Mykonos Princess Hotel

Virginia made our stay incredible, so homey, welcoming, and one of a kind. She was so helpful by providing suggestions of things to do in Mykonos like restaurants, beaches, and nightlife, getting us a car and a sunset boat. We will come back for Virginia.

Conveniently located, very clean, and attentive staff.Angela at the front desk was incredibly helpful and in general, all the staff were always willing to make my stay more comfortable. Was nice to be welcomed with cold water in the fridge and a bottle of a great Greek wine.Will definitely come back

I had breakfast included, but wasn't really impressed by the menu or the actual food.

The staff was amazing! The location was quiet and the view was gorgeous.

I highly recommend staying here. However, you will have to take a taxi whenever you want to go anywhere, about 20 Euro. It's the cost of staying outside of Mykonos.

Everything was wonderful! From the pristine lobby, to the immaculate pool area, to the top notch restaurant and the exceptionally well kept rooms—the Mykonos Princess was a wonderful experience! Although the property is gorgeous, with its pristine white walls and gorgeous views of the ocean, the staff is what makes staying there a great success! From the moment you set foot onto the property, you’re treated like an honored guest. Christos, the hotel manager; Florita & Nikos at reception; George; and others who I can’t name made our stay wonderful! Every staff member went out their way to help with even the smallest of requests. And they were so willing to help each other; the camaraderie between them was palpable. Our rooms and the property overall were immaculately kept clean by housekeeping and the groundskeeper. I was upgraded to the honeymoon suite and newlyweds or couples who’ve been around the block—you definitely need to check out the honeymoon suite!! it’s worth it!! I will definitely be back!

I didn’t like that I had to leave!

It wasn't the worst hotel I've stayed at, but they came close. The only saving grace was the bartenders by the pool—friendly, attentive, and far more competent than the rest of the staff.

The hotel is passable at best—nothing memorable. The rooms are cramped, the views are mediocre, and the location is inconveniently far from everything. However, the real issue began when we accidentally left one of our bags at the hotel and traveled to a nearby island. When we contacted them, they assured us the bag would be delivered to our new destination.What followed was an absolute communication disaster. For days, every time we called, the staff seemed clueless and kept passing the buck, saying the manager would follow up—which, of course, never happened. After making us wait endlessly, they finally informed us that they "changed their mind" and would no longer deliver the bag.Their handling of the situation was not only incompetent but borderline deceitful. They left us scrambling to find a way back to retrieve our bag within a tight timeframe, with zero accountability on their part. The staff couldn’t care less about their guests. Avoid this place—it’s not worth the headache.

The staff was very helpful and very clean, the air conditioning was very quiet and located away from the bed.Great base if you have a car to visit the rest of the island.Great in the evening to watch the ships coming into the harbour.

There was another group going, at an earlier time, we agreed to share the taxi at the earlier time, thinking we would share the cost of the taxi, but on checkout we were charged the full price. When we challenged it, we were told it didn't matter if we shared or were solo passengers, it was the same cost. If we had been made aware. then we would not have gone earlier to accommodate the other group, it cost us the sameAlso, pay the hotel taxis in cash, we missed that detail, when we checked in

The staff was incredible! At every turn they were there to help you out or get you something. We had a problem one night with the AC and they sent people out multiple times to fix it. They also were super helpful getting my older daughters safe transportation to go out at night. It’s super close to a bus stop that will get you all over for 2.00 Euro. There’s a market nearby as well. It was a wonderful breakfast every morning and the onsite restaurant was fantastic! We loved our stay here.

Location: you will have breakfast with a panoramic view of the sea Room: we had a spacious room with a bathtub and a big private area from which the view was perfect Food: the food, in general, was very good, couldn't complain about it but a variety of it could be better Hospitality: it was one of the best experiences ever! Overpriced, but it is Mykonos. Room too small for three persons. No free shuttle to town.

The hotel is stunning, but it is the staff that makes it amazing- friendly and attentive; the hotel was so well organized, from the communication and making arrangements before we arrived, to greeting us with drinks, to the information in the room- everything was very thoughtful. A+ customer service. The restaurant and bar have gorgeous views and the food and cocktails were delicious. Anna was our server every night and she was great.

The hotel is on the quiet side of the island, but you can take a quick bus into town for 2 euros. We did it once, but otherwise were happy with the beautiful beach right by the hotel or lounging at the pool with an amazing view.

Absolutely outstanding place to stay. Spacious room with hot tube on the balcony with an amazing view to the sea. The beds are very comfy, we slept like babies. The hotel staff, all employees are very friendly, we felt very welcome, like in a family and big thank to all of them. Daily breakfast is served a la carte and it is absolutely delicious, lunch or dinner available as well and the menu is very delicious too. A pool bar is open all day too. The hotel offer taxi drive from/to the airport, which is very comfortable. To the city centre it is a short drive too, about 7 minutes by hotel taxi. Highly recommended, it is worthed.

The loud music from morning till evening at the pool, which made it unpleasant, you could not escape it !So we spend as much time as possible away from the hotel. This is an expensive hotel I dont understand why they have to impose music all day long, you could not escape it as there is no room at the pool to move away from the speakers. No other guests area available. This is not a party hotel in September in view of other guests.We had a terrace in front of our room which could have been pleasant but 3 air conditioning units were making a noise again all day long till 11pm , so you could not relax there either !Basically this hotel is not a relaxing place.We stayed 4 days, a Nespresso mc was provided, being in Greece you are supposed to use bottled water, the hotel provided water the 1st day but not the other days ! When you pay over 400 euros a night ! I would expect water.The amenities kit was never replaced either. I thought I had booked this hotel as a treat, I was very disappointed. Other hotels on Mykonos offer a much better experience for a lot less money.
