- The brothers who own this hotel are the kindest and most hospitable people you will ever meet. They did everything to make sure we had the best time there and definitely helped us out of a pickle more than once. The breakfast was perfect and was served in the hotel’s beautiful garden. It featured a large array of typical Turkish breakfast items, that would slightly vary throughout our stay. The rooms were nice and clean. Would definitely stay there again.
- The pictures were fine but they were one-two years out of date. Actually, in some ways it looks better. The visit was extremely pleasant, not because of the hotel itself, which was actually very basic, but because of the very friendly and helpful family who owned it, and the great asset of the very nice garden, which made breakfast al fresco a great start to the day, A large and tasty breakfast, local jams, fresh bread etc. A very friendly cat. A short stroll to the promenade and the shops and many cafes. One of the brothers who run the hotel picked us up from Izmir and also took us to our next destination, and was full of helpful advice about where to go and what to see, and how much everything cost. Prices there are very reasonable and there were very few tourists from outside Turkey. The best place to swim was at the Police Camp on the way into Urla. Local wine extremely good. Altogether, thoroughly recommended especially if you have realistic expectations!
Cons -
- NA
- The room was OK but the third bed was redundant (for us) and made it rather cramped. It was far from the 'luxury' room as advertised and the bathroom was tiny. Reviews that mentioned a short walk to the beach (the main reason I booked the hotel) was misleading - basically there is no beach, or what would normally be called a beach - sand, sea etc. The room was not cleaned while we were there, no fresh towels and we threw out our own rubbish. In short, first impressions were rather disappointing, but as mentioned on the positive side, we ended up very much enjoying our stay, it was a really nice place and very easy to get into town (Urla, or Izmir) on cheap and regular minibus services.
- The Description and pictures on booking are far from the truth. Very small room, not worthy for a hotel. No heating in the bath room, no shower cabin and broken light above the sink. Breakfast is very basic.

Very nice and helpful family!! We enjoyed our stay and would come back any time. We had to leave before breakfast time - anyway - we received a marvellous breakfast. Thank you once again for that!!
We had a wonderful time staying here! The hosts were really friendly and made sure everything was just right. The place was very clean and tidy, and the garden was so pretty with lots of flowers and greenery. It was really cozy and relaxing to spend time there. Breakfast was exceptional, one of the best I've ever had! Being close to the sea and restaurants was perfect, the location was great. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it to others
The couple that runs the hotel are very lovely. They try to help me as much as possible. Every morning they make great breakfast. The rooms are very clean and the airconditioning works great. I would definitely recommend this place.
A cosy place, run by a sweet family. A 5-min walk from a local fruit market and a sandy beach. A 1-min walk from fish restaurants, a pharmacy and a mini market. It has a lovely spacious garden with orange trees where you can chill or have their plentiful breakfast to set you up for the day. The place is very quiet at night and is a great choice for a couple or a sole traveller.
In general, the facility and service are nice. Small boutique hotel. The rooms are clean and the staff is very friendly. The barbecue is amazing.
Big disappointment
The Description and pictures on booking are far from the truth. Very small room, not worthy for a hotel. No heating in the bath room, no shower cabin and broken light above the sink. Breakfast is very basic.
This hotel was lovely! The couple that runs it were so sweet and cooked amazing breakfasts for us each morning :)
As apparently only guest of the host couple I was attended extremely welcomingMulti-coloured and well-lit house and garden ? with many open air sitting facilities day and night.Location is okay, public parking space and minimarkets around, rather calm.Room in the first floor bright and equipped with fridge, window well secured with mosquito grid.Abundant breakfast included - served in the garden.
Room size (queen size bed for single use) “quite okay” and room furniture a bit Spartanic.Summed up: suited for one or two nights, not for a holiday stay (Yalı Caddesi is 3 min walk away), the more attractive Urla İskelesi with Urla Yat Limanı is 10 min drive away)
The staff is very kind and helpful, would like to do everything to make you feel comfortable. Their breakfasts were also super delicious!
We noticed the quality of water were not the best, but it could be an issue for the entire region.
Beautiful staff ?? very helpful, they became my family?. Shared with me fruits from the hotel garden, cheerful and the kindest people! Breakfast is good, too. There are several beaches in walkable distance, easy and cheap to get to Urla or anywhere by bus, the bus stop is near.Hope to come back soon??
Cosy atmosphere and very friendly staff. Helped me early check-in. Beautiful stone building. Amazing food with local touch. Will come again.
Nothing, everythung was so good.
Very clean and tidy. Garden facilities is very beautiful. Good food and price. Friendly family management. Parking place availability. Friendly staff.
The owner and his wife are very kind and give us a vet warm welcome. The breakfast was very delicious. We parked our car in front of the entrance.
Breakfast was nice and enough. But for those who get up early it was too late. It started at 9. One morning we even had to wait 40 minutes until it was served.
The bathroom was too small and when showering the whole room was wet. You first had to dry everything before you could use the toilet again. A shower curtain would improve this situation. Another point which was really annoying was the tidiness of the room. The bed sheet was not clean and because of the wetness in the bathroom the whole floor became dirty very quickly. We had to ask for cleaning the room. All in all the place is nice but not comfortable. There were no options to dry the towels and the room was very small. Calling this a “Deluxe” room is far away from reality and more than exaggerating. I would not recommend this hotel although I liked the hosts and the surrounding.
I had a very good stay and truly felt like I was at home. The atmosphere was warm, the staff were incredibly kind, and every detail made me feel comfortable and welcome. Thank you for making my stay so enjoyable!
Everything was so good. I appreciate the hotel and the team. I felt myself like I am at home.
Very good
