Very friendly staff and very helpful The location was perfect

The breakfast was not so great. There were many selections but it was not so tasty. The omelets that were made were not good at all It was dry and had no taste

The room was spacious and for a basic room, it had a walkout to the tanning deck and an amazing view. The breakfast was descent. Beach was nice as well. Definitely felt like you are in the Mediterranean! Plus the location was perfect.

The staff could be more attentive to the guests, especially at breakfast.

Breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of food and kind staff, plus a beautiful view to start the day. The hotel is in a perfect location — very easy access to the bus that takes you to town for just 2–3 euros, and within walking distance to Nammos and even Scorpios. There are also lovely cafés just across the street and a convenience store nearby for drinks, snacks, and water. Overall, a very convenient and enjoyable stay! I would book again.

We didn’t receive any complimentary water bottles or refills on our in-room coffee after the first day, which was a bit disappointing. It would have been nice to see a little more attention to those small details during the stay.

The staff was amazing especially the manager a gentleman he opened the spa for us to use the showers because we were flying late and he accommodated us and we are so grateful

The comforter and sheets must be too thick because both me and my boyfriend were dripping sweat every night with the AC up high. The shower head couldn’t stay still and sprayed water everywhere. Also, please invest in small wash cloths for people who use bar soap, so it doesn’t keep slipping out of our hands.

Loved the views, the ambiance, the food and cocktails.I will certainly pay another visit next year.

The good thing about the property is that it was right on the coast and had really good views. However, the amount for the stay was not worth the hotel. The staff was really nice, which was a good thing. The fitness center and the steam room was amazing.

The hotel was too expensive for what is provided. There was not much going on at the hotel so you had to leave in order to enjoy yourself. Nobody was at the bars or mainly the pool. Everything around the area was extremely overpriced and you had to leave to get better deals. The breakfast was not all the best, even though it was all inclusive and found here in our food two times out of the stay. The hotel was very small, had AC problems, had refrigerated problems and had to move rooms multiple times. we ended up spending almost $250 on food and took the remaining food home just to have the refrigerator spoil the food. and the hotel did not offer anything for this discrepancy.

Only thing. A big thing. Coffee at breakfast a real letdown. Suggestion. Get a Franke self serve like all smart Swiss places. Let people make their own. Stop serving bad coffee. No need to have employees waste time on it. Just get good coffee and espresso beans.

Beautiful property. Just like the photos show. Lovely pool and beach. Restaurants close by. Staff were caring and responsive. Very clean! Impeachable service and attention to detail.

Beautiful hotel, clean, bright, lovely pool. The service was exceptional - possibly the best I’ve ever stayed in.

Not enough shade around the pool, if you don’t like being in direct sunshine it was difficult to find any shade. The pool is quite cool!The menu for the evening restaurant did not change at all during the week, so was a little repetitive, but it is close to other restaurants on the beach which were also excellent.

It is just incredible, the view from the restaurant is from a movie, location is the best place to be at right on tue water ,the private beach is also amazing with how busy the main beach’s are

The faucets around the whole facility are very user unfriendly:))The rooms and bathrooms in the rooms could have bern nicer considering the general design quality of the hotel.

The hotel was amazing, great location, fantastic facilities and exceptional staff. Breakfast buffet was excellent with lots of choices. All the staff from check-in, restaurant, porters and room staff were friendly, helpful and very high level customer service skills. I would highly recommend this hotel. I’ll certainly be back.

Beautiful resort, very clean and well maintained. Pool is beautiful with great views of the sea. Staff was super helpful and friendly. Breakfast buffet was very good. Location is one block from the beach and across the street from the public bus that takes you right to town for $2 Euro per person. Super convenient! Can't wait to go back! I would definitely recommend it!
