Bintan Lumba Lumba Inn Hotel

The breakfast was served at the restaurant across the street. It was mostly rice, and half a hard cooked egg, it was good.

The toilet seat was broken off the toilet, and when I mentioned it to the lobby agent, who spoke no english, he came upstairs and set it on the toilet. He said it would be fixed at 8 am, which it was not. I left at 11. I left after one night having paid for 3 nights. Also the room smelled overwhelmingly of naphthalene balls (moth balls) so much so that I had to sleep with the bathroom fan on all night to try and mitigate the smell.I was given the choice of a room with 2 twin beds in it or one queen bed. I chose the queen. But the room I rec'd had 2 twin beds pushed together, king size sheets - with a big crack down the middle.

Room was basic and sufficient for the stay. Overall, worth it for the price.We checked in late so we didn't get a room with fireworks view. Bathroom drainage is an issue but the hotel is not new. Breakfast can be delivered to room, which is a plus, but on some days it was slow.

Nothing good at this hotel

Dirty! During my vacation group of couples got fight inside their room and in front room. So scared!!!!! Blanket got holed and got Stain everywhere ??? toilet sooo dirty???

Stained sheets, stained towels, heated water didn’t last long, close to the mosque where prayers started at 4am and crowing roosters throughout the night. Far from all attractions.

Staff was fantastic and very helpful. Especially Linda and Bima. When my husband fell at the lobby, your staff were quick to attend to him to apply first aid. Linda was also very professional and flexible when we requested to change room to the block with a lift.

On arrival, the lobby was in a mess with renovation going on. This was not informed in advance when we made the booking. The floor was not safe to walk, with debris around. My husband fell at the steps too as a result. We were also unaware during booking, that there was no lift at the block we were assigned too.

The room rate is reasonable.

They were doing some renovation. No iron is provided but only ironing service is available which I feel very inconvenient because I need to iron clothes. And they charge per piece.Bring your iron.

It is a nice place to stay as the counter staff is helpful in giving directions and room is clean enough for me. Good for people that just want a simple with no high expectation and clean room.

Nothing much around the place. No entertainment and far from shopping mall.

This is my second time staying here and this time i travel solo and without any vehicle. i would say this is the best accommodation because it is close (still walkable) to local restaurants like Pizza Hut, Tomo Restaurant or for dinner Akau Potong Lembu. you can enjoy the city like a local too. Just use your google map and you will arrive safely.The facilities are not that much and just okay. But what you get are actually worth the price. The room is simple but comfy enough for you to rest.

The hotel is very close to the ferry terminal and the rooms are nice. Besides, they offer free transportation from and to the terminal. Very good for the price.

The rooms corridor is open to the main street, so it gets pretty noisy because of the traffic.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. There are supermarkets nearby and it's close to the Sri Bintan Pura ferry terminal. The hotel staff picked us at the terminal and the staff were helpful and polite. There is a small garden in the hotel as well. There is a food court just opposite the hotel but there are no vegetarian options. There are other vegetarian eateries at a walking distance.

At this price point there is nothing which we missed. Just that there is no mirror in the room and only one charging point. They ran out of toilet roll on our last day. But considering the price and service, we have no complaints at all.
