The staff was amazing and very accommodating.

The only thing I didn’t like was that the individual pools in our room didn’t have temperature control.

Slow service at breakfast, but the lovely staff made up for the delays

We booked the villa for a family of 4. It’s a beautiful villa . The view is amazing and it’s such a quiet hotel so if you like some peace and quiet you will enjoy this hotel . Staff were all nice and the concierge was the best !

During breakfast , staff were a bit slow but overall they were polite . Its also a bit far from old town so you need a car and it’s far away from cafes and restaurants . Hotel menu needs some updating especially with lunch and dinner options .

The staff from the reception desk, house keeping, concierge, restaurant were excellent. Everyone very friendly and willing to help. The room was kept clean all the time. Nothing was too much for any one of them. Not forgetting the hotel transport drivers they were really nice and always available when needed transport using hotel transport/shuttle. My stay at the hotel was quite enjoyable mainly because of the hospitality myself, my daughter & my sister received.

The rooms position and front desk

If you go late in season they were very light on fully trained staff and derive with exception of front desk was poor for this class of hotel

Hotel was amazing, views were incredible, the staff were so nice and attentive. The food was amazing and the breakfast was great, a mix between a la carte hot food and continental buffet. Hotel is about 10 mins by car from Mykonos town and 5 minutes from the Port. There weren’t too many restaurants around outside of the hotel but the beach at Agios Stefanos was a 10 min walk down the hill and had a supermarket and few nice restaurants and bars. Would definitely recommend Rocabella if you are looking for a relaxing holiday with the option to visit some more of the island. Rocabella has a car/taxi service that is easy to book and will take you anywhere you want to go for a good price.

Beautiful ambiance, relaxing, clean. Has private parking if you rent a car. Very friendly staff. Concierge service.

The view isn't great

We loved it here, outside all the noise with amazing sea views. Staff was very attentive, professional and friendly. Breakfast buffet could have a few more options but as you can pick the cooked bfast I think it's perfect this way. Tom the cat is amazing addition to this place, we miss him already and hope someone takes him during the winter time. We had dinner and drink at sunset time and food was delicious, drinks on point and views so much better than those expensive sunset bar with crazy minimum spend per person. Here you are loooked after rather than rushed about. We recommend this hotel. Town is just a few minutes drive and a nice little bay round the corner too.

The plunge pool water was too hot, perhaps some clients want that but we prefer a nice chilled temperature. Perhaps they offer the option, we didn't ask and just went in outside the hot hours of the day.

What an amazing hotel! Super luxurious, views are incredible, staff super friendly and helpful, food delicious. A real haven away from the hustle and bustle of Mykonos centre. The beach is a short walk down the hill and the shuttle bus into town is frequent and reliable

The staff were incredible. Very welcoming and attentive to your needs. The concierge staff were particularly helpful and assisted with booking dinners, transfers, ATVs, etc. Nicely out of the busy town but still a quick drive away.

It’s not really walking distance from any beaches due to the hills but the pool area was amazing so we used that a lot.

Everything ! The rooms, staff, pool, location and food was phenomenal including their ride option !

Loved everything

Absolutely head-over-heels in love with my stay here, from the minute I first arrived at the airport and was whisked away to this fabulous hotel. My room was delightful, with a private terrace and pool. You could fall asleep to the sound of the waves of the sea every night (which I did).

It's challenging to get a cab on Mykonos at times. The hotel did an amazing job of getting me prompt rides in to the chora, but it was a little frustrating when trying to come back.

The design and views were outstanding. The staff was exceptional. Very friendly and helpful.

The stairs are intimidating for some travelers because they are steep and have no handrails.

The hotel was very very clean and the stuff was amazing and very polite!

The little monkey grass at the edge of the infinity side of the pool. It does not help to have a perfect “infinity pool picture”.

The Rocabella Art Hotel, was an absolute gem,the warm smiles of the staff made us feel right at home. Their impeccable service and attention to detail were truly remarkable.The room was pristine—spotlessly clean, with a bed so comfy it felt like a cloud. And the location? Well, it was enchanting. Nestled amidst charming romantic view of the ocean and not far from main attractions, it was the perfect for my adventures.As the sun dipped below the horizon, I sat on the balcony, sipping a cup of wine, and marveled at the lights of cruise ships. The friendly staff, the cleanliness, and the wonderful location—creating memories that would stay with me forever.Thank you, Rocabella for making my stay truly exceptional!

Safety measures need to be taken for some of the rooms far as getting out of the bed. It should be precaution signs because of the steps which I sprained my foot in the middle of the night.

Staff were amazing, so friendly and helpful. They couldn't do enough for you. The facilities were also brilliant and the food was really good. St Stefano beach is a 5 min walk away and it had a good beach club to rent sunbeds and get food and drinks. Would happily go back and stay again.

It's a little way out of mykonos town where all the shops and bars are. Taxis are very expensive and the hotel provide transport for you which is very convenient and it is always at a set price (the same as the taxis), however it is pricey still.

Staff were great, facilities were amazing, pool, bar, spa, gym. Restaurant food, breakfast and lunch/dinner were great, this is outside of the 'party' area of Mykonos, which was great!! But only a short 10-15 min drive into town
