The staff is absolutely amazing! Beyond friendly, warm, polite and helpful. The hotel is what it is due to the people who work there. From the Italian gentleman at the Reception to the wonderful guy that coordinated the bar, these interactions made our stay great although Mykonos is definitely not an island for families.

The staff is amazing , friendly , welcoming , attentive to details , always smiling . The place is gorgeous , nice view , peaceful . Great food at the restaurant .

More diverse food on the menu , a bit of change on the breakfast choice but honestly it was amazing .

This was one of my favorite hotels we have ever stayed in! The staff is so caring and kind and the rooms are beyond beautiful and well thought out. The complimentary sauna and breakfast made the stay even better!

The private jacuzzi never got hot enough for my liking and you are unable to control the settings. The staff has to adjust it on their end. I asked for them to turn up the temp but it never got very hot like the jacuzzis I’m used to.

Incredible room: great design, comfortable, spacious and beautiful views. With our child, the additional bedroom and the private pool were such a win!Breakfast was delicious.Kart to the beautiful beach was wonderful! Whatsapp butler service was so VIP

From the moment of our arrival, until the last minute spent at Mileo, we had the best hotel experience of our lives so far. Maria & the other reception staff are very helpful & friendly. Food is amazing, rooms are fantastic & the service is excellent. Perfect for couples but also friends groups.

Amazing property with spa, gym, boutique, bar and restaurant. The room with a jacuzzi and balcony overlooking the sea was breathtaking.

Breakfast was good, the terrace would benefit from more shaded tables.

You are only provided with one 750ml bottle of water per day in the room. The cost for every additional bottle is €8. To me this is borerline immoral in a climate regularly exceeding 30 degrees, where you are sunbathing/outdoors most of the day. After a week of spending €40 a day on water it starts to leave a bad taste in your mouth, there is no shop within walking distance to remedy this.

Staff, supernice people and hotel for sure 5*. Top service:) very nice beachclub Solymar with super fancy sunbeds and great food. Luxury and much better then Nammos in every aspect;)

AMAZING experience, to be honest the best experience I’ve had in Mykonos. One of the most friendly and attentive staff! Room is new, facilities are luxurious, Cleaning lady is very attentive!!! Best cleaning in Mykonos ? thanks to hotel manager for his service!!! Can’t wait to come again!

Perfect stay with great staff. Nice and spacious rooms, beautiful private pool. The best Beach on Mykonos only 5 mins by walk or hotel also provides buggy service free of charge there. Concierge service available on whatsapp is also great - Very fast and helpful. We asked for late check out and they confirmed it without extra surcharge. As we celebrated honeymoon hotel gave us a nice complimentary welcome gift. Recommended 10 out 10!

We were served fermented watermelon at room-service. House keeping was poor (we had to ask for change of sheets, wash of shower and bathroom amenities).Outside lights next to windows can not be turned off (they put black tape over them).

I loved the electronic interface for communication. The luxurious private pool was impeccable and so peaceful. I loved how the property also provided a bluetooth speaker, some sweets upon arrival. The front desk was SO helpful with getting shuttles to various clubs like Alemagou and Scorpios. Their drivers were professional and didn't have any issues with the credit cards. (other drivers are incredible persistent that you only use cash-but as we all know, Americans do not carry cash because its not accepted at business in the states like it is accepted abroad). The drivers that Mileo used didn't questions card usage at all! I loved that. The front desk was so helpful during my stay and didn't hesitate to answer answer questions I had about Mykonos or my curated experience at the hotel. I loved the landscaping off the private pool area, when the breeze came through while I was out there, it felt as if the landscape was dancing. It was absolutely stunning. Not to mention, the privacy that came along with those private patio pools made naturalist bathing quite special.

I honestly loved everything about this place! The only thing that would have made it even better was if they had more gluten free bread/options on their menu. Other than that, 10/10!!
