Pros +
- The style of the hotel and size of our room
- The quietness and the view
- Everything was great, breakfast 10/10, sea view 10/10, bar by the pool 12/10 :) ... ...but we liked the staff the most. Marialena and Malo were very kind, fun and helpful. Always there when you need them and they told us a lot of useful and interesting information about the island.
Cons -
- Limited maintenance specially outdoor plants were not in good shape . No restaurant. Breakfast was very limited. The hotel location is not very convenient . You must have car. The road to hotel is not asphalt and is rough driving . Their sewage in our room was smelling very bad . Also WiFi was not working in our room .
- The road to the property
- The things we didn't like are minor and under no circumstances brothered us but in such a hotel in Mykonos there is always room for improvement. 1. Distance (the hotel is quite remote with a narrow and dark road but if you want privacy and this kind of sunset it's understandable) 2. Access to the sea (technically there is access to the beach but it's still under construction and the seaside is rocky and not really enjoyable)3. Small details (even though the hotel is luxurious and beautiful there are a few details which could improve like the parking lot, the road to the sea, and some minor things like shower doors, window frames etc)

Beautiful hotel in a quiet location. Staff are very friendly and supportive. Breakfast was delightful. Would definitely
Boutique hotel, only 20 rooms, located in a quiet place of the island, only 15 min drive from Mykonos town and max 20 min from the best beaches. Great sunset form up the cliff. Excellent for couples and relaxation!
The best things about this hotel are:1. View (excellent sunset and open sea view)2. Staff (everyone was friendly, helpful, respectful and professional)3. Pool (nice location, great view and clean)4. Breakfast (many options good products)5. Room (comfortable and clean)

Stunning view, excellent breakfast, fantastic staff, and a great room. Everything exceeded expectations—highly recommended!
Everything was good.
Lovely location overlooking the bay. Good food.Good size room and lovely view. Very good staff.Great pool.
Very tricky road up to the hotel, ie very steep roads , and lots of blind bends. The kitchen shuts at 6 pm.The hotel ran out of English tea bags 2 days into holiday and not replenished. There was no lighting working on the path to room.
The hotel is of perfect size, not too many rooms, so there is always space by the pool. Great pool bar, nice breakfast, comfortable sunbeds, beautiful views. The staff will help with all your needs (bookings, transportation, etc.).
There is no wi-fi in the rooms, and poor wi-fi in the common area. If you need to work and connect to interent, it will not be possible. All Garden rooms are down in the basement, they are OK, but rooms above are much nicer.
Wonderful spot - watching the sunset from the pool is something to experience. The staff is great, very helpful to plan a trip in MYK and good chauffeur service
The view from the place is beautiful and the pool area is very stylish, room was ok although bathroom seemed old compared to the room, amazing view from the balcony, food was good. The argentinian guy at the entrance who parked our car was very polite and nice
The place is reachable via car/scooter but the road is really bad, they advertise also a private beach but tbh it didn’t seem nice also way too windy. At breakfast the waitress made many mistakes with orders, her colleague was not nice to her and not very professionally started gossiping about her and the property management with clients
Beautiful location in a quiet area close to town. Loved it!
We had the best service Nice sea view Nice breakfast
The view and the public spaces (swimming pool). The food.
The breakfast service: too slow and the blonde waitress was not able to do her job. Our room was located at the underground floor and sometimes it did not smell good.
Great location, quiet but close enough to downtown.
All the staff were extremely accommodating and friendly that really felt like family: mariallena, mark, anastasia, malo, georgia, and the wonderful owner georja who always asked if we needed anything at all. they were always there and always very enthusiastic. the rooms were always very clean and comfortable. breakfast was very yummy and bonus points for it being until 11am. overall, it was a very relaxing stay, the music was perfect every time of the day and thanks to staff for making it very enjoyable. We will definitely stay there again.
Nothing at all.
Good
When I booked on Booking.com I got about 16-17% Getaway Deal (You're getting a reduced rate because this property is offering a discount.), and I got 15% Genius2 discount (You're getting a reduced rate because you're a Genius member.)When I got home and I saw the amount of the payment I noticed that unfortunately none of the discounts were applied. To my displeasure Booking.com asked me for a screen shot (who does that????) and none of the discounts were recognised :( :( :(
was clean and nice rooms and nicw view
the service in the restaurant and around the pool was not good and attentive they forgot things and never ask us if we would like to order something
The pool and restaurant were nice and the staff were all extremely accommodating and lovely
The property is in the middle of nowhere and extremely isolated. Perhaps this is an inviting prospect for couples who are trying to get away. However, there are also frequent power cuts (daily I was later told by staff) which give a panic-stricken edge to the feeling of seclusion that the property provides, particularly if you are put in the rooms underneath the bar/restaurant area where there is no phone service and you are relying strictly on the (already not great) wifi. As the property is a converted villa, it seems worth mentioning that it appears as though these two rooms (100 and 101) have been converted from what was once a garage space. It is also worth mentioning that if put in these rooms, not only do you have a sea view, but between you and the sea view lies the view of the staff car park which is positioned directly outside your window. But back to the power cuts: on my first night in room 101 (which could not have been more aptly numbered for my stay) I was awoken at around 4:30am to the loud humming sound of the mains electric box and a bright white flashing light in my room. I tried to switch on a light only to realise there was a power failure, there was no wifi, my room’s phone had been cut off and the air conditioning was not working. This went on till about 13:00 and we were told it was because there had been a storm. However, the same thing happened for approximately two hours the next morning and staff sheepishly confessed there were daily power failures at the resort. So this is not a great place to stay if you are relying on the use of basic amenities for the duration of your stay (however short) or if you are trying to work and relying on the use of wifi. Additionally, my air conditioning was programmed to stop working in the night and would only turn on again in the morning at approximately 9am despite me attempting to have this fixed more than three times throughout my three day stay.
Disappointing
It was a deception to stay at this hotel. We expected to have a minimum of quality and service. They only stretch the sheets, don’t clean up the room accordingly with the price that we paid per night. They changed the sheets after 3 nights and the new ones were with stains. They didn’t empty the paper bin. We asked several times for amenities because they don’t refilled, and if they could change the towels…The staff leaves a lot to be desired…not friendly at all. Arguing among themselves. Sitting on the sofa… not professional. It’s a hostel with 5 star prices!
