    The views and the room.

The service at the front desk was poor. The receptionist Kiriaki was dismissive and rude and needs customer service training. Sophia was nice and the luggage attendants were friendly. But that front desk receptionist is the single reason I will never stay there again.

The room was beautiful with great view. The location is fantastic. The pool was great along with breakfast which is served till noon.

The prices by the pool were way too high. Cocktail was 32 euros. The room was missing kettle with tea and there was no milk for coffee in rooms. Unfortunately the plunge pool heater wasn’t working properly so we couldn’t use it one of the nights as it was too cold. The shower gel hasn’t been replaced. We still had wonderful experience but if you’d like to make this luxury stay it needs more attention to detail.

The cave rooms were fun! The dinner was delicious ! The massage was good! People watching !

    The price ! The location.

    Clean and modern.

Our room was extremely noisy, and we barely got any sleep all night. The sounds seemed to come from all directions — the walls, the ceiling, the air conditioning, the rooms above, and from outside.

I like the staff. The rooms. The pool. The bar. The bathroom was interesting. The restaurant was amazing. The restaurant all day was filled with good food, good staff, and nice views. Overall I love the hotel. I will highly recommend it to everyone. Also I love how we could walk to ZUMA from our hotel.

I didn't like the price and some of the quality of the room service. I mean I've stayed here twice before but the prices are even higher now. $50 for a poke bowl that's filled with mostly rice is not ok. At least if it was good I will still not mind. Also I didn't like the glass shower and bathroom doors. We got a one bedroom suite with my daughter and that was not convenient for a family. I had to upgrade to a two bedroom villa for some privacy and two bathrooms. Also the elevator not operating some days was not good. Also the cruise ships covering our view sometimes. But it's ok.

Property was very clean and amazingly beautiful. The views are like nothing I’ve ever seen before. The staff is friendly and the breakfast is great. The concierge team, Ioanna specifically, was fantastic - truly connects with guests and ensures stay is excellent. We loved her great customer service and kindness she showed to us. The staff did everything they could to make sure our stay was excellent!

From the moment we arrived at Cavo Tagoo, we were treated with such respect and felt like royalty! We stayed in the room with private hot tub for one night as part of our honeymoon, and we really enjoyed also using the infinity pool with beds. The breakfast (included) was incredible with a large variety of options. The property is not walking distance to downtown, but they provided a free shuttle to/from at all hours of the day. An incredible stay and definitely with the money! Especially for couples!

    Did not dislike anything.

Location was great. Overlooking the bay where the ships come in. Our room was beautiful with an outside balcony and hot tub looking over the bay. Room was very clean with a spacious walk-in shower. All beverages in frig were free including alcohol. Grounds were well-maintained and directly connected to a well-known restaurant/bar. The food was good but we ate mostly away from property.

Prices were very high for drinks—New York City prices. Average cocktail prices were $25-$30.

Our villa and it’s pool area were lovely. Good facilities. Impressive communal pool area and great breakfast. Good location. Massages in the spa were excellent.

The staff weren’t friendly or welcoming. They rarely smiled & certainly didn’t make small talk. Despite there being lots of staff, we still had to call for attention whenever we needed something. The exception being the ladies who did the massages in the spa who gave excellent massages & were lovely. We were also there for a special occasion & not one staff member mentioned it. We were also charged an extra €50 on our check out bill for an airport taxi we had not booked (we had booked our own transfer). This was not proactively flagged to us so had we not checked the detail of the bill, we would have been overcharged. The previous guests had also left a huge crack in our villa’s bifold doors. We weren’t proactively offered anything to compensate for this safety hazard and eye sore. The water in the villa should have been more frequently topped up.

Perfect location and their transportation service is great

Our room was super noisy, you can hear everything from the corridor at any time day and night

Location is great next to town The swimming pool is great though a bit cold,Food is good and you have a direct access to Zuma, very trendy place

The resort used to take care of the guests , we have been going with my wife for four years in a row and staid 2 weeks every year. They dont care about people, owners always around are nose up , never great anyone except their instagram divas. There is a reason why, their marketing is based on giving for free bedrooms to bimbos from all over the world with 5 M plus followers. At the same time as normal guest if you ask for a bread basket they will charge you 15 euros… and it is frozen bread… yes 15 euros !!! I have so many stories , dont want to bother you guys, just go there for a dinner or drink around 6 pm… and dont take bread … last but not least, my wife has removed her Rolex while having a massage and forgot to take it back. She found out at later stage, called the spa they said they had nothing. She went to reception, threatened to call police and ask to see the cameras to show she has entered with the watch and left without it … 15 minutes later we received a call from reception the watch has been found, it fell behind the counter was the cause. The only problem is that there is no gap between the desk and the back of the counter… Anyways long story short , service has dropped dramatically , they dont care about the guests who pay the bills, only their imagine counts… place to avoid , there are so many better places in Mykonos for far less money and much better and friendlier service … enjoy

    Nice decor and ambience

Staff were non responsive to any requests.1. Paid for breakfast and was leaving at 6amSo could not access breakfast due to it starting at 8.30am. Asked if breakfast box was available instead and was told “just call room service and order something”. Should not have to pay for breakfast that I have already paid for.2. Reception advised airport transfer was 50 euros, we accepted and then was charged 100 euros prior to departure with no other option.3. Booked at Meraki restaurant, asked for poolsode seating and was told that its reserved. Upon arrival was seated in a terrible spot, when asked was told “first come first served”. Not what you want to hear when paying $2500 per night accommodation.Staff was amateurish at best and seem to be hired on looks rather than hospitality experience.

Amazing pool and view. Delicious Food, greats menus and breakfast as well. Room was magical, good size and modern. Service was perfect, including the transfer car/van to the city and back. Gym is not big but enough for those who want to practise.

    Nothing, all was perfect.

    only meraki restaurante is good

I was staying on the first floor, and my wife and I were naked in the room when the Brazilian actress Gabriela Lenzi walked across the roof to jump into the pool and looked at us both naked. the hotel did nothing because she was their guest. And another problem, I had asked the concierge to reserve a quad, but they didn't do it.
