Hotel Trillium

Receptionist....she was good ?,cool and smart

I didn't like the fact that I stayed there for too short time. The service was amazing and because I never had much time I had to leave. See you soon Trillium ♥️

Near restaurant & amenities

Light in lift too dark

location near stadium

the room is not same as the picture, pls change room picture , I felt got scammed the room has no window and thats fine, I was standing in the room almost an hour to wait the air con, the air con install in a gap and the wall blocking the air flow,+ Someone's hair on the pillow and bed ! the light in the room is terriblei ask for changing room and the new room is more spacious and a bit better

the staff is so polite & kind

not soundproof & laundry not as good as it should be

Clean, nearby places to eat

The staff was not good with English language, the rooms are very small

Room is comfortable and clean. Location about 15mins from TBS

Rooms are not soundproof as advertised. Our neighbor talked and laughed loudly during midnight and in the morning from 4am

Strategy place..good staff...price affordable

Poor

pay 90 but no mineral water no tooth paste

Just the location

Didnt have any basic amenities. Dont have any mineral bottle. You only can stay for sleep. I wouldnt stay here again. Just like budget hotel with higher price

Good stafGreat Location

Tv channel

The room is big enough for two person. Bathroom was clean, water pressure was great!

The bedsheet smells quirky / weird like it was used again without changing to new sheets . I didn’t notice it until I was going to sleep.

Strategic location..comfortable and good service

So far no .

Near shop. Family mart. Stadium Bukit Jalil is around 800 meter.

All area was Chinese restaurant. No Islam restaurant. Only family mart can have some food.

A basic budget hotel. Clean enough. Helpful staff. No swimming facilities so no need to pay for frills I won't need. Within 10 minutes drive from TBS. I am thankful for early check-in with a reasonable fee.

Must remember to put on thr "Plesse clean room" sign on the door to ask for room- cleaning, and when I did, I turned to a wrong side saying "Please do not disturb"

The photos on booking are nothing like what we got thay say room size 193 sq ft it's much smaller. We could not stay and asked for money back thay not give. Can you please get ower money back for me

Pillows and bed are comfortable.

Aircon is a bit noisy. No safe deposit box. No mineral water.

location near TBS,

Generally ok, need to improve Lighting in the room,Ac not cooling enough.

Location was strategic, a lot of restaurants and streets food...

It's ta little bit pricy... and I can hear noise from others room

Disappointing

We book for the twins bed room, but the receptionist give the queen bed room.

overall is good this is my second time staying hotel room is clean and the location of the hotel is good also many restaurant easy to find place to eat
