Paolas Town

It met my needs for a 01night stay. Lovely view from my balcony. staff were pleasant and attended to some of the issues i had such as a leaking AC and was offered an alternative room. simple breakfast was provided. we walked to and from property, to explore the island, though a steep access on foot. I would stay here again.

AC was leaking, the tub in the room was not filling as the stopper for the drain wont hold.

Staff amazing and attentive. Hotel very clean. Location fantastic. Only thing I would recommend is a slightly warmer cover for bed

You cannot throw toilet paper into the toilet,some weird smell was coming to our room we had to open the window every day,AC didn't want to turn off sometimes.

Location was outside of the centre 15 minutes walk although on the way back it is majorly up hill. The two bar staff were lovely, that’s as far as positives go.

Pictures are VERY deceiving. Rooms looked nothing like the pictures, poorly decorated, smaller and “pool view” room did not have a view of the tiny pool as shown in picture. Pool area was dirty, under the beds was filthy. Breakfast was very basic, hardly any choice and a lot of things uncovered so flies got on it. Woman on reception was highly rude, instead of communicating like the male manager who understood and tried to see our point of view she argued, interrupted and huffed being extremely rude when we had issues upon checking in. She told us there’s nothing she could do as they were fully booked, however the manager ended up showing us a different room? Room we were put in was massively unsafe as the balcony door was broken meaning it was not easy to get out which is surely a health and safety and fire hazard. Was told it would be fixed, left the stay with no solution. Check in process took 1.5h due to the issues with the rooms, paid for superior and that was not the room allocated. Cigarettes left in the ashtray from residents before us didn’t give confidence in the cleaning that has taken place, confirmed by the MULTIPLE hairs in the bed, alongside some other marks, had to ask for bedding to be changed. Very disappointing and frustrating to have paid for something in pictures and it be nothing like what is sold. Disappointing to have chosen this hotel instead of many of the others I would have preferred for my time in Mykonos, due to deceiving pictures.

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The breakfast quality and range was very good, the staff very friendly and rooms were very clean and serviced regularly. The location was only a few minutes walk from downtown and all the restaurants and bars so there was no need to catch taxis.

The weather was a little windier than we predicted and the walk back to the hotel from downtown was a little steep/uphill and gave the legs a bit of a workout!

The staff was very helpful and made our stay easy for people that were visiting mykonos for the first time

Just a stupid thing like the channels on the TV. It didn't cater for an international audience

Bit of a trek and a bit expensive. But all in all, I would highly recommend

At first the stuff give us a different room from the one we booked after arguing with them they finally get us one better still different with an excuse this is mykonos . they didn't provide any water we had to buy all the time its definitely not worth the money .

The location.

Rooms were super dirty. The bed was hollow at one side which made it super uncomfortable. Want ergonimc at all. We stayed as a group for 2 nights and none of our rooms were cleaned up on the second day. The drain for the shower was blocked. We asked them to fix it in the morning. Once we returned it wasn't fixed and cleaned properly. The AC wasnt working properly. It's not worth the money

The pool, buffet breakfast, staff.

It looked a lot better online than real life. The mattresses were dirty. Shower clogged up.

room was not clean and hygienic. The hand soap was shampoo it was leaving sticky feeling in hands. There were hairs on the floor and on the sheets. The safety box wasn't working. There weren't any phone directory in the room to call reception. The condense milk in the room was not fresh. There werent any curtains in the room only the outdoorblinds, i haf to keep it close all the time which made room super dark. I do not recommend .

Good location , walking distance from Mykonos town.Part of the staff were friendly (young man at reception in the morning shift and lady working by the pool bar)

First and foremost, rooms are not correctly isolated through the wooden ceiling (photo attached), and you are never informed about directly overlooking a busy high way - which made it difficult to sleep the entire night.Moreover, the rooms have not been refurbished in a long time. They look nothing like the pictures published with rusty toilette elements (photos attached) and cheap low quality furniture in everything (towels, bed sheets, etc).Hard to understand how the hotel is allowed to be categorised as a 4* since the overall experience was closer to 2* including unfriendly lady at reception who did not inform about anything / have the minimal level of courtesy that you normally recieve in hotels that cost over 300 EUR per night.

Has a cleaning issue with the 1st room offered to us however moved us to a new room and addressed the issue promptly

The walk to the town is up hill on the way back. I personally did not have an issue with this as I enjoy walking but I can see others not liking it.

We are more than satisfied. Everything was clean, fresh, with nice staff. Great rooms, big clean pool, fresh and tasteful food. So peaceful and quiet. Airport is near, you can walk, also the city centre, Little Venice, Windmils and Old Port. Big recomendation for this hotel.

staff were great. Good views.Not far from town. Breakfast was nice and good selection.

A view things needed repairing and they did not do it . Door to balcony never closed especially when the wind was very high for 4 days. Anyone could come in. Gate to balcony got repaired on last day. Sink plug was broken. Told them on a few times but know luckon any of the above. Did not give us the room we paid for but after partner complained they changed room. Lucky we were one of the first there other wise might of been a problem.

- beautiful design- nicely decorated hotel & rooms- nice pool area - very good breakfast- short 10-15 mins walk into town (important in Mykonos)

- the hotel and the pool is located right next to a very busy street which can be a bit annoying - the A/C didn’t work in the rooms during our entire stay, so we slept at 28 degrees and a fanOn a general note: The hotel offers an airport transfer for 40€, but the airport is only 5 mins by car or 20 mins walk away.Also: all of Mykonos is incredibly windy, so you obviously notice it by the pool as well

Everything was nice and clean, the breakfast pretty good! The staff was very friendly, especially the waitress Rafaela; gave us all the information needed about the island and made perfect cocktails!

The setup of the room was very stylish and clean..nice interior lighting

The AC was not working in the whole hotel and they provided us with a Fan which was ok for the night but not for the day... it was too hot ...
