Four Points by Sheraton Nagoya, Chubu International Airport

The hotel is conveniently located just a 10-minute walk from Chubu Centrair and provides a free shuttle to the terminal every 30 minutes (one-way only). Our room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. The staff were fluent in English and made check-in smooth by sharing all the essential details. We especially appreciated the shuttle driver’s kindness in helping us with our luggage.

None that I can think of.

Close to the airport, Front Desk Staff are very helpful and Friendly, Clean and Comfy rooms, the breakfast was excellent.

It is not the closest hotel at the airport. Need to walk quite a bit to get to with some noncovered walk. If you miss the shuttle, which we couldn’t find

The staff was very helpful and polite. The hotel looks nice and clean. The smell of the hotel makes you feel very relaxing.The room size is very good compared to the price paid. The location is superb if you want to be close to the airport. Free parking is a plus.

It will be perfect if the shuttle can take a round trip to the terminal 2.

Clean and well designed. Like the bathroom size with the bathtub and nice scented bath essentials like the shampoo and soap. Lovely view in the breakfast area in the morning as it faces the sea.

Needed to walk to get to shuttle bus but as it was dark and cold, we ended up walking to the hotel instead of waiting for the free shuttle. It’s not too far from the airport though.

Would be good to have more signs in the airport to show the way to the hotel.

It is near the Chubu airport with 5 minutes free shuttle bus. Love the size of the room and staffs can speak English very well. There's a small mart at the Lobby, making it very convenient for travelers.

The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. The property was walking distance from the airport.We chose this property because we had a late arrival in Nagoya and didn’t want to deal with having to ride the train tired and with luggage. It was perfect. We walked over from the airport, checked in, and slept like babies. The property was impressively beautiful too. Like the young people say, it was “giving” upscale industrial hangar vibes. The small details we nice too. The body wash smelled good and the disposal wash towels were speckled black and white to match black and white theme of the bathroom.

Hotel room was clean, big and amazing view of the sea. After checking out, the hotel provided us a bus to send us to the departure hall of the airport which only takes 5 minutes rather than us walking and taking the elevator and walk again to the departure hall. Save us time!

we asked for see view and for extra charge we got port view on dirty water. lights in the room required one by one switch off before bed time (no central switch near bed)

The room has everything. It is clean. The bed is so comfortable. Breakfast has a varieties - Best hotel breakfast for us during this trip !!
