Outside night view very nice. Location very near to the shops and to BACC by 5 mins walking distance.

Lack of facilities.. hair dryer nor working. Cold water shower only the next day we managed to bath with warm shower. I booked for 4 persons in deluxe room with 2 queen beds but hotel provided with 2 towels and 2 bottles of drinking water only.

I used to stay here in previous years for the conference, and I was always satisfied. However, this time I’m quite disappointed with the cleanliness of the toilet. The housekeeping service was also poor — they didn’t make up the room even after we requested it; they only changed the towels.

Hospitality Gone Wrong: Rude Staff, Dirty Room, and a Breakfast to Forget

This hotel is an absolute disgrace to the concept of hospitality. From start to finish, the experience was appalling.Breakfast was a nightmare — limited, tasteless, and clearly prepared without any regard for hygiene. The so-called omelette was pre-cooked and rubbery, served cold as if guests didn’t matter. Even worse, it caused rashes on my children — an alarming reflection of this hotel’s total negligence toward food safety.The man at the breakfast counter was unbelievably rude and condescending, showing zero courtesy or professionalism. His attitude alone was enough to ruin any morning, but the rest of the stay made it even worse.The room was dirty, and the bathroom was disgustingly filthy — grimy walls and mould in every corner that made it unbearable to use.This place fails in every possible aspect — service, cleanliness, food, and basic human decency. An utter disgrace that should be avoided at all costs.

Great location, walking distance to BACC. There are many food outlets and supermarkets nearby.

Need to share ironing facilities on the floor. No slippers in the room.

got Bigger space, bigger bed at very cheap price. Very good environment

No ironing in the room. Only shared iron outside the room.No streaming movies (ie: youtube/netflix) and only showed few tv channels

I ate Breakfast 1x, was not work MYR 28. I give it a 4 out of 10. Food could've been more warm, tastier, more variety in fruit.

near to Bangi Wonderland and Universiti Islam Selangor. In the middle of Bandar Seri Putra. in front of SSF Home, Richeese Factory, Bangi Avenue Convention Center. A lot of valet parking in front of the hotel. Easy to access to coffee shops, restaurant. all 2-5 min by car distance. room is spacious and clean.

Iron provided at every level but the cheap one. take more than 15 min to complete iron for 1 shawl. please upgrade.

Our room is a bit dusty

Great value for money hotel. It suited our needs for the stay. Well priced and is located next to many restaurants and cafes as well as a supermarket. Parking is excellent too and is just across from the hotel and is an easy, undercover walk.

Downsides - really noisy! Could hear every movement from our upstairs neighbour. Cockroaches in the bathroom (can't be helped in this climate but still). Air con was very noisy. Room felt dusty as we left feeling congested.

Near Bangi Wonderland and many shops in walking distance.

We have problem with the aircond, not cool at all. We have ask the staff to check but the problem still. So my husband went to the reception counter and they change us to another room. The problem solved but we need to repack our things with 2 children to a new room. Problem with the breakfast too, the fried chicken is undercooked. Parking is at different building.

WIFI TOO BAD PLS DO SOMETHING!TV CHANNEL NOT VARIETY. TV VERY SMALL PLUS THE SOUND IS NOT SYNC WITH THE VIDEO.IF ANYONE OPEN NEW HOTEL NEARBY WITH GREATER FACILITIES FOR SURE WILL NOT COMING HERE AGAIN, SORRY FOR THE HONEST REVIEW.

The property are okay, near with Bangi Wonderland, but you need to purchase saperate tickets to enter.

Moulds on wall and doors, no hot water on one of rainy night , on 2nd day of stay no clean up of the room, only provide new towels and bottled water

Quiet, can easily find good restaurant with reasonable price

Poor housekeeping n some accessory not working n the tv has less channel.

I like the cleanliness.

Parking is quite far for me. Difficult if we travel alone and have to bring things/ baggage on our own to the hotel premise.
