Location is close to a pretty good beach. Nice views!

This hotel is severe need of updating/renovation. Staff if helpful and kind, but quality of the actual hotel is severely lacking. I¿m really perplexed by the stellar reviews on Google.

Feedback Regarding Recent Stay in the Imperial SuiteI had recently booked the Imperial Suite with high expectations based on the visual presentation and overall branding of the property. While the aesthetics and imagery of the hotel were impressive, unfortunately, the actual experience did not match the standards one would anticipate from a suite of this category.To begin with, the suite did not include a basic dental kit, which is a standard amenity expected in premium accommodations. Additionally, complimentary drinking water was provided only on the first day. For the remaining duration of the stay, we were informed that there would be extra charges per bottle, which was unexpected and disappointing.Another major concern was the inconsistent availability of hot water, which caused considerable inconvenience. Furthermore, the room lacked adequate lighting, and some of the existing lights were either non-functional or poorly placed, making the space feel dim and less welcoming.Overall, while the property appears beautiful in images, the on-ground service and amenities left much to be desired. I hope the management takes this feedback constructively and works toward improving the guest experience to better reflect the premium image being projected.

Great location, if you relax and enjoy amazinb beachea. Royce the manager, will provide you all what you need, from rent a car, car service and tours info..we went for 5 days and stayed 11 days. The staff is very warm including the cleaning service ,Mera and family.

Such a fantastic boutique hotel. Evryone is extremely lovely and kind. Breakfast was very good and with a fantastic view . 2 min from the beach and wonderful swimming pool. Room was big enough and had a beautiful outside space for snacks evening wine and chats !

Bit far from the party side of Mykonos so you need a car or can cab everywhere but it will be expensive . They do offer driver service and he’s super lovely, also cheaper than uber/cab. We did like that it was a more tranquil area

Have immediate access to Lulos beach and the pool

Location is great. Private pool was amazing. Staff was super nice. Small lively beach right next to the hotel.

Rooms could be a little bit better maintained - fresh paint over scratches - replace shower head. Small changes could have a big impact - some things in the rooms are used! Exchange power plugs in walls if broken .

The view was amazing, the staff was magnificent (very attentive), it was super clean, and the room and towels were refreshed daily, with fun folded towels like swans...CJ is so helpful, always getting things we needed, sometimes before we even knew it ❤️

This is nothing againt the hotel... just letting you know in advance, there are no grocery stores in walking distance. We rented a car one day to tour and get things we couldn't bring in our limited luggage...

Its like a Little Paradise quite and beautiful. If you want to relax this is the place.

The resort is far from the city center. We rented a car and it was the best idea because taxis are kind of expensive.

If we had known there were no shops local, we would have been better prepared with snacks, drinks etc

Great hideaway from the loudness of the big beaches and centre of Mykonos. Amazing view and infinity pool, great simple continental breakfast and caring staff. Got one of the beautiful rooms under the pool with sea view and it was a Greek dream come true to have the sea and a little seating area for ourselves!

Pool area and the view …..the fact it’s small. Staff were very helpful and friendly and made it feel personal. No real window in our room …. The rooms are a nice size as are the bathrooms. The bed was super comfortable and a king. Small beach to go down to with good snorkelling…... walk down to a bay with one pricey restaurant in it.

Bit too far out (we were just there for one night) but that’s my fault I. Misunderstanding the description. The plus side is it’s quiet and the view makes up for everything

Dinner at the hotel was not ok. First, it took too long. We also sent two dishes back.

The location close to one of the fashionable beaches in Mykonos. We were met by the manager who showed us around the hotel. The view from the breakfast room/bar was spectacular. The hotel was beautifully appointed and the breakfast was excellent. A very comfortable bed.

Nothing it was perfect

Wonderful resort!Very kind all staff.They do not have the classic room but studios and suites.I asked to change the internal view studio with one’s beachfront and they did it for me without any extra charge.My suggestion is to go there with a rent car because it is isolated so you can get around the island and eat good food too.Beautiful sandy beaches!!

Staff was really friendly. The room was beautiful, nicely decorated, comfortable bed.
