I only like the location

I book room for 3nights...the second day i ask the front desk staf to makeup my room n there is a chinese lady said today got alot of checking out so no staff ...ok thn i ask them to change the towel n add drinking water and she said if their staff not bz means the will changed it...as a costumer no staff or no manpower is not my problem...i pay for the room n not free...there is a lift not working since we checking in n also checkout...worst experince....when i ask the staff the said the managment no pay salary and also paying very low salary as RM3 par hour...no one cant work longer with this hotel...

Fast service. Well-mannered staff. Working lift. Clean environment.

TV is actually not working. Maybe more dark doors for washroom.

The location was good.. near to restaurant. The receptionist was very friendly.

The toilet bowl not clean. The toilet Tibet holder leaking . Pillow too soft. Room no 206.

TV only have 4 channels. U need to bring your own thermos if u want to have hot water in your room as u need to take it from the cuckoo machine at GF plus dont forget to bring your own mug cause u need to take the mug from GF as well.

Not that worth for RM 254 spend as all we need is at least a clean room to stay at.

When we reach there, the receptionist are not very friendly. Room is ok but was not cleaned properly. There were stains on the bedsheets and the toilet bowl and sinks are dirty too. Some hair can still be seen on the floor. There are no powder table at all except for the mirror in the bathroom.

The location of the hotel is strategic.

The room is smelly and very small. The pipes are broken. Can hear the next door.

The floor feel a bit oily. Should be a chair and desk in the room as basic facilities. The water not strong enough.

I can hear people's talking at night (am not sure whether they are in the room next door or outside). The noise can be heard clearly.
