Location. Very close to the center but accessible by car and motorcycle which is a big advantage in Mykonos

Rooms could be modernized a little bit

This is the best location in Mykonos! It’s close to Mykonos Town and Ornos Beach, the property has parking, jacuzzi, a swimming pool and the best sunset views. A special thanks to the hosts as they are super cool, welcoming and genuinely friendly. Highly recommended! 10/10 will be coming back

They could improve the sofas for sleeping, especially one that was very uncomfortable.

We were lucky enough to be upgraded on arrival which we were so grateful for. Room 12 is lovely. Hot tub was a brilliant extra. Good value for money Pool was lovely. Bean bags are comfy. Room was cleanBed was very large and comfortable Free WiFi

Mykonos is very hilly, this property is up many steps and may cause issues for those with mobility needs.

Our first impression was very positive! The room was spacious, newly renovated, and the hosts were extremely friendly and welcoming. The location is in the city center and right at the bus-stop, so as others have mentioned, it can get quite noisy in the evenings. If you’re sensitive to sound, it’s something to keep in mind.

Unfortunately, we did have an unpleasant experience during the night when a cockroach crawled onto us while we were sleeping. After moving the bed to find it, we found quite a lot of dirt, dust, and ants underneath both beds (photos attached). It seems the general cleaning, especially under furniture, could definitely use more attention.

A beautiful place with a spacious room and an unbeatable location. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the bathroom was pure luxury. A special mention to Chris for his kindness and excellent service, it was a pleasure to meet him. He provided great recommendations on where to go and also offers transfers. We hope to return, and without a doubt, we will stay here again.

Great location close to everything you need like the bus hub, shops etc and we had the big terrace at the top apartment which was very spacious and had a good view to chill in the evenings before heading out. We didn't use the pool but it looked pleasant and added to the vibe. Easy parking was very useful too.

A few minor problems, but there wasn't anywhere to hang our wet bathroom towels really. Could have done with some more hangers for clothes too. The plates/cutlery on the fridge were useful but there wasn't enough or anywhere to store them and when they were dirty we didn't know what to do with them.

The apartment is well located. One does not go to Mykonos to cook but some basic amenities could be included.

Extremely difficult to find. It is NOT called Fabrica Sunset Apartments. It is actually called Mykonos Vibes?Level of cutlery and crockery extremely basic. Only one cup. No wine glasses. Cutlery a mixture from different knives and forks. In fairness, when we asked the management for crockery, they were quick to supply. But really? Why could the most basic glasses and cutlery not be available on arrival?

Location was perfect, the beds were comfortable and room was nice and spacious. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Great guys!

We never got a dishcloth, they only refilled toilet roll once, two cups in the suite & we were 3 people and very thin and few blankets.

Reception staff at check in was very quick and in a bad way. It was an apartment type room for 3 people and even though we were only 2, it didn't have all the kitchen utensils, the hair dryer was burnt, the bathroom door handle came off. And it was difficult to find staff at reception. They only put one toilet paper on our second day. We wanted to ask for another one but we didn't find anyone. We didn't manage to get one until the next morning.

It was very well located and the beds were comfy.

The top sheets were a bit dirty. We also noticed all the dishes were quite dirty. I had to clean the cups quite a few times and dirt kept coming off of them. There were limited tools in the kitchen so it wasn’t really useable.

The location was great. Cross the road and you are in the town. It has private parking.

It wasn't clean enough, we had to ask for new towels because they had strains. Outdated facilities far away from booking pictures. The access to the private parking lot is very bad. It’s on a steep slope with a pothole at the entrance that causes the bottom of the car to scrape the ground. Last day we had a cockroach visit in the bathroom. Not recommended at all.

Excellent location right next to the bus station, close to everything. Has a communal pool that you can enjoy and all the facilities that you need, even a flat iron to iron your clothes which i found it very useful ? Plus it’s a really good price for Mykonos

The actual name on property doesn't match the name given on Booking.com it was only using Google maps that i was told i was at correct address but I had to go into property to ask whether I had actually arrived at Fabrica Sunset Apartments. Although apartment new the layout of furniture not great

Best location you can think of. The hotel had swimming pool, parking facilities. Close to little Venice. If you are coming from airport or from ferry take bus to fabrika square.
