Beautiful hotel but my room have no view can¿t complain¿ wish have public pool not only private pool with room but beautiful hotel, room and nice view on other side

The hotel was beautiful - comfy bed, really stunning room and lovely shower. Despite it being on a busy road, you couldn¿t hear anything from outside. In a great location too to look round Mykonos.

The hotel is ideally located. The bus stop is right in front of the hotel.There are restaurants below and all around it. It is less than 5 minutes walk to some of the iconic spots at Mykonos for example the wind mills are less than 5 minutes away. I was travelling solo but I felt completely safe and happy with the room, it was very clean, and had a view of the sea.But most of all, the staff were very nice and helpful. Thank you very much TrisiaFor all your help and attention. You really made me feel very comfortable and gave me so many helpful tips. Also Vasiliki whom I met the first day thank you for your help.There front desk is not open all day, so you do need to let them know when you arrive. But they are very good with texting you and keeping in touch with you if you need anything.Overall I would say ver nice location, very clean and safe and lovely staff.

This was a lovely stay, a really nice convenient location right in the middle of Mykonos town, right next to the main bus stop as well so very easy access to public transport. Trisia was so lovely, very good communication skills and easy to reach at all times if I needed any help.

Location to popular destinations, proximity to the bus station & the convenience of having restaurants downstairs and around that close very late. The staff was incredible; especially Trisha. She went above and beyond for our experience.

My friend’s room’s door was not hinged correctly so I could imagine the noise he had to deal with at night. I found 2 ants in my rooms that were gigantic and I saw an insect in my bathroom.

Near to Little Venice, Windmills, restaurants , shopping, the bus stop is at cross the street.

the location is so perfect, everything is walking distance, and the staff Trisha is very welcoming and nice.

Convenient location across from the bus station, immediate access to food, coffee, and a supermarket. Hotel is above a small restaurant for convenient food. Easy short walk to the windmills, little venice, and the streets of town. Trisia at reception was very helpful with plenty of recommendations and information for our stay.

Noise from the restaurant below the hotel was not an issue at night, but perhaps could be different in the busy months.

Great location! Very convenient to Fabrika bus stop. I don’t usually take public transportation but was super cheap and easy in Mykonos! It is so much more convenient to take the bus rather than taxi/uber in Mykonos because most taxis/cars are unable to drive into the town of Mykonos.

This was one of my best stays. The location and the cleaning was very very good.And most importantly, I need to mention that I’ve dropped my hand bag at the bus and I didn’t realize it until we come to the hotel (right across the fabrika station). Trisia went to the bus stop many times to check, talked to the drivers and calmed me down. And, finally the bag was found and they gave it back to me without any loss. I cannot say enough about her support, you’r a very nice person Trisia and I hope the life always treats you well as deserved ???

The staff are honestly incredible! They go above and beyond in every way. The location is perfect, just outside Old Town so you can access by a car and not have to lug our luggage around the cobblestone. It feels safe and secure, incredibly modern and clean rooms.

A perfect start to our honeymoon at Galation in Mykonos!From the moment we landed, Trissia was in touch—checking if we had transportation and guiding us all the way to the hotel. We hadn’t even realized how ideal the location was when we booked, but it turned out to be the best spot: right at the gate of Mykonos Town, walking distance to the bus station, close to everything—yet peaceful and away from the noise and crowds.Trissia made our stay even more special by upgrading us to a beautiful town-view room with a veranda. The hotel itself is one of the best I’ve ever stayed in—impeccably clean, with amazing customer service and warm hospitality.We’re so glad Galation in Fabrika was our first stop for our honeymoon. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting Mykonos!

Room size did not seem to match square footage. Balcony was semi private and led to the street. Felt like anyone could walk up to it.

Trisha was amazing, very nice, profession and caring. She greeted us and help us with all the questions we had. She made our stay better.

It was no bathroom in the lobby and no robes in the bedroom.

Great location, but major drawbacksThe location is convenient, with plenty of restaurants nearby. However, this also means a lot of noise throughout the night, as the restaurants stay open late. The room itself was in poor condition. The doors are very thin, offering little to no sound insulation. The shower drains were not functioning properly, and there was a strong smell of cleaning chemicals, seemingly used to mask underlying issues like mold. Overall, not a comfortable stay.

The best thing was the hotel receptionist. Trisia was the most welcoming host. She ensured that we received the best comfort at all times. She guided us with tips on how to go around the city, which restaurants to try and more. Location is very central, the beds were comfortable, view was amazing and the cleaning lady was there everyday.

Another amazing stay thanks to Trisia and Hassan, all of the staff are amazing and reply instantly to any questions you may have! Beautiful room (exactly like pics), most comfortable beds we've ever slept in, everything close by. All toiletries included down to slippers and dental kits. We are repeat visitors and will be back again.

Nothing book this place while you can!

great location, room was wonderful and bed and bathroom was fantastic.... great view and balcony for the price. host was very friendly and went out of her way to be helpful. very nicely located near the main bus transfer to the airport!

Location - perfect, right in front of bus station (no climbing the hills, but a bit of noise is inevitable this close to old town)Room - very tasteful, has everything necessary, very cosy and cuteBed - comfy, pillows - perfect thickness.Air conditioning works well.My economy room didnt have balcony, but it had a huge terrace with sofa, chairs and a small table - unexpected bonus! Loved it!The staff is going extra mile to make sure guests have everything and are helped in all ways!

Central location comes with a bit of noise from the street and bus station. But that's just reality of living downtown.
