Beautiful hotel and great staff. Breathtaking view from our room and private infinity pool of the Aegean Sea.

Clean, beautiful location and luxurious facilities

Breakfast was ok but expected better quality and variety. Staff was professional but felt cold. One of the cleaning room staff accidentally took my shorts along with the sheets (so I assume) and I never got these back.

Gorgeous! Staff was incredible, breakfast was the best I have ever had at a hotel.

Service for drinks at the pool was not great, we asked for assistance multiple Times and no one ever came. The rest of the staff was terrific though.

Amazing stay, amazing staff, is near everywhere lively, super comfortable and clean and surprisingly we got an upgrade for free.

It's far from the center city Only taxi excess, which is expensive Swimming pool without temperature control Rooms are too far from the lobby, too much walk, plus 2 lift change..

The hotel was exceptional . Alina, Jaqueline , Ivan and the rest of the concierge team went out of their way to ensure we had a perfect stay. Breakfast was the best we had on our trip. The property was beautiful from the sleek sexy rooms to the infinity pool , spa and wonderful beach a few yards away. I would definitely recommend Myconian Ambassador as the preferred choice to stay in Mykonos!

Location, staff who parked the car and ran errands were amazing.

WiFi kept dropping during a very critical time. We complained about it in the morning but by the time we returned in the afternoon for one critical virtual meeting, it still was not attended to. There is no business centre to take meetings from so had to do it in a corner of the restaurant. Restaurant manager was helpful, front desk manager was not.

Great facilities, excellent staff fantastic private pool.Room very clean and the fact we had two children the hotel made our stay perfect even helping carrying prams, moving the car etc

Gym needs updating

Lovely views. The staff were brilliant: attentive, friendly, professional. A calm place. Great breakfast. The poolside cocktails were delicious if overpriced (more expensive than the Maldives!).

The beach was a complete tourist trap which was a real shame. You could barely see the sand for all the sun loungers – most of which were empty in the shoulder season. A real eyesore.

We had an exceptional stay due to the facilities and services. Room was modern, clean and comfortable. Poolside service was great, particularly offers of free ice cream and sunglasses wiped clean. Shuttle service to town was nice and quick.

A couple of constructive criticisms:Pool boy came to clean our pool about 8:30 am while we were sitting on our patio in our bathrobesWould have liked our 4th floor pool to have been heatedInternet didn’t work on our patio. Had to repeatedly go back into the room to get it to work

Good location, almost like close to every thing like downtown or restaurants and the beach, good overall

Improve the rooms little more

We stayed three nights in the Thalassa suite with the private pool and we loved the comfort, privacy and beautiful view that the room and hotel offered us. The entire hotel is ver clean, modern and tastefully decorated. The hotel arranged comfortable, professions transfers for us from the airport and to the port, so we felt well taken care of. All the staff at reception, the bar and the restaurant were lovely! The food and drinks at George’s bar and Efisia restaurant were delicious! The hotel is also a very short 5-10 minute walk from nearby beaches and restaurants. We had everything that we needed for our short stay in Mykonos.

We were able to walk quite easily from the street up the hill and into our room through the back of the hotel from the car park on one of the evenings which made us worry a little about the security of the grounds. We followed the guidance provided by the hotel to kept doors closed and valuables locked so thankfully we had no issues but this could be something the hotel could consider working on to make sure guests are not only comfortable but also feel secure.

Great location, easy access to Sanantana beach club& Scorpio by the coastal path. Access to bus. Hotel access to cheaper taxi rates. Fantastic breakfast & breathtaken views to the sea from the bedroom.

All was very good.

this hotel got everything correct. they upgraded me for 5 nights stay to a top category room. gave me early check in which was actually the reason to select the hotel. arranged good transfers to town. gave us insights. concierge was very good. spa was amazing. pool was nice. view was fabulous. all around the staff was gentle and kind and IVAN at reception was amazing.

never woke up for breakfast :)

The women by the pool was mean about giving another bottle of water. I paid 900.00 a night and she yelled at me for asking for another water bottle. No lounge chairs included by the beach has to pay. When I said I was so frustrated by the hotel they refused to let me check out early. Wouldn’t recommend the hotel again

The waiters in the restaurant were super friendly

Not qualify masseur’s at spa. I got an aromatherapy massage. An 3 days after I’m still in pain from it. Never got the aromatherapy part. Worst massage I’ve ever had. The food it’s no bad but not worth the price tag
