet was not available anywhere, only at the reception. The water in the bathroom was cold. The refrigerator and air conditioner did not work.
