The breakfast was great… lots of choices to choose from. Staff were very accommodating for any needs we had. Went above and beyond to make sure everything was to our liking. View from the balcony was amazing.

The drink prices could have been a little lower.The front desk staff were very flustered when we arrived.

So beautiful. Like living in a picture

Can’t thing of a thing. Some may say location to downtown but there is literally a bus stop. Five minutes away that takes a coach to downtown every 30 minutes there and back all day long so yeah I don’t even think that is worth complaining about.

Very pretty property. Nice location and close to the beach.

Our room was a triple, but really it was 2 twin beds and a side couch turned into a bed that was extremely uncomfortable. Also the hot tub was not hot.

The most beautiful and convenient location to enjoy Mykonos! Rooms with patios and gorgeous views! The staff were very kind and helpful. Will be back!

Great View wonderufl staff good food nice rooms - we loved it

The view was stunning, the pool and breakfast area was always clean and available. The bed was comfy and pillows were nice and fluffy

Nothing can be charged from the room, not a problem just made minor inconvenience of always having your phone or way to pay with you.

+Gorgeous view!! +Easy beach and bus stop access+VERY kind staff - especially the bellmen!! They made my stay with their kindness and quick help when needed.+Comfy bed +Korres products!! +Airport and Port free transfer! (saves you 80 Euro)+Free towels & beach chairs are a major slay (saves you 50-100 Euro each beach day)

+They need thicker curtains. Most rooms face the pool which stays illuminated all night. I typically had to sleep with a towel over my face. +Showers are a bit funky and flood easily. +Walls are thin - easy to hear people outside your room.+Breakfast was OK. Not restocked enough.. The watermelon was always gone :( +Doors don't have safety latch, so was woken up by housekeeping twice ~9am (wind had knocked off do not disturb sign). They are very sweet but don't speak English so it was a bit of an ordeal both times.

Bufffet breakfast was fantastic. Collection and pick up service from the airport. Staff were very friendly and helpful. 2 lovely pools. Sunbeds with fantastic views. Use of sunbeds at the sister hotel.

-Mattress isn’t comfy at all - Some of the employee ( not all ) are tough in communication - Communication with the receptionist wasn’t great , we request late check out at 1:30 pm and receptionist confirmed , next day they called us at 12:00 requesting to leave the room now .. what !!- when we asked receptionists for advise about places or beaches to visit they look at you and they said don’t know - with this price range at least you have free bottle of water for your clients

Sea view and beach access friendly staff very nice hotel

A bit far from downtown

Exquisite hotel, everything was beautiful, amazing views! Two big pools, amazing restaurant/bar area with delicious breakfast (so many great choices). Spacious room with comfortable beds. Only 3 min walk to the beach.

Beautiful hotel. All rooms had a sea view. We had a ground floor room, so literally walked out of our room into the pool. Spotless facilities. Good location for the beach, and a bus stop outside for access to Mykonos town. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Our room also had access to free loungers on the beach which was great.

Only minor (very minor) gripe was the quality of the food at the bar - that could be better.

The scenery was beautiful

Room was not cleaned properly on arrival. Many broken things in the room. Food was okay

The immediately upgraded our rooms with ocean view. The buffet breakfast was fantastic so much choice. The two pools were very nice. The partner hotel had lounge chairs on the beach which were very nice. Free pickup and drive to airport and port saved a lot of money.

Nothing really

The breakfast staff was exceptional at service and helping with any needs or use of the machines , meeting requests thoroughly! Convenient to have the beach property at Acrogili (sp?) to have benefit of ocean side and pool side time.

Can’t be helped but the jacuzzi could not be used one night and as May 2nd was the first day of opening the pools were not warm enough to swim in as they were just filled. If you stayed past May 8th - they’d be fine. So really nothing was not to like!

Convenient location, exceptional staff, super clean, comfortable room and bed. Truly a first class operation.

Nice staff, comfortable room, excellent location for family. Complete breakfast included The beach near the hotel is very good and lots of restaurant options. Near bus stop to go to Fabrika.

A bit expensive. But everything is expensive in Mykonos

I found the reception staff unfriendly and unhelpful. the pool side areas weren't as clean as they could be
