Staff was super friendly, technology inside the room and great beach

Nammos restaurant is very expensive compare with fine dining restaurants and the food is not really good

Staff and their manager he was amazing , he is recommending the best food flavours and where you can find it. He participated with us on putting the right plan day and night. Also they upgraded our room to the one unique has jacuzzi and sea view. Thanks for every things

Nammos Resturant is not good, they have a massive delay in providing the food and their prices higher than the dining restaurants prices, for what ?!!! Atmosphere is not really attractive

All staff are so kind and helpful. The beach is clean and the water is amazing.

It is well known that in every beach resort, guests staying in the hotel get priority access to the beach compared to outside paying visitors. But because namos Beach is run by another owner, we were sidelined and provided last row beach beds on the first day. The second day, we were told to wait until an available beachbed was ready. We were waiting a long time until we finally contacted Namos Hotel staff, who arranged for us 1st row beds in less than 10 mins.

Last year we were on Nammos beach so we decided to book the hotel this time so we are directly in the center of the party

However there is a big difference between Nammos beach and Nammos hotel. The staff is very kind except of the manager of the hotel, he is really not the right man in the right position. First we found out that there is no accessible swimming pool in the hotel although all the images on booking.com show it. Then they gave us the only room with a terrace whithout the possibility of making shadow. They clearly should tell us about it and at least appologise for this incovenience. However the manager of the hotel nailed it. He was never smiling and 20 minutes before our check out he knocked at our door if we are really chcecking out. Me and my girlfriend were leaving separately and there was an outstanding bill for maybe 6 beers. We paid more than 20 times more for the hotel in advance and have spent a notable amount at Nammos beach and restaurant. A hotel manager has to know this and should graciousness to every guest. Staff at Branko hotel is much more professional.

Starting from Tzoula from Reservations who immensely helped with everything, once we arrived, the reception and Concierge team were exceptional. Everything about the hotel was top notch. Every single team member from the front of house team was so professional, friendly and warm and they knew their job so well. The staff during breakfast were so helpful and friendly. Honestly, what an experience. It's the place but also the people who make the place. Thank you so much for an unforgettable experience.

not 5*.terrible gym, no pool, no where to relax as the entire of Nammos is built to party, no cheaper or easier menu options. no water to shower day we arrived. aircon stopped working and they couldn’t fix it. no replenishment of tea, coffee or toilet rolls in the room.

The location is amazing, at a great beach, right in front of Nammos and the beach is protected from the strong winds. The staff is super nice and always willing to help the guests.

After the change of control and name, the hotel is now part of Nammos. Although that is great, it also brought some issues. The main one is that there’s no restaurant or bar at the N hotel during the day anymore, and is room service only, or beach service (also by Nammos).However, the room service also is serviced by Nammos, and the menu is quite short and it also can take quite a while to arrive. Another minor thing to keep in mind is that if you want to relax/sleep in your room during the day, that can be quite challenging as the music at Nammos is very very loud during the day, and it can be difficult to rest, if you want to :)

Property and staff were amazing. Rooms were modern and clean but a bit small for price…but it’s Mykonos in July. Breakfast was delicious. One of the best I’ve had with hotel stay. Being at Nammos was highlight. Free beach chairs and again just outstanding service from beach and restaurant staff. My only complaint was the bed and pillows were a bit hard for my liking.

no English tv apart from news, no films, room smaller than a shoebox, wrong information from host, rubbish choice in minibar, breakfast very poor. no bar in the hotel.

Stunning views. Amazing room. Some of the staff were lovely. The front of house was brilliant. Receptionist and welcome team brilliant.

Attitude of some of the staff was really really bad. One man and one woman at breakfast were awful. The amount of plastic used in stupid attempts to look covid secure (make zero difference) is horrible. Genuinely enough to put you off going back for this alone. EVERYTHING is covered in plastic and it all just gets thrown straight away. Terrible. Especially when your literally on the seafront !!!

It’s not a big charge but never feels good to pay for the beach loungers when it’s a beach hotel - I thought we’d be able to use the pool a bit but it’s tiny and (bizarrely) heated ?! Staff are not really of the standard you’d expect in a high end hotelService is so slow at breakfast, I don’t want to spend 45 minutes to have an omelette and a coffee Food in restaurant was good but menu could have been bigger as once you’ve been a couple oftimes it’s a bit repetitive Please use hard menus, I hate qr codes
