great staff....location was fantastic...the pool was super chill...great view.

hard to find taxi but really not a big deal.

Each member of the personnel were very kind, helpful and eager to assist no matter what the case were. The facility was very clean, very modern and authentic. Zaira Hotel became my number one in the island.

Everything was perfect. Pool, staff, breakfast, restaurant and bar everything was awesome.

The location is great. Parking area opportunity is good. The place is just by the sea, a nice place to relax

The staff near the pool area does not care at all. We wanted to order something but she never came. The breakfast could be better.

Staff, location, clean

Lovely modern luxurious property in a beautifully restored olive oil press factory. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The property is located on a quiet and peaceful beach and very near to a number of other beautiful beaches.In the evening there are a couple of nice traditional restaurants next to the hotel, and we enjoyed a nice cocktail on the quiet beach front of the hotel. Overall, we had a lovely stay.

Beach at the hotel is pretty, quiet and clean and ok for swimming but it's not the nicest beach on the island. There are some other very nice beaches a short ride away.

Love love this place! They bay is all yours. Its so quite in the mornings and the nights. Staffs are amazing, felt like a family.

Property was good new and clean. Staff was very good. Pool was very good. Breakfast was excellent.

Dinner options are very limited. Stayed for 5 nights but had no dinner at hotel because of very limited selection. No greek foods at the facility so if you dont want to go far away from the hotel you have only two options which are two tavernas very close the hotel.

The staff were fantastic—very friendly and always doing their best to resolve any issues. The architectural details of the hotel were impressive. The pool, filled with salty sea water, was always clean and clear. Nearby (10min taxi ride) beaches are really nice and above greek island standarts.

The rooms are a bit cramped, with limited space for clothes. The sea water in the bay where the hotel is located is below Greek island standards—clean but not crystal clear.

This hotel is one of my favorite hotels. The ambience, atmosphere, rooms, and most importantly, the staff were amazing. We had dinner in the garden, and the food was also delicious and of high quality. We had our dinner by the mesmerizing sunset. Whenever I visit Lesvos island, I will choose Zaira again and again. I think it is an amazing place for social events as well. Special thanks to the team who took very good care of us during our stay. Passable

The beach is dirty and the hotel is under construction. You are always together with workers around. Considering all beaches and sea sides at island, it will not worth to stay at the hotel where you cannot even swim at its beach.

It was so nice to stay in the hotel ! Very nice breakfast, stunning view, elegant atmosphere with awesome staff ! I mean it. And special thanks to Myrisini for her gergous positive aura and great advices for the island :)We couldnt get the chance to enjoy the pool but hopefully next time we will!

The view of the hotel is beautiful and the place is very peaceful. The staff is polite (Mirsini was super helpful), rooms are clean.

As the island is very big the location of the hotel os a lityle bit far from the small towns that have to be visited. You need definetely yo have a car in Lesvos

Great location on the Gulf. 15 min to Mytheline. Superb restoration of an old olive press factory into a Boutique Hotel.

The entire staff team, especially Christina, was extremely friendly. All our needs were met very quickly. I can say that it is the best hotel to stay in Lesvos. Its proximity to the city centre and other bays is also an advantage to experiencing different beaches.

Some people may not like the beach because it is an inner bay, but the water is very clean and waveless. Ideal for swimming, especially in the morning.

Our air condition unit in th eroom was too noisy in operation and also it was leaking which could not be fixed during our stay.

Comfortable, clean, new and stylish rooms. The story and new design of the hotel, which was converted from an olive factory, is impressive. Special thanks to Christina for always smiling and making happen whatever we want.
