    Cons -

    • they did not give us out free water several times and i needed it when i felt sick. staff was nice overall and gave good local recs
    • The location is far from the downtown a bit far from ella beach , it’s difficult to walk to the beach And very difficult to to return to hotel without taxi Because the hotel on mountain
    • You won't regret the explanation if you are checking this hotel. For a complete insight into this nightmare. Let me tell you how the bad quality of this place made a glass explode on my back causing lesions and bleeding. On the surface the hotel looks nice pretty fancy luxurious. After you scratch the surface you find a disgusting place with very bad attention and just a good facade. That's the main issue here, nothing nothing works on an unsafe way:Sewers don't work so it smells rotten in the room all day. Windows don't work so you hear all the parties until 4am. Bathroom doors don't work so the water floods the room, or they explode in your back for improper installation causing severe bleeding and laceration and glass stuck in your body for several days. Hottubs don't work and they are wired in a shady way so you can't turn them on, causing electrical hazards and shocks while using them.Locks don't work so hotel staff uses your private pool area as a walking area, "cause is faster like this" and you complain and nothing happens. The electric kettles dont automatically stop so they overheat and create a serious fire hazard. And no one cares to fix the several constant issuesThe water from the faucet comes orange. The doors dont close properly so they smash in the wind. They give you the highest room with 10 flights of stairs and you have yo carry your bags. Overall is a pretencious good looking hotel were you spend 300 euros a night expecting a resort treatment and you get the worst hotel experience of your life.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Greco Philia Hotel Boutique in Mykonos. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and cared for, going above and beyond to ensure every detail of our visit was perfect. The views from the property are breathtaking—waking up each morning to the sparkling Aegean was unforgettable. Our suite was spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed, striking the perfect balance between modern comfort and traditional Cycladic charm. The private terrace and sun beds were highlights, offering both privacy and panoramic scenery.Breakfast each morning was fresh and delicious, with plenty of variety and local flavors to enjoy. We also appreciated how the staff offered thoughtful recommendations for dining and activities around the island, helping us discover hidden gems beyond the more crowded areas. What stood out most was the genuine warmth and hospitality. Every interaction felt personal, and by the end of our stay, we truly felt at home.We can’t recommend Greco Philia highly enough—it was a dream getaway, and we are already looking forward to returning.

The view was remarkable as well as our room and private pool. Everything was clean and the staff very friendly.

Location was a bit out of the way from a lot of activities, but perfect for a couple looking to get away.

The location of the hotel is exceptional and the views from the property are out of this world. The check-in process was efficient, and we were grateful for the ride offered to the bottom of the steep hill the property is located on and to the nearby Elia Beach. While the walk is not bad, the ride definitely helps. The hotel has tremendous potential, and perhaps would be tremendous if not for the staff and the condition of the property.

The property is in a state of disrepair, and help from staff was lackluster. Our room, while clean, showed signs of wear that are not in line with expectations for a hotel of this caliber -- at least the caliber they seek to convey. The room's furniture was dirty, scratched, and discolored. Although the bed was very comfortable, it was the only thing that was satisfactory about the room. We were dismayed that the shower was missing a door, as well as some mold and mildew around the grout lines, and an uncovered hole for plumbing beneath the sink. When we told this to the front desk, they were surprised and unhelpful--as though they didn't know. We also note the hotel does not have a working shower by the pool, so when we checked out and asked if we could store bags and return to shower, we were disappointed -- we were, however, assured that we would be able to use a free room to shower when we returned. When we returned, we were told there were no rooms available and met with a cold reception from the front desk staff. We said we had been told in the morning about access to an available room, but they responded matter-of-factly that no room was available. Our request was met with rejection and coldness that was unexpected and unfriedly. We waited and eventually looked online to see if there was a room as the hotel appeared empty -- we found two rooms listed as available and showed the front desk, they said those rooms were not available and were booked. We know this was not possible because the rooms could not be in open inventory online if booked, and when we said this to the front desk, they said we could use the same room as we had booked previously to shower -- it was available. I cannot fathom why the front desk staff would lie about this, but it felt incredibly odd and off-putting.

Staff are friendly. A little too far from things to do 20/30 min but we had private taxi very exp but worth it.

Property was great. Just really far but great for couples.

It was so amazing hotel, with astonishing view, room was so nice with 2 balconies with a sea view, they clean it everyday and have all necessary stuff like coffee machine, Breakfast was so good also near the pool with a view of the sea, The staff was so friendly, reception was so helpful, evgenia and grasiela, but specially marialena she made the hotel looks like a 7 stars with her help, she told me places to go and was so helpful in everything,And the barman Spiros and waiter Sokratis was friendly also, we became friends since first day.

The room was amazing. It was situated toward the top of the area and it had an incredible view of everything in Elia Beach. There was a lot of area in our room and the shower was very roomy and unique with it's black pebble inlaid walls. The breakfast was very nice and the view from the restaurant/pool are where you dined was incredible. There was a gentleman at the front desk who carried your bags up after they invited you in to the bar for a welcome drink. The two women who work at the front desk, Euginia and Maria were both very helpful and gave information from bus schedules, to transfers and renting cars. The manager Ioanna was amazing and was avaible to answer any questions, give advice and make you seem like you were her most important guest. It was an amazing time at an incredible location.

Great rooms and facilities for a reasonable price. Very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel was very close to the beach, even if it was quite a steep climb. Free shuttle services to and from the beach mitigated this. The rooms were modern and spacious, and each had an en suite bathroom. A separate kitchen and a private pool and lounging area were also great additions.

I felt that the pool could have been slightly cleaner. It was sat under a large plant and so had some residue from that, plus some other debris that I felt could have been cleaned better. Everything else was amazing!

Super nice place, great with the pick-up and drop off from the beach, the location has a beautiful view, the whole pool / bar / restaurant is wonderful, the rooms were well sized, clean, comfortable and well stocked. The main highlight was the staff and how welcoming, friendly and helpful they were. When we checked out and said we were going to the beach we were offered to come back to the hotel afterwards to shower and prepare for our onward journey. Breakfast was really nice with a wide selection of nice, fresh food.

I wish we had known our one night booking was on their last night of the season - the bar was basically dry because they were running everything down so there were very few cocktails available. However I spoke to the front desk and on this occasion they allowed us to order our own alcohol so we could continue with our plan of poolside cocktails! Also the pool was FREEZING. Not sure if they cut the heating due to their end of season closure or if it’s always that way!

Everything was great. The staff was very friendly. And especially the man. The rooms were clean. There was someone who saved the pastries. The swimming pool was clean. There was a very tasty breakfast with a special view of the swimming pool and the sea. Everything fit together and was really wonderful.
