Right in front of the beach.

You can tell the place has seen better days. The pool is closed for adults, it seems it's been like that for a while and does not look like it's going to change it anytime soon.They need to rebuild the place otherwise it will close. It's a shame cause the beach is empty, so you have the chance to have a beach for pretty much yourself.

Staff very friendly, the cook as well for request. But the manager is very accommodating and humble.

Good break near the endau-rompin area and it's on the beach. Clean premises and staff had the Aircon in the room on and that was really nice given the afternoon was almost 35 deg.

Because of the location, wifi and even our roaming didn't work well.

Our family was here years ago when everything was pretty much new - fast forward April 2025, we booked it again thinking it'd be the same.It was such a dissapointing experience. I can't believe I've paid RM500+ for a weekend in an extremely, poorly maintained resort.1. Bathroom is DISGUSTING. It was clear no proper cleaning had been done in ages. The glass wall separating the shower and sink was thick with grime – I ran my finger across it and left a clean line, which proves no one had touched it for God knows how long. Water leaks from the shower all over the sink area, and there was visible mold growing around the sink. It's almost like the only thing they did for room cleaning is just change the towels and bedsheets.2. Stains on bedsheets, towels also has a damp smell. They even switched between the usual white hotel towels and the swimming pool towels with chlorine smell, which is totally unprofessional for a hotel & resort business. Some plugs and lights in the room didn't even work.3. Breakfast is below average. I didn't bother to go down on the second day. 4. Other parts of the hotel looked very run down. The entire place looks and feels like it’s falling apart. Paint peeling, fixtures rusting, general neglect everywhere you turn. I don’t care if you have plans for a “future refurbishment” – what about your current guests who are paying a premium price for third-rate conditions? This stay was an absolute rip-off. I could’ve booked a luxurious, clean, and comfortable hotel in KL for the same price, if not less. Shame on whoever is running this place. You’ve completely ruined what used to be a decent resort. Never again.

Some parts of the building need to renovate/repair. Both adult and kids swimming pools are CLOSED (I thought at least kids swimming pool can be used based on recent reviews). Too many flies in the dinning area.Need to purchase coins for game room games.

The property was at the beach front with easy access.The rooms were of good size with good beds for restful sleep.The grounds were well taken care. part of the beach was lit up at night to enjoy the night view.

The rooms look dated. A little refurbishment would improve the ambiance.

The toilet hot water didn't work

Quiet and cozy given the fact that we went there on weekdays.Also the location wc is near to johor bahru.

We chose the place for the adult pool but there was no indication from Booking.com the that the pool is out of order (for many years). We cant swim in the sea due to the roughness of the eastcoast waves. Totally dissapointed.Towels were delivered late (2 hours after we checked in. And that after i asked for them twice!)Golf driving range also closed and i was hoping to hit some balls to compensate my dissapointment on the pool closure.We do hope Booking.com could disclose any dissapointments from any hotels or resorts for future bookings.

Rooms were clean and tidy.Kid's swimming pool ok.Breakfast was good.

Calm as not so many guests check in. The kids pool was huge and the rooms either facing the pool or the beach

It was not well maintained i think bcos it is a bit far from any attractions hence not many ppl visited the hotel. To sustain is not easy i guess

Room 1080 was not the best of room. The drainage in the shower area was bad as the slope of the floor caused the water to flow away from the drain hole. The air conditioner in the room should be cleaned as it caused a very bad allergic reaction to my wife such that she had to take a breadth of fresh air outside the room. Even I got a runny nose due to the smell from the air conditioner. I was curious why the hotel did not give guest the best room thay have when the occupancy was low so that guests would want to come again.

- shower pressure not strong. Up and down. - beach and surrounding not very clean. Litters all over the place. - toilet clogged.
