Kota Heritage Hotel

The room was comfortable, aircon was strong and relieved us from the extreme heat outside. There was enough space to conduct prayers and good enough for a family of 3.

Some room maintenance needed - some areas were dusty, accessories were a bit old, would appreciate new soap/shampoo.

The room is quite spacious. The hotel is located in the middle of city and shopping mall.

The bedsheet quite dirty, have some stains on it. The aircond not really working properly. A bit pricey for me though. But, we didnt have much choices around the location.

It is near many shops.

Pillow was too slim. Hot shower didnt work when we checked in but worked well in the morning. For such a price, I could have found better hotels. Aircon was terrible. needs at least 5 hours to cool the room.

Its pricy as the facilities were not great. It was not clean. Most of the tv channels were not functioning.

It is very clean.

Corridor smell. Parking is random. Tv remote not working.

The location for it in Kota Tinggi .

Not clean in toilet / shower room, blanket with blood stain. And fridge is not working. Sound proving is not good , can hear the noise from beside and closing door sound clearly . Disturb the sleep.

The staff at the reception, The A/C which did its job without noise, The bed, which was good, The street was silent at night.

We stayed 2 nights. The 2nd day, our room had not been visited by the cleaning team: bed not made up, bathroom not cleaned, towels not changed, etc.. At 7:30 pm, we had to ask the reception to make our room clean, No hot water after 10 pm or after 9 am. Mentioned to the reception, but with no result, No curtain to avoid the shower to wet the whole floor of the bathroom, making it dangerously slippery.

The male counter staff was helpful and friendly.

The so-called shampoo cum shower gel was put in a recycled mineral water bottle. We dared not even use it. The bath towels given on Day 1 were yellowish in color. Those given in Day 2 were ok.

Very poor

The room was very small (nothing like the pictures) but this wasn't a big issue). The main issue was the everywhere bad smell of mold. it was so bad i only stayed 20min. Long enough to book another hotel and leaveAlso the room did not have any windows, felt like a prison.

No shower screen in the toilet. The whole place is wet after shower.

The location is good, shopping mall is beside the hotel and car park location is good (in the mall with foc )

Someone smoking in the lift lobby area. Hair drier is not functioning and had informed the staff, staff had promise to provide but end up did not received anything.Room is dirty

We booked a duplex- i was not warned that it was not appropriate for people who have difficulty climbing the stairs.

Just the location. Nearer to establishments.

Unfriendly staff. Room is not so clean.

Hotel is easy to find. Lots of parking spots. Check in was a breeze. Water pressure is very good. Room is quite clean. Customer service responds very fast.

Room is quite small without windows. So one can feel a bit stuffy.

The location is good, the room is big and beds were comfortable. Staff was nice and very helpful.

Booked for 4 pax, but there were only 3 sachets of coffee 3 in 1 and only 1 spoon provided Aircond not very cold. The shampoo is not refilled before we checked in. Parking is limited in front of the hotel, we parked at Petron station nearby.

Hotel is clean. Good enough for a 1 nite stay

Water heater and air conditioner working. Staff working night shift on 4/5/22 was kind and let me changed room - that 1 mark is purely for her.

1. one of the rooms was very disgusting. dirty, didn't look like someone clean it at all. dusts, dead insects, lizards poops, spider webs. gross!the cups had lipstick stain. dead spider on the towel. I took photos and showed to the staff. counter staff informed cleaner. I went out after check in and returned at 11pm, still no one came to clean it. very bad service. 2. unfriendly staff. 2 ladies working during 2pm shift on 4/5/22 were not helpful at all. smirked when I asked questions. the room access card can't be used and needed a key. made us go back and forth to check ourselves instead of coming up to see and check the card problem.3. No basic toiletries. only provide shower gel and toothbrush/paste (one of them was already opened when I came. disgusting)In conclusion - don't come here unless you're really desperate for a place to stay. not worth the money. unacceptable even for a 3 star hotel.better to look for homestay in kota tinggi. i dont know how this place is still surviving.

location wise is quite convenient in kota tinggi

bedsheet is dirty and will feel itchy after sleep, room didn't maintain well, bathroom didn't provide any shower gel or shampoo.
