I was switched to a hotel at the last minute because my original hotel closed early. The location was horrible. The beach was horrible management was not accommodating the price of the room, hotel and beach and price did not match my accommodations at My Atkins. There was no communication with booking.com only with the hotel. I sent several messages to the hotel and never got an answer regarding price reduction that I saw online. When I got to the hotel, I showed them the price reduction I saw which was half of the price I paid from my original hotel $1000 less. I asked for the reduction and was told I could not get that price because I had booked the reservation in advance. I was very disappointed and disputed the price, but was repeatedly told I could not. Due to the end of the season, the prices had reduced by half. It was no longer $1000 a night it was $1000 for two nights. It is unfair and I am very disappointed. I will not return to that hotel and it is dam in my spirits about traveling to Mykonos. I am not sure that I will continue to use booking it since I cannot have direct communication With them only at the time ofreservation.

We had the most incredible experience at My Aktis and cannot recommend it highly enough. From the moment we arrived, everything was flawless.The views are simply breathtaking — waking up to the sparkling sea and stunning Mykonos scenery was unforgettable. The rooms are spacious, modern, beautifully designed, and kept spotlessly clean every day. Everything felt luxurious yet comfortable, with great attention to detail.The staff were outstanding — some of the friendliest and most welcoming people we’ve ever met. Nothing was too much trouble, and they always went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. Their kindness and professionalism made our stay feel extra special.The breakfast was out of this world — genuinely the best breakfast I’ve ever had. An incredible variety of fresh, high-quality options, beautifully presented, and absolutely delicious. It was such a highlight of our stay and the perfect way to start each day.Overall, My Aktis delivers on every level: views, comfort, cleanliness, food, and service. It’s everything you could dream of in a Mykonos getaway. If you’re considering this hotel — don’t hesitate. It’s perfection. We will 100% return!

Rooms, staff, food

The overall experience with the hotel was amazing! Staff were really friendly and helpful with everything from breakfast to requests in the room. The transfer and concierge services worked great for everything we needed, and they were able to help us with everything we needed.

Everything was perfect, view, stuff amazing and breakfast.

The staff were incredible. They even remembered what we had ordered for breakfast the day before. Everyone was so friendly and had suggestions of places to go and things to see. They made our stay an outstanding experience.

views are great and Hotel staff are really helpful and friendly. Though i went there in the end of season , but had good @My Aktis.will definitely recommend this property .

Should have had more continental menu on the list .

Staff were so welcoming and lovely!! Went above and beyond. Quick to respond went to town to buy one of the guests a hot water bottle.

Sadly on our last morning there was no hot water in our villa. We also found the food portions to be on the larger side

The staff were friendly and kind, making the overall service experience pleasant. The room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel offered amazing views with direct access to the beach, which was a huge bonus. The breakfast portions were sufficient, and the food was delicious.

The welcome drink was nicely prepared, but the glass had a small crack at the bottom, which was a bit concerning. The hot tub seemed a bit old, making it appear less clean. The wind was strong at night, but unfortunately, the door was not soundproof, which affected sleep quality.

The view was great, lovely breakfast too.

The pool was a little small.

Oh my, what a wonderful place to stay! From the very comfortable rooms to the pool, the breakfasts and the amazing staff. This was by far my favourite hotel I booked during my visit to Greece ?

Nothing! It was all amazing! I would recommend renting a vehicle if you can, it’s nice to have the flexibility to drive around to town or other beaches around the island.

The staff are out of this world. Friendly. Efficiency and hospitable. Especially at the bar/breakfast bar.

Having stayed at other rooms before in same hotel this was certainly lacking and below the high expectations that we had from having stayed here before. It was good but that’s about it.

The staff, food & design

The room wasn’t super functional

Property is stunning, with great views from every spot. Well located a short, and relatively flat, walk to Super Paradise and Jackie O beach club, go for great loungers, food and the sunset drag shows. Amazing and friendly staff who went out of their way to chat or help. Breakfast was a la carte, delicious, with good variety. Suite was spacious, cool, with a large terrace and hot tub.

Our room face the Jackie’O so very very loud until late the night …. The blonde waitress was way too intrusive and we really didn’t like her attitude . Food not good at all . And the taxi from the hotel way too expensive for Greece . I live in NY and I can tell they fell like NYC

Also the guy who cleaned the pool every morning, always with a smile and very niceYou made us feel so special everyday we are very grateful for that??we had a wonderful time here celebrating my birthday with all my familythis was an amazing vacation and we will never forgot??Also we want to thank Antonia and Thanasis for all the help and the consideration before our flight is was very important for us Thank you so much!we will definitely be back

Love Love Love the Amazing staff. Everyone made us feel so special. They are very attentive to our needs. And they made sure we were happy. I also loved their breakfast. It was very delicious with a lot of options to choose from. We had a great time here celebrating our anniversary. We enjoyed looking out at the beautiful views and this hotel is very close to a lot of beaches. Great place to stay.

The room was small

Amazing hotel, our room was fantastic and the view was perfect to watch the sun rise. The breakfast was 10/10 and I couldn’t believe you got to pick two options from the menu. Staff all very friends especially Mario from the bar who couldn’t be more friendly and great at making cocktails.

The location was the only downfall for me as it was slightly too far out for a good bus service. They did run busses but they started at 11am and stopped at 9 and to get around you have to pay minimum €40 for a taxi ride one way anywhere which adds up.

Beautiful villas, the view is amazing, the staff was extremely helpful! Great breakfast!
